Each piece of jewellery from Tanishq speaks for itself, and in volumes. It has been my favourite jewellery brand since over 2 decades now. Their store in Banjara Hills is my favourite, particularly for their outstanding customer service. They beat ‘em all. The sales team is knowledgeable, polite, patient, and above all, they give you space. I would like to specifically mention about Lakshmi K, who incidentally served us a couple of times. She is extremely patient and understands very well, what the customer is looking for. The collection at the Banjara Hills store is huge, and to my liking. They never disappoint me. Kudos to the team!

Had a lovely experience, the staff was very well-mannered and eager to help. We were asked if we wanted tea or coffee twice, and noticed everything was very hygienic including the lift, basement, corridors, etc. Naresh in particular recommended us jewelry according to our taste, and also was honest about which would be more suitable for long-term use. This place is my father's go-to for gold jewelry. We highly recommend it!

When I went there for the first day I didn't had a good experience because of other staff behavior but when i went there to buy a set of bangles for my baby it was so good Mr Arun helped me to get te right product..i am coming back to this branch only because of Arun to buy other stuff also in future..very helpful understanding customer needs and suggesting to fulfill the requirement of the customer...wherein the other staffs are not at all supportive they dont even speak well..

This location is my favourite out of all Tanishq locations. I absolutely love their collection of jewelry and the staff is very friendly. The representative working at this branch was an absolute delight to work with. Suchandra was very polite and patient. She took the time to explain everything to me and addressed all my concerns. She is a warm personality. I wanted to buy 1 set but after talking to her, I ended up buying an additional pair of ear rings.
