This hospital use to be called as Sunshine hospital and was acquired by KIMS, a few months back. The place is centrally located at the Khajaguda junction. I have visited this hospital many times and it use to be much better when it was sunshine, now it’s a mess and extremely mismanaged. My experience visiting here was awful. For a consultation and a couple of tests, it took 2 hours to complete it. You have huge queues everywhere. Ill trained support staff, they hardly have knowledge on test names and I had to google and tell them what tests doctor has prescribed. Completely mis-managed sections like X-ray where reports were missed to be given. The tests which were supposed to come in 24 hours came after 2 days as laboratory goofed up the testing. Even all the billing counters had people who took ages to bill. All the departments are spread across multiple floors with overloaded small elevators Pls avoid this hospital unless super emergency.

Illiterate staff. No doctors here only corporate hospital where they will attend patients as per convenience. Never go there with emergency cases as it will be fatal for your loved ones. I am actually here waiting for cab going to another hospital now. My sister and mom both are having severe fever, body and joint pains and are unable to walk. Apparently you should be on the verge of dying for them to take up your case. They do not treat cases which are not worth huge sums for the them. The doctor in emergency simply doesn't care.

A medium sized multi-speciality hospital with 7 floored building. Services were good. Hospitality and care towards patients was good. Cafeteria available, but needs to be improved in food quality n taste. Casuality, ICUs and dual sharing AC rooms were also available. Available on the road side for emergency assistance.

Recently I had very bad experience in KIMS hospital. I thought it is good but govt hospital is better than this except the ambience here. ICU patients are golden bread for them , they just keep in ICU and do the time pass they won’t give any treatment but they act by performing one way counseling to the patient attendant. They don’t even get reports before they suggest any surgeries And they counseling to prepare mentally for multiple surgeries but not to cure the patient and they won’t even tell it will be cured after that. They don’t have experienced staff and they just manage without doctors. Doctors are always on phone and they will not visit the patient in ICU. It is completely commercial and doing business with patients life. I will not recommend this hospital for anyone, while doing discharge they take more time so that they get bill for another day. And don’t believe the below ratings , all are paid reviews and I saw personally other patients also experienced same like me.

This is not SUNSHINE HOSPITAL anymore. It's now taken over by Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS). These people haven't even announced the same for the benefit of people.. Unprofessional. So next time you want to visit sunshine Gachibowli remember that it's now KIMS.

Imagine driving during an emergency here! oh and access to the elevator is something else My husband was sick and we preferred to take the stairs to go up 4 floors. - the sitting area is very uncomfortable with this plastic chairs. Worst hospital in Hyderabad. They are just looting people in the name of treatment. No doctors available to treat other than junior interns who are all dependant on their just on-call seniors. They are least bothered about the treatment and only concerned in increasing the bill. As soon as the patient visits hospital they start doing all unwanted tests that too at higher prices and force that bill upon us. In my case, Just in 18 hrs of 3rd class treatment they made up a bill of more than 50k which is really pathetic and disgusting. Completely disappointed by the hospital and services. I request everyone not to visit this hospital ever and save your precious money.

I got treated by on of the safest hands I can say. Dr Murahari did his best in treating my long neck issues I have been facing. Highly recommend him. He gave me good time in explaining things and made sure I did the best in my treatment.

I'm sharing my Covid experience. It's life changing, please take your time to read it. I got sick on 31st of Jan. The fever was staying constant. It was touching 102 F. In the morning on 1st Feb I fell flat on the toilet because of reeling head and the entire day fever was touching 102 even after taking medicine. We decided to get admitted at Apollo Kondapur. My wife took me to the emergency ward at 11 pm and I got paracetamol injection and acidity treatment. The doctor was very nice to me. They did blood test for Dengue. I felt good after 2 hrs and asked to go home as that as a non covid hospital. The doctor also suggested if condition worsens we should visit Apollo Jubilee Hills immediately. On 2nd Feb morning as fever was not receding again visited Apollo Kondapur got paracetamol saline treatment. I did a HRCT chest for any kind of infection. They did a covid test and suggested a plan. If the result comes negative then I can be admitted at Apollo Kondapur for treatment of the high fever. Otherwise I needed to visit Apollo Jubilee Hills for covid treatment. Dr Swetha was very nice to me. Around 10pm I got little breathing issue and my wife got worried and we rushed to Apollo Jubilee Hills. Doctor suggested get admitted tomorrow morning as Covid results are not yet out. I was feeling little better so we returned. On 3rd Feb early morning I was laughing like crazy and not in senses so my wife booked an Ambulance and we reached Jubilee Hills. We did D-DIMER and CRP test. Finally Covid result came negative and I rushed to get admitted at Apollo Kondapur. I was under care of MD Laxmi. She asked details about my travel history. I went to my hometown to attend my fathers 1st death anniversary ceremony. I returned via AC 3 tier train. Dr Laxmi guessed it could be Covid, as at night while sleeping many remove the mask and circulation of contaminated AC train air can spread Covid. She suggested to do a covid test again as fever still persisted. Also H1N1. On 5th Feb H1N1 test came negative. Doctor wanted to do the cough test and test it for other diseases like TB. In the evening my Covid results came +ve. I got panic as my wife was with me all the time also one of my relatives of my age passed away last November. My mother in law and daughter were at my home and I came in contact with them before I got admitted. That day My brother Sanjay and his friend Bibhuti, my cousin Narsingh was there with me in the hospital. I got worried for my brother as he is having several health issues, high sugar and TB. The hospital asked us to buy a PPT and get admitted at Apollo Jubilee Hills. I called my friends Anudeep and Manikanta for a plan. They came to know someone got very serious with SPO2 dropping to less than 60 and got well within a week at Sunshine hospital, Gachibowli under Dr Sandeep Reddy. They checked the hospital and an attendant was not mandatory. So I preferred Sunshine hospital. Asked my brother and wife to go home. Anudeep checked for an Ambulance and as price was high decided to take me in his car. He was brave as he was Covid +ve early January. My wife was with me and I was on a PPE kit. After reaching Sunshine Dr Sandeeps magic touch started. He greeted me with a smile and suggested me for a steroid, Ramdesivir along with Sodium and Paracetamol injection treatment. The stay at the hospital was pleasant. My brother visited me along with his friends Bibhuti and Satish. I loved the tagline, it's warm in here. I was getting warmth of the Sunlight thru a glass window. The room was on 3rd floor and very comfortable with a view of lake Malaka. Although I was alone in the room wishes started pouring from all of cousins, my friends, colleagues and many well wishers. I'm thankful for that. Every morning Dr Sandeep used to greet me and was checking for my progress. Few junior doctors were very nice to me. I got good support from head sister Bulema and a security lady Puja. Finally I got discharged on 11th of Feb. What a nice experience! Thanks a lot to all the doctors, sisters and health care staff, the management.

Very Good hospital and Good service. Overall experience was good but the waiting time must be improved. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. But the insurance desk is the unprofessional department. They don't apply on time and we have to keep following them and the insurance company ourselves. They won't follow up with insurance, I submitted my documents for insurance and I didn't get any response from these and there was no Initial approval too. At time of discharge they did apply and make lame reasons. Poor communication with the insurance desk. Kindly take a reaction for the insurance persons ASAP

Dr was excellent, but the billing department is the worse!! They only accept cash and will not work with insurance in no capacity to help the patient, before or even after a major surgery! Update: The billing issue is now resolved. Many thanks to the Surgeon for going above and beyond to help me not only with my health but with the issues I faced during recovery. The staff at the facility were also great and helpful and very attentive. Follow ups have also gone very well. I look forward to returning for continuous treatment for a healthier life.

Zero on patients time value, they will give you appointment and once you reach and make payment your long wait starts, min of 1 hour or more they will make you wait and ask them when doctor will come, the answer will always be he is on the way. They need to understand even patients time is precious not just doctors, can't understand why appointment can't be given basis the time doctor will be available to see patients. Learn to be more professional and patient friendly.

The hospital is very good for the immediate critical treatment with all kinds of facilities with best specialized doctors. All staffs are very much cooperative.Nurses are also very helpful best care taking like a mother. Only changes need to be done with the diet facilities which are not worthy.

I came for my general health checkup.Good hospitalization and Dr.Sandeep (physician) treated well and every thing is well equipped. Lab technicians were enough patient to deal with me.I will recommend all my frnds and everyone to prefer Kim's for any medical consultation.

After a family emergency, we had to rush immediately to Kims hospital and I absolutely have no disappointment on our choice. Very professional people, from doctors to nurses to billing support. They're generally kind and respectful. The doctors know their stuff and handled the emergency situation very well. The nurses were very good with the care post surgery. The rooms (post icu) are very well maintained and clean. The canteen on the 8th floor is really nice too with good food. Though, I have lots of positives but let me include some feedback to improve on as well: 1. The communication between doctors and nurses need to improve and several of them kept coming into the ward room of the patient asking the same questions over and over again. 2. The attender beds needs to be improved, as an attender you cannot sleep on it, makes lot of noise and disturbs the patient. 3. Sometimes it felt like too much disturbance when the nurses were frequently entering and exiting the room. 4. The algorithms of elevators can be improved, sometimes we have to wait a lot to get into the elevator. I just started to use the stairs instead. 5. Should always keep the main entrance open as entrance through emergency is narrow.

Treatment is good. Under KIMS management waiting period is very long. They gave appointment of Doctor at 4pm but he didn't came till 615PM

Kims sunshine is a very good hospital had to take my dad to the ER as he had a stroke the services are were good very friendly doctor's staff and nurse's it was a very smooth transition my dad is as well is doing better recovering day by day. all in all a good hospital where you can trust the administration

My daughter got high fever and I visited Sunshine hospital and with 2 min around 5 staff people were doing treatment for her with in 5-10 min they make the temperature normal. Duty doctor made a call to concert doctor and Dr. Shalini attended in less than 5 min and spoke me and explained all the situation. Daily they have taken care of my daughter. Even they have provided the food with contains all the nutrients which are required for my daughter... All over I was delightful with the way they treated.. Thanks to each and every one..

I got admitted after emergency treatment for severe fever and I was given single room after insistance first it was shared citing lack of rooms. Treatment and response is very good but the room is pathetic I am writing this while I am still in hospital. Even lights are not working in washroom.I hope this improves. Rest is good

Unfortunately got admitted my wife to this place which was the biggest mistake. The only thing this hospital is good is making patients wait. No one has any clue of what is happening and the standard answer we get is wait for 10 mins. Tests were done but the doctor is too busy to check for the reports. I cant believe such a big hospital has just one ENT doctor...i mean i can go on and on, but have no more patience to write and now i have to start running around the staff to get things done

We have visited Kim's gachbowli and consulted Dr.Nikitha Reddy DS FOR MY WIFE Histractomy surgery,she has done very good and suggested very clearly the problem and solution While surgery and post surgery also she had given good guidance and support to patient also she has responded very well for the patient words. Though it's a good orthopedic hospital with some very good specialist doctors including Dr. GURAVA Reddy. What's pathetic is the wait time. During call for appointment it was told that minimum wait time will be 2-2.5 hrs. We came at 12.30 and it's 17.45 but still waiting for our turn. Providing tea/coffee multiple time along with biscuits and sandwiches will not do any good if patients with back pain are made to sit this long....

We came to Dr Gurva Reddy with chronic back pain related issues and he immediately referred us to Dr Murahari who was authoritative in his diagnosis and steadfast on his recommendations. This helped us make the decision on an emergency surgery which achieved its purpose and we are on the road to recovery.

My son was admitted in this month as he got a severe head injury and skull fracture. I must say the doctors, staff and sub staff all were very cordial and supportive. I would want to specially thank my son's doctor Dr Nitin Chawala for giving a proper guidance and curing my child. As my son got head injury and bleed a lot, CT brain was advised by the hospital near to my place. Luckily I came to KIMS and everything was done very swiftly. Even discharge process was very swift. We were told that in the evening my son will be discharged and he was discharged in stipulated time. Even the charges seems to be reasonable. Everything is fine in this hospital. Hospitality is good. Consulting Dr. Bhavani is very nice. Only issue is with the plastering of the ceiling in radiology department where the scans will be taken place. The plastering to be repaired as we feel that some or the other day the ceiling may fall on the patient undergoing scan.

Came here for a master health check up for my wife. We came at 6.30am and shocked to find that after registration and payment of amount there is no one around to collect samples or to do the other tsets. Slowly one by one they started drifting to their stations by 8 am. One section I believe starts only by 10 am. So there is absolutely no co ordination between the different departments. If they are unable to handle they should not be booking in the first place. Please stay away. Wish there was some rating below 1

Firstly, I was surprised to see the doctors coming to the patient and understand their COVID symptoms and issues being faced without making them feel worried. I thank Dr.Sudheer Nadimpalli and Dr.Uthara for treating my whole family (pregnant sister, grandmother, parents and myself) so well and providing us with hope during these tough times. My grandmother (N.Lakshmi) was admitted with a very high CT score and was admitted for 10 days in Oct, 2020 and she recovered well during that time and is still recovering slowly from the side-effects. I thank all the nurses, staff members, canteen people for treating patients with such care during these challenging times. And the price of the treatment was reasonable too. Consulted for knee pain. After taking medicines for 6 months Dr. Guruva Reddy sir suggested for knee replacement. In pre medicals sugar has been identified. Dr. Ananda Sagari have treatment for control of sugar also. With in couple of days after surgery she is able to walk with support properly and can fold legs and able to sit on table also. I say this hospital saved my grandfather (71 years old). Almost every hospital with good name and reputation told my grandfather may not get his hands back as he met with an accident with a car. He broke two hands and fingers, we almost lost our hopes on getting his hands back as operations for a sugar patient is a risk job and they say he can't recover. But these guys gave us hope mainly Dr. Srinivas thati. He is very nice guy, experienced, polite, resourceful, dedicated, and a guy who stand on his words, he is very friendly to their patients, dont care for money and he takes care of everything to his patients (even govt fund to the retried officers he write letter personally to even x rays and even he personally contacted my grandpa's diabetic hospital dr.mohans for change of medication during the operation). And also sunshine staff is very polite, management was awesome, they show good care about their patients, very friendly, uncommonly affordable. Their manager talks to us very politely and friendly. We can get back into life as we can see an uncommon behaviour as they dont care about money or other stuff, all they want is their patients to be healthy. They don't take too much costs on x rays or other tests. And they dont make the patients to stay very long time, they make their patients to recover very fast and after that it takes 2-3 sitting to take off the stitches. And this hospital treated my uncle and aunt also. I personally suggest this hospital to my friends and family.

Speciality of this hospital is that you need to wait for a long time, atleast 45min- 1hr minimum even after taking prior appointment. Last week I waited for 3hrs. Receiptionist don't know where doc went. They will just tell that doc will be coming in 15-20 min, which is not true. I faced the same multiple times. During this covid times also they are making patients to wait. Treatment wise OK.

Visited hospital to get my full body checkup. Staff at the main reception especially the program coordinator Tripura was extremely prompt and cordial. Was treated well by all the departments during my tests and respective staff we're patient enough to explain my question and test results. Except the wait times the entire procedure went well and I hope they shall fix the wait time issues in the near future. Definitely coming back again for my regular check-up.

Worst hospital, unresponsive doctors, worst than government hospitals. They need only money and don't care about treatment. They deserve minus five stars. All the positive reviews are paid and I don't think even a single patient give given above 1 star. Gachibowli kims hospital is third class in entire Hyderabad. Don't ever think about treatment in this hospital. For me it's a nightmare.
