Please avoid these kind of worthless & shameless hospitals.. My family met with an accident and we went for treatment, as a procedure for one of the patients we needed scan so went for it, the patient was having a gold chain in the neck which has to be given at the time of taking inside which they told we would remove and give once we come out and it disappears when he comes out. They claim that they didn't take it. Was having a good thought about Apollo initially now it's all gone. Robbers and cheaters. Minting money from poor and from people who came for assistance will not take you anywhere. They security is also co-operating with them.

Polite and helpful staffs * Doctors are listening to your queries very calmly and making us comfortable. * At the entry gate itself at left side help desk where you have to fill a form (.enter name , phone no , address etc ) then give them. They will then give you back a printed form take it and go to room no 1 ( bill room) and pay the consultation fee . * Then again come back and show the bill on help desk and then check your bp and weight near the help desk only. * Then go to the concerned doctor and proceed as per their instructions. * Pharmacy is also there right to the entrance. * Lab tests like blood test , ct scan , x ray , 2d echo etc is there. * A canteen is also there , I went at afternoon so meals was only there. * Parking available for ₹10.

dr raghu not checking patients not even touching patients i dont know how to recover patients and not seeing reports coming only one time in a 24hours after that only caring nurses.nurses and ward boys are good excellent work whenever need they are taking care. ward boys and nurses are taking excellent care.

A public money looting conpany. No proper resource of doctors in the hospital. Dr KG Rajaram nephrologist who was assigned doctor to our family member. When we went for his consultation he was so rude and also mention “he may die (referring to patient)as well and dont try to talk to me”. Atleast he could reply that they don’t have right resources. Such a rude arrogant doctor he is. Shame to be a doctor. He cares only about money. And the hospital took 1lakh as insurance a day. Please do not admit your family members or you in this Apollo DRDO Hospital. Loots money from people.

Today we went to DRDO Apollo hospital for Chest pain to my Wife. I never had such kind of worst treatment ever before. Unprofessional and unethical. Let me explain what went through: Today early morning at 3:30AM my wife had a chest pain, immediately we rush to the Apollo DRDO hospital for treatment in emergency. They checked Blood pressure and took ECG. Emergency doctor suggested to go for one Blood test(hsTnl) which is import for investigate. Based on Test result you may have to join in hospital as an in-patient or come for OP. hsTnl result come negative and Emergency Dr. suggested to come afternoon to meet Cardiology Dr. at OP. We have took appointment at 1:30PM at OP with Cardiology Dr. at Billing counter and met Cardiology doctor at his cabin. The time we entered in his cabin, We handed over the file to him, he just saw the ECG and asked us immediately go for another ECG now without saying any other word. He did not even speak single word and not even allowed as us to speak any word. He didn't check Blood pressure, didn't check pulse or hearth beat with stethoscope as a preliminary check. And he didn't asked about patient present condition and how she is feeling. As Cordio Dr. suggested, we have gone for another ECG and met Dr. at his cabin again. Now he suggested to go for Angiogram. He did not even said, why it is required and how it will be done. It help patient mentally prepared for it. If I am not wrong, before Angiogram the patient should go through ECH-2D or Treadmill test. He did not even suggested yone of these tests.. He directly asked us to go for Angiogram. We have no issues in going for Angiogram..But, the way the Dr. treated the patent is really disappointing. This kind of unwelcome behavior from Cardio Dr. was really unprofessional and unethical. Why patent come to hospital?? Not for time pass or to spend money lavishly. When patient come to hospital.. first speak to the patient and understand what is his condition, how he / she is feeling.. A good word is better than a medicine. Hope, this feedback you may take it positive and helpful for organization success. We all know Apollo is a TOP Class hospital in India, because of few doctors that reputation should not go away. Worst hospital. Paitent Forced for Unnecessary tests and medications. For a normal BP check up they gave oxygen though paitent didn't have complain about breathing problem. MRI was taken without our knowledge. Suggested angiography while patient has so such complains about heartache or any uneasiness.

This hospital has been empanelled with CGHS facility and my wife was having regular consultion with gynecologist doctor. But before 1.5 months ago when she was going for the delivery in DRDO hospital, they refused and asked that normal charges will be charged. As they are alowing some CGHS personnels to treat but some not with a bloody response that this facility is not for your firm. But when I asked them that "could you please give a written statement?" They refused. Never thought that Apollo will do like this. Going to file a case very soon

Visited the Apollo DRDO hospital for covid vaccine today, for name sake only "apollo", service not good, No covid protocol followed, all billings are in same counter, why we are booking online slots ?? No social distance between patients, Only 1 counter for vaccine, they did not tell minimum instructions also, certification also they are telling we will update later like that, Both covishield and covaxin, provided based on the receipt, high risk of human error.

I am regular patent past 7 years onwards to Dialysis to Apollo DRDO ,I am happy with care that they are taking care of me.very good communication,excellent service without any infection,they are taking care of very nicely ,thank All.

Have been for the vaccination here 28/8, the system so disorganized that can't express in words.. no separate queue for vaccination billing, huge crowd, slow response rate-almost every thing is mismanaged -afree you pay for the vaccination, you need to go back to the main gate for the token number... Have not seen such pathetic arrangement, trust me the govt.primary health care system are doing far great job with less logistics... The funny bit the person who is giving token advising me to go to Owaisi hospital (beside appollo drdo) to get the free dose... what a awful staff they have hired Also one nurse is administrating vaccination.. Worst experience with the Hospital Staff, Billing and Doctors. Here Doctors are very good if you come with huge money. Insurance claims and cash less hospitalization is pathetic. Every time we use to request billing staff to provide further information/details as per insurance provider request. Doctor Name called Gopinath - well experienced and superb doctor, but he has no time to speak to patient. He will be always on mobile calls while on rounds. Patients and attendees don't know whom he is speaking with. Emergency ward is so pathetic, that they show a drama like they are doing something hurry. My cousin fell down from a ladder and got some injury. In emergency doctors asking patients and attendees "Facture hua kya" If patients know about that, why they visit hospital? All possible necessary and un-necessary diagnosis like X-Ray, CT Scan, Heart Scan, blotter scan, covid test, etc will do before admission to increase bill. In emergency Radiologist will not be available, they ask us for this purpose only they are coming, so they charge extra 2500. Ground level staff are so good that they don't even help patients to move from stretcher to scan beds. They ask the attendees to move the patients from strecher to scan beds. While admit, they will tell patient food will be provided by hospital. But food is so worst, that patient will definitely get vomit. Duty doctors visit patients without studying the records. Actually we for admitted in the evening, next day morning visiting doctor asked when surgery happened. What a pathetic care to patient.

Doctors dont stick to the timings. Were asked to come to the hospital at 10AM for a small procedure which would take 15mins, but the urologost dint come till 3PM, also the discharge takes 7-8 hours time if we go through insurance.

Hospital is good, doctors are very caring and sincere. Nursing staffs are very good and alert, NICU nurses were excellent..overall had a good experience and would recommend Dr.Nagavalli sreerangam as very good gynaecologist. She one of the best gynaecologist i hv ever met. She clears all doubt n interact with mother passionately. She very cordial in nature. Dont go to Dr. Sangita Nayak. She is worst and very egoistic person.

Sir In Apollo DRDO Aarogya shree out patients have to wait atleast 3 to 4 hours for taking medicine in cardiology department after review with doctors, the review timing they give 9 am and they distribute medicine at 2 pm, they simply say after completion of review with doctor to all patients they will distribute medicine, my request with aarogya shree staff plz distribute medicine soon after review with doctor to each patient, so that patients would not have to wait for long time, because some patients are suffering with multiple problem and disease. Other than this all department like ECG Lab staff nurses and especially all Doctors are very excellent. Thanking you.

The emergency department has improved a lot from my previous visit mainly because of renovation of facilities. The emergency doctor and nursing staff is proactive and upfront in attending the patient. The staff is qualified to handle the emergencies. The only thing I feel is the emergency wing looks understaffed with the number of beds available.

Dr KG Rajaram is the worst doctors ever. He doesn`t care about his patients. He only does work for money. A doctors first preference would be his patient and second he has to answer or let the patient family knows about the condition. When I asked him about my grandfather he replied -`` Dont ask like this he may die as well and dont try to talk to me”. Such a rude arrogant doctor he is. Shame to be a doctor. Visited for vaccination and I m very happy with service provided. Vaccination completed in 20 mins(including billing, quires and vaccination). Billing section and nurse are answering is very patiently. Overall i m happy with service received.

Today 11 August I visited for vaccination. They are confused where to receive vaccination fees . Billing section they pointing ☝️ to vaccination booth . vaccination booth pointing ☝️ Entry there is guy sitting.Then entry guy pointing to billing section..after 15 minutes last I got vaccinated.They is queue but need a social distance if hospital can hire a security guard in billing section he can manage a queue . A security guard in vaccination booth and a madam at desk and Guy with register Nurses Nirmala ( Vaccine given by nirmala) they all are well behaved and really appreciate there work register guy he know how to talk about queries ..At last I want to say service was best .Just focus on billing section (Social distance) Thanks for service For newbies 1) first go to billing section with orginal Proof Adhhar or whatever you selected Pay vaccination fees. 2) Go to entry he will check and issue token number 3) Go straight from entry left side security sir just handover your bill .He will call you .Then desk madam show her bill with Proof (Adhhar or any other which you selected) She will send you inside there is Register guy show him your bill then direct vaccination sit for 10 or 15 minutes you will receive Certificate . Then proud Yourself.....wait for next dose ....

Worst carporate hospital I have ever seen, was shocked to see there is no drinking water facility on the floor for inpatient rooms staff asked us to organise for water on our own, lift doesn't work, despite waiting for 15 minutes after discharge, boy didn't come with wheel chair. Room tariff was 4900 for private sharing room which doesn't even worth 400 , bathroom sink and commode were so bad in shape, of course housekeeping people kept cleaning it to make it usable.... unmatchable to Apollo name. WORST CORPORATE HOSPITAL. ... MANAGEMENT SHOULD SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO THE INFRASTRUCTURE TO MATCH YOUR STANDARDS.... SO BELOW STANDARD... EVEN ONE STAR IS MORE BUT NO OTHER OPTION .... Doctor was good though.

Very Bad response.. I have admitted my 3 months baby for Lung infection problem. I firstly noticed Nurses.. they are very poor in medical knowledge.. they don’t even know how serious the case . Secondly Doctors: Their main concept is they want to Kepp patient for atleast 5 days.. so they are just showing daily one problem we will try this & that let’s see, let’s wait for one day so On.. And finally Third one Administration: Very lazy and Irrespective Behaviour

Worst experience ever.. Staff are dead slow to perform duties. Admitted patients are not receiving food and services on time. Duty staff are too lazy to respond to our problems. Admitted patients should be given food on time but here it is not the case when we asked aBout the same they are saying its their timings we cNt do anything. During night blankets for patient are provided by around 12 till then patient was shivering with cold.

Pathetic billing system- it will take hours to be in queue for billing. Doctor will see the patient for 2 minutes but you have to stand in billing queues for hours. Pathetic parking and hospital infrastructure. Some Doctors have their own billing in the cabin and ask the patients for money/fee which is never recorded in Hospital system.

Apollo DRDO - my brother got admitted on 13th April 2022 in emergency ward and later moved to room. The treatment , doctor , nurses availability is excellent. The house keeping staff are punctual and they clean the room , washroom and changing the bed sheets regularly. The staffs were caring the patient . Overall satisfied with the treatment and the hospitality.

Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour of the doctors, never ontime for the past 5 months always waiting time of more than 2hrs. It's like a government hospital but high fees. Fully commercial. No parking no canteen in premises. Doctors don't respond to calls in emergency.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hospital. The patient care in the ICU was subpar, with nurses displaying unprofessional behavior towards patients. Additionally, the facilities for families were inadequate, lacking the necessary support and comfort. Moreover, I found the charges for basic conditions like fever and cough to be unreasonably high. I urge you to address these issues promptly to improve the quality of care and services provided.

Don't prefer for any emergency care in this hospital. Here no experience emergency care staff and one more thing I want to share every one, emergency ward sisters first focus on bills only not on patient care and treatment. Plz note this and save ur person life on emergency time. This is my humble request to everyone don't choose APPOLO DRDO for emergency services.

The emergency ward treatment was good .identified the seriousness of disease reported. Your staff were good serving people specially brother Samaiah was only could identify my daughter' vain which helps a lot for quick treatment. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and laid back attitude of the staff. Dr. J Srikanth D (Ortho) is not a real doctor but a money vending machine. I went there on the 7th of November 23 to consult him for a spondylitis pain that i had over the past month. He consulted me on the first day and wrote a list of tests and asked me to come back on the 9th of Nov. He also specifically told me that on the next visit I don't have to pay anything and it will be a free consultation. When I went on the 9th, and entered my name at the reception counter they gave me my number but didn not tell me that the doctor is on leave. He was on leave for the entire week. But the reception told me only this after I waited infront of his consulting room till 12noon and then went back to ask them why the doctor wasn't there. Then they called up the doctor and informed me that he is on leave till the 12th of Nov and that I should come back there on the 13th. When I went back on the 13th, I was told that it's a govt declared holiday, so the doctor won't be there and i should come back on the 14th of Nov. When I went on 14th Nov morning 8am, the last at the reception said that my name is there at no. 1 and I should come back at 11:30am. When I went at 11:30 am, went straight to the doctor's consulting room, I told him my name and that my number is at #1. But he instead said my name wasn't there and that I should go back to the reception and tell them. I did so and then the lady told me that I need to pay consultation again. When I told the doctor that I didn't miss my appointment to show the reports, he was on leave, the doctor simply told me to go pay the consultation. I want to know how much harassment should patients go through in these big pompous hospitals. Why are they even sitting there? To just mint money? A patient who is already going through some kind of suffering, is made to run here and there by the stuff and doctors combined. I would never go to this money minting business who they are calling hospital. This is the perfect example of the hospitals that we see in movies, who do not announce the death of their patients just to get the extra money for the next couple of days. Just go to a small individual practioner where you will get good treatment and not harrassment. Shame!

My family friend was recently admitted to the Apollo DRDO Hospital for kidney failure. Despite multiple organ infections, the assigned nephrologist, Dr. GK Rajaram, focused solely on kidney treatment through daily dialysis. It became evident that the hospital lacked resources for comprehensive care. Dr. Rajaram, aware of the broader health issues, responded insensitively when questioned about my friend's condition. The hospital charged a substantial amount, 1 lakh as insurance a day, while neglecting other critical aspects of his health. Frustrated with the situation, we opted to transfer my grandfather to other hospital for better care. I advise caution before considering Apollo DRDO Hospital due to concerns about inadequate treatment and excessive financial burden.
