I
had
gone
through
PCL
surgery

months
ago
surgey
and
all
went
well
but
the
services
i
must
say
horrible.
1.
Ward
boys
wont
help
you
till
you
pay
them
their
mandatory
tips
and
unfortunately
i
had
spent
around
2k
in
just
5
days,
bizarre
is
i
had
informed
their
personnel
who
visits
us
for
complaints
and
they
promised
us
they
gonna
address
this
and
take
stringent
action
but
no
use
i
have
been
asked
to
pay
tips
asusual
on
other
day.
2.
When
it
comes
to
billing
i
have
been
told
that
surgery
would
cost
me
around
1.5
to
1.7
L
but
after
knowing
that
i
have
been
covered
under
insurance
they
billed
me
of
2.4L
when
asked
billing
team
is
telling
that
during
surgery
they
had
used
4
implants
instead
of
one
and
i
wasn't
informed
about
this
nor
my
brother
who
was
care
taker
but
i
dont
see
those
other
3
implants
after
seeing
my
x-ray.
3.
Room
services
are
not
really
upto
the
mark,
room
was
full
of
stains.
No
basic
amenities
in
the
washroom.
4.
Only
good
thing
here
is
doctors
and
i
must
admit
that
nurses
were
very
supportive
and
helpful
.
Big
thanks
to
their
service
including
trainee
nurse
Giving
this
low
rating
not
for
the
doctor
and
nurses
efforts,
it
is
for
management.
I
wouldn't
recommend
anyone
going
forward
for
sure.
