Waste of visiting this kalyan gold shop. I purchased diamond chain 2 yrs ago. The chain was cut simply and now I went for exchange as chain was broken. It costs 1,20,000 and they told now I will get 81,000 for exchange with any gold item. 40,000 loss. While purchasing diamond they will tell all stories as diamond value will be increased day by day. I thought of repairing broken chain and they told it will take one month minimum for service. Now i realized all those were stories told by salesman while purchasing. Don't prefer this shop. Utterly waste of purchasing here. A big loss with Kalyan jewelers.

Worst Shopping Experience. I am regular buyer of Gold. I recommend all to try other competitive stores in the market luke Malbar, GRT, Kazana. Service Level - 1/5 Making Charge - Not even to close to competetors...i compared with at par stores Models - Not great Good luck if you guys want to try.

Great shopping experince and nice collection of heavy gold ornamnets. I would suggest to maintain some small gold and silver too. I have not find good collection of gold rings under 2 grams, silver collection is also not great.

Worst! Very bad customer experience!! I have been a regular customer to Malabar Gold where I always love the customer experience. I wanted to just try Kalyan and god! It was pathetic experience!! No where near Malabar gold!

I don't know how they are running this store at the centre of Hyderabad by cheeting customers in broad day light. Went there to buy some ornament with the exchange of old ornament. They have melted the ornament and once that process is done then they started saying there was just KDM mark and no hologram on my old ornament and wanted to deduct 5% of its value . After argument they decreased that 5 % to 1% and they didn't even showed that deduction in final bill. I will never visit this store again. Seems they are doing these big adds with big stars by using this unaccounted money.

We have taken silver jewellery so many times here, now when I want to exchange, these pppl are not giving correct value and they are doing some maintanence work which they refused to open the door while leaving. Very bad experience

They have gold ownership certificate option to buy coins which is v.convenient. They are reliable as they have redeemed actual coins for certificates that I purchased during lockdown. They also give good discounts on makg charges for items purchased online. The online software gives an accurate depiction of the jewellery and how we would look wearing it. Coming to the actual showroom... designs are nice for long chains ( which we dont find online).

The staff is not genuine at all. We accidentally paid 20k extra and they didn't return the extra money!! Realised after coming home but it was too late by then. 20k is not a small amount and they silently put it in their pockets. Shame on u ppl . Worst experience!!

I faced some different experiences. The first big thing is making charges they are changing for us. They are changing 21% of making charges. After saying after discount 18% making charges are charging which is very huge. Assume if you are buying 1lakh of jewelry we have to pay 18000 to 21000 rs as making charges. I compared with other jewelry shops and found 9% to 12% making charges for the same kind of armaments and the same design. So please compare prices with other shops. Next one, they are giving estimation cost slips for us to compare with other shops. They forcibly take those slips from us, which is definitely what we have to think they are charging more. Next is their behaviour is not good. They are not responding properly during displaying jewelry for us. They are behaving like take it or don't take it. During my visit I saw their rude behaviour with other customers as they are asking for a replacement where the shop broker about their promise etc. I am giving this feedback after many visits to different shops where I purchased worth from 2k to 1lakh. So compare the prices and go for your opinion.

Fully disappointed with kalyan jewellers 11 months gold scheme. We were told there will be no VA charges if we join scheme. But at the end of scheme, they changed their words and just gave some scheme discount of 7500 for the amount 110000 scheme plan. We had to pay complete VA charges about 30,000 which is a loss for us by joining kalyan jewellers scheme. Compare other jewellers schemes, very worst kalyan jewellers scheme . We trust kalyan jewellers brand but fully disappointed with kalyan jewellers. Finally in this shop VA charges huge. I Parchased 2 items they charged VA charges is 22.92% for each item. Compare other jewellers they charged 9 to 12 or max 15%

Not happy with the service I had a scheme going on here for last 11 months. Which I had joined during a purchase last year. I had another 8.6k to be returned by the jewellery for an exchange. They told which I can utilise during purchase on scheme end. After end of scheme, I've came to buy gold and wanted to club this 8.6k. Now they conveyed a 'rule' that there won't be any discount (which they are giving to all the customers - 10% off on making charge) if i club this 8.6k to the scheme. I didn't take the money during the last purchase because I had a scheme running and can use this during the scheme end purchase. Looks like they don't care about repeat customers at all. After raising it as a concern, and pointing out this is wrong in many ways, the gave the discount !! Why not the first time and make customer happy ? Added to this Pathetic slow service. More than 1 hour Just to get a the scheme closed and getting the numbers !!! Offered water only after asking Sales guy knows only Telugu. Not able to communicate properly in English/ Hindi in a showroom in a metro city is not good. Making charges is toooo much. 19% for a simple ring (no design al all). Daylight robbery

Changing the rating from 5 star to 1 star after being a regular customer for 4 years. Over the years I've seen the quality of workforce deteriorating and also making charges increasing drastically. I've been part of their various gold schemes in the past and stopped it from this month seeing no benefits. I'm no more going back to Kalyan jewellers!!
