I had ever seen such type of worst service they provided to their customers(KPHB Branch) , No one respond and show their ornaments to customers, 1hr we waited and fed up with their service,,,,,After 1hr they simply saying server is down,,,Then why they wasted customers time,,,,they simply checking customers patience,,,Most important thing in malabar making charges also very high. I bought a bracelet which was broken in less than a month of purchase when I went to ask reg the same the response was not very nice.. they charge a lot of amount under making charges and don't even maintain a good craftsmanship..manager was so rude to say that I was responsible for the damage.. it just came off suddenly while I was not even touching the bracelet..

This was our first visit to Malabar Kukatpally branch and we were impressed with the collection they had. RAJINI was the salesperson helping us with the selection and she did a great job. One critical feedback is the billing process. Once we selected what we wanted, the final billing process took more than an hour which was so frustrating. I would have given a 5 star if we did not have to wait for that long to walk out of the door.

If they already engaged with another customer, the same staff should not continue with the new customer unless he / she finished off the existing customer end to end process as such , management will help us in this case to arrange the idle staff with us. PLEASE AVOID MALABAR. I went to buy New ornament with old gold exchange. They examine the prior gold carefully and first accepted 22k purity. The old gold now took straight to melt without being weighed. After that they stated it will only have a purity value of 21.9k , however this is untrue, and it made me understand they are cheating. After a little debate they have accepted 22k. Additionally, we instructed them to take out the unnecessary hook from the new ornament. Rather than subtracting the piece of gold from the gross weight, they eliminated this bit of gold's weight from the final bill which made me paid GST and VAT on the little gold piece which I have not bought. A DECEPTIVE COMPANY.

We are one of their regular customers. We are buying gold since 2014. As the years passing by we are expereincing Worst customer service and hospitality. She was calling her repeatedly while she was explaining the benefits. Being a manager she should understand customer relationship is important which she doesn't know. We found very good models in Malabar gold. Designs verities we seen more here in KPHB branch, sales person Anil cooperated well and shown the best item with in our budget.
