Very nice store on 2 floors. Valet parking is available. Several seats available inside to sit and wait. Interior of store is very good. Overall very good experience 🙂 👌 😌.

Pathetic customer service. Despite being a regular customer, I waited over an hour WITHOUT ANYONE ATTENDING. The guy who was assigned to our section acted busy and did an excellent job of just ignoring us. When we did corner the Store Manager Sandeep, we were blown away by his reply - he didn't know what was happening! But what was unbelievable was his response - "let me assign someone" - he made no effort to even enquire! Honestly, I haven't come across a Tanishq showroom where the staff so avoid work, and the Manager so casual. Gives the impression that this store has a lot of support from Tanishq!

Tanishq provides the jewellery with the best finishing ever than any other competitors in the market right now. Also has very cool varieties. I've shared 2 models of rings which I liked the most but because of it buying 18carat, I dropped off, else this is the best model as of now.

We are at Tanishq store, Botanical Garden, Hyderabad, and were waiting for staff to attend the mangalsutra desk. When asked at billing counter, staff told us there that staff is not there. Female staff leave at 8 pm. Store closing timing is 8:30 pm. This is the third time we faced inconvenience because of staff shortage and timings. This will be my last Tanishq visit, If the attitude will be same.

Every time it is a new and good experience. Arti is our POC there and she is very helpful and polite and even prompt. Staff are nice and good.

The covid protocols were followed though there were many people. Did not like the attitude of the staff attending to us. No interest in explaining anything properly. Everything was done hurriedly. Earlier too had a similar experience. Not a pleasant experience.

There are no chairs to be seated. For the entire time me and my mom were standing. We were offered only 1 chair and thankfully that my wife used because of her present physical condition. I think the staff is doing bare minimum, compared to other jewelry shops in the vicinity. The sales person was not really interested in showing the products. Its only after I started asking for slightly higher valued items that he really started engaging. After that he kept changing the quote and offers available for the same product. It threw me off my calculations pretty bad. I was never given an opportunity to talk to any senior sales person despite requesting for one. I was looking to try and understand why the product I chose has very high wastage and if there is a way to lower it. Eventually, after spending so much time I just gave up and waited to complete my transaction. It's just that my family really liked the specific products, I persisted and purchased the product. I don't think I am returning to Tanishq again.

The staff were courteous and professional in dealing with the customers. Mr. Santosh, staff member attended on us with patience . From explaining the details of the jewellery product to weighing till the end of billing he was professional. Thanks to him the overall buying experience at Tanishq was great as ever. That's what is expected from a TATA brand.

I was looking for pendant designs in diamond from a long time but nothing was upto the mark, especially for daily wear. Most of the designs I found were traditional in southern cities and I wanted something that looked modern and unique. I must say that out of all Tanishq stores I have visited so far in several cities, this is the best! Tanishq staff are courteous everywhere but this store had an amazing collection, I recognised few from the catalogue which is rarely present any stores. I had gone to few other Tanishq stores in Hyderabad but the collection at Kondapur is vast. Lastly, I would like to thank the staff member who showed us around, unfortunately I do not remember his name, he was patient throughout our selection process. Honestly, the customer service is just so good that I feel like going back everytime. The design that I selected was how I would have wanted and yes, the making charges are pretty high but honestly, it's worth it. If you are someone who wants to spend your hard earned money on quality designs, go for Tanishq!

The collection in the store is good. The staff are courteous and all safety measures are followed stringently. A special mention on the service provided by Aarti, she was very patient, showed us multiple designs and told us about the best price offers. She was very efficient with her work and has never forced us to buy any particular ornament as happens with other gold store vendors which helped in choosing what we wanted and we were happy with the purchase.

Recently I visited Tanishq jewelry to buy a diamond necklace. Since it was a diamond purchase, my family members didn’t want to take risk. Therefore, I performed a lot of ground work before going to the store. Tried surfing the internet for reviews written against this store and we got mixed reactions from many customer reviews like few told that the store was very expensive, whereas few others told that the collections there were very unique and worth the price and few others told that the old gold exchange system was followed there was very transparent. So, I finally decided to visit the store along with my parents and extended family. I had gone there with less expectations but after entering the store, my perspective about the store changed completely. The diamond collections there were very awesome and unique. Though the Carat price might be higher than other competitor stores in place, we can really give that premium price for their undoubtedly unique collection. Since the price of the diamond necklace we selected was very huge, we had planned to return old jewelry and buy the new necklace. So, we had provided our old jewelry for old gold evaluation. They placed the old gold in Karat meter in front of our eyes and showed the purity percentage. Later, they provided the estimated amount that can be provided for the old gold. Post confirmation from our end, they took the gold for melting and later they provided a convincing amount based on the current market price of gold. So, I highly recommend this store
