It's my first visit and experience here at this showroom. I heard about the place from a friend in Hyderabad. I really liked the atmosphere, service, ambiance and products variety here. The selection of men's earrings is not good here. But none-the-less, I found my favorite Rajasthani Bali 22K gold earrings here. Caution: they were charging a higher gold rate than other jewellers in the area, but when I showed price quote sheets from those other stores to the manager here, he was able to come down on price.

Decent collection of earrings, sets in pearls. I was a regular customer of the store in Himayath nagar from many years. Today i visited the store in Sarath capital city mall which is not very customer friendly. Firstly, they didn't even offer me a small size mirror and instead asked me to use store's standing mirror to check my earrings. Secondly, the sales person (lady) didn't seem very keen to show me and tell me any information about the authenticity of the pearls. Lastly, when i asked for a discount, another sales person asked me to give review for a 20percent discount. Happy with my purchase but expected better customer service from a brand like Mangatrai

This place has vivid varieties of necklaces and bangles for Very affordable prices. The staff Rahul and umakanth are very friendly. Especially Rahul has always given us best jewellery pieces in the shop.

Manatrai are total frauds. This shop at Banjara hills sold me a pendant saying it's gold but it was only gold plated. The plating has worn off. They charged a bomb for the pendant and it turned out to be a cheap stuff showcased well. Never believe them! I have been duped by them.
