Great collection but disappointed with packing - We ordered a jhumka which looks stunning in real. But wish they packed it in a bigger and better box. As it was almost squeezed and the back screw was bent because of poor packaging. The imitation jewels I ordered from popular brand were handled better compared to this. Otherwise they have greatest online collections.

Folks BE AWARE!! The pictures on their website were deceiving.We ordered a pair of Jhumkas. The finish of the product that we received was very different (bad) than what was shown in pictures. It looked like a old item and not made carefully . The size was also smaller. On top of that, they shipped it in a zip lock stuffed with cotton!! No proper packaging. We want to return it but they are charging 15% of item cost for any return. So basically you cannot return anything. I mean if I ordered $1000 item and want to return it, they are going to charge $150. We have shopped Jewelry online earlier from other sellers and the experience has been positive. This one is BAD!!

Do not buy any 22 carat gold online from this place. I ordered a locket for my brother and I now question the credibility of it. The locket has turned white in color. I understand jewellery needs cleaning from time to time from dirt but this is the first time I've seen a 22 carat locket turn white.

huge rip off!! I bought diamond earrings for my daughter yesterday. they charged very high for diamonds and making charges (va). i should have bargained more or left the shop. when I looked at their online collection, the prices were much cheaper and had more variety. no wonder their shop was so empty whereas other shops were crowded. never going to the store again!!
