I have visited this hospital since my uncle got admitted due to a liver condition. The facility is an old one, however, the maintenance staff is doing a great job to keep the surroundings and the common areas clean. There is an ample amount of parking area and don’t have to worry about that. Coming to the important part i.e, the treatment, my uncle was brought to this hospital in an emergency situation but the way doctors helped him to get recover from his health condition within just a few days is really commendable. Despite the fact that the treatment cost is not cheap, it is much better than other hospitals like Sunshine, Apollo, Care, etc.

Aware Gleneagles Global Hospital is a multi-speciality Hospital. The hospital is located in a bylane. The condition of the road in front of the hospital, is pathetic. I had visited the hospital twice when I was sick. First time I was admitted in the Emergency with severe chest pain. I got very good care and treatment. The Emergency department of the hospital is very efficient. They have parking in the premises. The hospital has a golden dome on the top.

This is a worst hospital if you want to get any kind of treatment. I really doubt the credibility of the people managing this hospital. No proper facilities and treatment. Building is sick and there are works going in inside the premises causing inconvenience to the patients. No action taken. They do not accept insurance even if you are not in a position to pay. Water (Drainage) enters the hospital completely. Roads are completely blocked with water and one cannot enter and exit the hospital if it is raining Hospital is completely drowned in water. Please don't come to this hospital. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL

My wife got admitted in emergency in hospital after midnight but their team response very well within short period of time. All the staff are very supportive and very helpful behavior. Dr. Laxmi mam did the operation of my wife . She is very good and humble person and understanding the patient very well and giving extra time to give actual information to patient relative. Furthermore I want to add that my wife and baby was shifted to room for further treatment as my baby having some issue thatswhy baby admitted in room . All the nurses everyone is very cooperative and very helpful all those period. They took care of my wife and especially baby very well. All the security teams persons very good in their jobs. All staff are very polite and very helpful in this hospital. For this thank you to aware hopspital and especially your nurses team, security team and doctors which make the things easier for me.

I got admitted in this hospital due to an emergency as i was suffering with severe motions.. Here blood test will be done on everyday basis. Since yesterday they have taken blood from for 3 times and again a duty doctor came and said that blood test will be taken tomorrow for fresh test again If we ask them the reasons for doing so many times a blood test they just say it's a protocol nd proper logic behind it If we get admitted for 10 days den will they blood test for 10 days and if doctor suggest for 10 more tests will they take blood for 10 more times . I just understand what type of treatment is this I think doctors to be properly trained and not to take blood for so many times

Not at all recommend hospital, they show cruelty towards patient if bill not paid timely, they stop the treatment unless until payment is not done and they charge huge amount. All lies can be heard from doctors and management. Today my friend dad is no more because of their irresponsibility. Please avoid this hospital if your loved wants to live.

Doctor "Laxmi Kattamuri" is soo experienced in gynaecologist and Soo treated very well like family and she has much patience in listening to patients. After surgery nurses took care very well specially "Swathi and ashrutha" and their team was super awesome. Finally Very thankful to "Laxmi" Mam "Swathi and Ashrutha".

Recently I got my mother operated who is a 74 year old elderly lady at Aware Gleneagles Global hospital. She has been suffering with brain problem. From the time we took her to emergency room for admission, we had been addressed immediately by the doctors there and was investigated very promptly. Surgery went on very well, thanks to 5he anaesthesia doctors who could manage without any complications. The postoperative period was equally important for her. SICU staff were very good. They did a great job with continuous monitoring and treating her. All the sisters and brothers in SICU took care of her from feeding her to giving her all the medications just as we used to take care oh her at my house. I'm very satisfied with the service and attention given to us right from the time of admission to her discharge. Thank you all .

Good hospital and good doctors also. Nice ambience and parking lot also good. Good hospitality by receptionist. Waiting hall also good for waiting and hospital was clean and well maintained. Canteen is good but the costs was high. Some tiffins were good some weren't. Near to main road. All transportation were available to reach here.

Global Hospital is one of the best in treatment and service in the vicinity of LB Nagar and Vanasthalipuram area. Good ambience and cleanliness is maintained all the time. Recently I was diagnosed with Severe Dengue fever, got treated here and the Junior doctor at ICU duty Dr. Ahmed was very attentive, cooperative and sensible to me and other patients and he told me not to worry and assured me that I'll be fine in 2-3 days.

I have admitted my sister last week, treatment ment wise it's ok. But very commercial so expensive. More over they are treating COVID patients with in the same building of 3rd floor without any sanitization, using the same lift of regular inpatients. Not doing a basic sanitization at the entrance, no handsanitizer machines, no proper checking. Pls be careful while you are inside as we do not recognise who are COVID patients and who are normal ones. Atleast by these review I demand higher officials of hosipital to interve and make sure a special care and above mentioned points to be consider in people safety measures.

My father undergone CABG along with valve replacement. Dr Mukesh gaaru guided us in all the aspects and explained the necessity of surgery and he ensures that everyday he visited the patient and made sure that my father is treated well. We've admitted our mom in April and then again in September. First time they did treatment was good but doctors recommended high dosage of medicine due to which we've to admit her again in September. They tried their best to diagnose what cause swelling and why she was not able to move her right hand and leg. On other hand they burned down our pockets and gave a huge bill and when we told them we're out of money, they discharged my mother in dying condition. They told to arrange oxygen before taking discharge and we were said to have all kinds food. Here comes a catch, my mom even had Jaundice which hospital ignored. We almost lost our mom. Thanks to this hospital, blood sucking doctors who doesnt know how to treat patients and cares only to those who havr money. I would not recommend anyone to take any kind of In patient treatment here. They are not doctors. Please recommend me how Can I complaint against those doctors who have treated my mom in IMC?

Wec came for CT abdomen for my mother. Got clear instructions from technicians. Good service. One small suggestion. For iv cannula they shifted the patient to emergency ward. Arrange nursing staff in CT scan. Shifting is difficult for us. Thank you for the service.

The cardiologist Dr.Mukesh Rao explained in details of the problem and counselled and addressed all our doubts /queries. The nurses in the Cardiac ICU were extremely well trained and followed safety precautions and had organised processes from admission to discharge . The unit had good ,trained staff in regards to ICU nurses and House keeping staff. The admission desk Ravi and Vinay managers were patient friendly and supported us through the billing . Hi, my wife delivered recently in this hospital and gave birth to baby, they have taken care very well especially doctor santoshini gowrishetty is excellent and SICU staff always with us and shruhti sister was carefully handled baby after birth and special thanks to her. After birth shifted to deluxe room, it was very good ventilation and neat and doctors and sisters visited Time to time and MOD Bhaskar sir he was also taken care of us. The satisfaction is very high for us in terms of Surgery and post surgery maintenance and overall aspects like cleanliness food etc. The Surgery was done by Sr Urologist Malakondaiah sir and Sr Nephrologists Dr Sridhar sir and Dr Sandeep Reddy sir. Admitted my wife at 12 'O clock with delivery pains. The ER team had taken good care of her. Though it is Sunday you never feel like Sunday in the hospital cause the doctors are just a call away for the patients. The nursing staff are very well trained in all the aspects. They arranged gynic nurse at mid night that was awesome gesture for their commitment towards patients. Everything works on a proper procedure in the hospital. Global Hospital is one of the best in treatment and service in the vicinity of LB Nagar and Vanasthalipuram area. Good ambience and cleanliness is maintained all the time. Recently I was diagnosed with Severe Dengue fever, got treated here and the Junior doctor at ICU duty Dr. Ahmed was very attentive, cooperative and sensible to me and other patients and he told me not to worry and assured me that I'll be fine in 2-3 days. Only thing that needs to be taken care of in Global Hospital is inflated billing for patients with Medical Insurance.

Billing is very high. Global should hire icu incharge and radiologists who take less salary and better patient care. I tried to meet Rajendra few times. When he will come. why pay high salary to rajendra who doesnt come to work? Treatment is given by trainees 99% of time. Patients suffer.. Radiologist doesnt give reports to patients. If given , given after 3 - 4 days. small scanning centres are giving printed report in 2 hours. global has no shame? Rajendra and radiologists salary? Lakhs per month. Why patients suffer? Remove rajendra and high paid readiologists. atleast patient bill will be less.

The Worst hospital ever visited, if patients treatment is considered . If you want to rate based on looks and ambience then top rating can be given. In fact doctors are driven by the receptionists . The ground floor receptionists asks us if insurance is there and if we are patients son . If we came to support a NRIs parents and say no ewe are not their son etc they assume things and kills patients. Ground rated attitude people. These people drive those doctors insisting is to buy things from medical store. Doctors first say no need them backs up these reception guys. These reception guys we notice brings lots of crowd on free tests etc and performs some scams. Like goats people come for free tests it seems . In the mask of aided name things work. Beware of it. Initially we were impressed the way of environmental friendly hospital but people are worst including head nursevetc who throws patients in bed. We regret not going to yasoda or care. Under rated negative marking selected doctors or so.
