This is not a hospital, DO NOT go to this place even if your life is in danger. Don't go by their advertising gimmicks, google reviews. In this so called hospital, there is no such thing as "trained" staff/nurses whatever you like to call them. They are running a business that aims at making the most of a patient's plight. The orthopaedic doctor is not a doctor but a bone setter. The staff in emergency ward behaves as if it's their first day in the hospital.They don't know what to do, what to say, how to treat. Above all, they lie to you. The x-ray technician was not available and they said there is a patient in the x-ray room. When we went inside, there was no one. When the x-ray technician finally arrived, he took the x-ray of left wrist and on the x-ray report, wrote it as right hand. I repeat, this is not a hospital, this is just a place where people pretending to be doctors/nurses are roaming around not knowing why they are there. They will be equally clueless about everything. The out patient file that they give to you contains news paper articles OR paid positive reviews from some of the known newspapers. They glorify themselves as best orthopaedic hospital, but I would say this hospital at best, is the worst hospital for someone who has an emergency. Take my word, don't go to this hospital or you will regret your visit. Just to tie a plaster (that too wrongly) they will charge you 4,500 /- IF ANYONE FROM THE HOSPITAL IS READING THIS, DO REMOVE ALL THE ADVERTISING BANNERS FROM THE FLYOVER PILLARS, REMOVE ALL YOUR NEWS LETTER ARTICLES FROM THE PATIENT'S FILE, REMOVE ALL ADVERTISING GIMMICKS AND SPEND THAT MONEY IN TRAINING YOUR STAFF, YOUR DOCTORS AND YOUR NURSES. AIM TO BE EFFICIENT AT WHAT YOU CLAIM NOT GLOATING ABOUT HOW YOUR HOSPITAL IS THE BEST. IT'S ACTUALLY THE WORST... ALSO CHANGE YOUR HOSPITAL NAME AND DON'T INSULT GERMANY BECAUSE GERMANS ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR EFFICIENCY. IF ANY GERMAN GETS TO KNOW THE STANDARDS OF THIS HOSPITAL, THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR COUNTRY'S NAME AND BE ASHAMED OF CALLING THEMSELVES A GERMAN.

This hospital is bringing the hospitality back to hospitals.The way doctors and staff treating the patient is highly appreciated. I have never seen this hospitality in any hospital. They are doing fabulous job. We brought our aunt for knee replacement Dr Mir Jawad Zar Khan sir treated so specially and explained each and everything in detail and all went well. I would highly recommend this hospital.

We have visited hospital many times. But this time Faced bad experience with hospital staff, from admission to discharge time. Went to hospital for my mother due to breathing issues. We have insurance. Staff told me that, after completion of some tests only admitted in hospital and written some tests. I have paid the amount for tests. But till 2 hours they make us waiting and not consider the patient condition. After tests they written some medicines. I asked them, this is insurance case and cashless treatment. They simply said until insurance approval got treatment can't start in cashless. I requested them, if you want I will make advance deposit. They not agreed. I have paid for medicines and given to nurses. Then only started the treatment. In emergency situation also they treated very bad. Next day We asked permission for 10 to 15 minutes going outside the hospital, for that, hospital staff taken declaration letter from us saying that, we are not responsible if anything happens to patient. I never ever seened taking declaration letter for 10 to 15 minutes going outside the patient room. In such case, why we went to hospital for treatment? I have taken pic of declaration letter. Hospital staff behavior is very bad. They behave with us rudely all the time. Due to emergency I can't shift the hospital. Decided not to visit hospital anymore. Doctors are good. But the staff, nurses behavior is very bad.

Except few good Dr all the service are very bad. They just loot money for the price they charge. Unclean hospital. Poor workers. Bad Nursing Station. There are more managers than workers. They have boxers like that of in Pubs. For this better go to hospitals in some good locality.

Hospital is located in good location. Doctor has many certifications and seems popular as the doctor completes orthopaedic studies in Germany. Visited hospital last year due to lower back pain. Doctor told to take X-ray which is mandatory. Before doctor’s opinion and diagnosis,a nurse will arrive and brief you about various treatments &surgeries. I was confused because without doctor even looked at my X-ray yet but nurse came with a video of treatments. For me it looks like a commercial ad video where the hospital is selling their services without even looking at my problem. Finally I consulted doctor and he said I have disc bulge and I may go for an injection which will inject directly into my spine. At that moment I was scared and asked doctor to prescribe medicine for pain relief and physiotherapy exercises. Doctor prescribed the same and asked me to consult in-house physiotherapist.There comes a good actor who treat you with ineffective physiotherapy exercises. Finally I bought an alternate device to administer at home.He checked that device and said the device looks scary and I shouldn’t use such devices. I returned the device to the seller. My back pain didn’t relieve even after a month and finally he said my pain is chronic and suggested for a surgery which is the final conclusion awaiting. I took a second opinion and consulted a good physiotherapist near by. I took 30 days therapy and my lower back pain is relieved. Later I was given post therapy exercises to strengthen my core muscles.its almost 8 months now and I’m feeling absolutely fine without surgery. I consulted visiting physiotherapist and looking my X-ray he smiled at the therapist who suggested surgery for a minor issue. Nowadays doctors are not thinking about the well being of human beings. Profit is the only mantra for their studies. Poor people will be trapped by scaring about their illness. This is my opinion and it is my experience at this hospital. May be the hospital had cured many patients with severe illness who required the most. But please don’t fool the patient who genuinely don’t require a surgery. I would appreciate a practitioner who is honest with his deeds. People will remember you forever. Like I remember my therapist for his honest advice and service. Thank you

When approach with staff they simply said 4 hours delay is there. This level of disregard for patients' time is highly distressing. Not once did any member of the staff offer an explanation or express any regret for the inconvenience caused. This lack of basic courtesy and empathy towards patients is deeply concerning. We came to Germanten for treatment of my son who fractured his left leg toe while playing cricket. Dr. Jawad Zar Khan performed the operation to our utmost satisfaction. Germanten hospital has only 1 good doctor that is Dr. Mir Jawad Zar Khan. The administrative service is more pathetic each time. 1st they don't give appointment - they ask patients to walk-in, 2nd when patient comes they say doctor is in inpatient rounds so wait endlessly. Why cant these bunch of unprofessional people at Germanten decide their rounding timings and OP consultation timings?? Why can't these bunch of idiots give consultation appointment and hence avoiding disgusted waiting time?? What it takes to be professional in service rather than continuing with "we don't care attitude??" We met Dr Wasif Azam, Interventional Cardiologist & Senior Consultant today with complaint of continuous High Blood Pressure readings.. He was mum throughout the session..He will keep watching his mobile/tablet..He will move his chair in different direction not facing the patient at all..He has an assistant who talks on his behalf and any word of assurance comes from the junior assistant, but not from the senior PIG. Such a complete disregard to the patient after paying this senior pig's full fee. Final Verdict: If you want to go to the hospital only go for Dr. Mir Jawad Zar Khan. All other pigs pretending to be doctors are useless.

If you're looking for an honest review here it is So far had the worst experience with the worst doctor he did not treat my mom's fractured leg properly. For a fractured leg, he was given an ankle cap and said "This is fine" and did not give the right instruction about the broken Ankle. Money-minded hospitals and worse or worse pharmacy people, instead of explaining the tablets all they care about is money, instead of giving us the tablets the women at the pharmacy reception the women is busy counting money. The emergency room is filled with a nursery but nobody will bother to help you. Worse experience. The doctor does not know about the injury.

The OPD is good, the doctor s are good but if you are planning to get your near and dear ones hospitalized, please think twice. The hospital does not have basic hygiene. 1. The bedcovers and pillow covers are dirty. You can easily make out that they hardly go for a proper wash. 2. Bathroom stinks. 3. Staff does not know the meaning of hospitality. If you are alone, you need to get even a bottle of water by yourself no matter what you are ailing of. 4. No proper timing of giving food to patients. Breakfast at 10:30AM Lunch at 2:30 PM. No morning Tea. Evening Tea at 6:30 PM. 5. Lack of coordination between staff, nurse. They are completely incompetent to be called as health service provider. 5. No emergency bed alarm to call the nurse in need. 6. Whatever you request, the usual response is 10 mins which eventually does not happen at all no matter how many times you request. 7. Even if you are getting admitted, make sure you do it before 6:00 PM after this the insurance person will be gone and they will keep on bothering you for cash payments and even withhold your necessary blood report and you will be desperately seeking the status of your reports which will be released only after either you pay the bill in cash or your insurance company approve the initial request.

Not a good experience. Called receptionist to check if at all any Rheumatologist available, he said an Ortho doctor looks for Rheumatoid arthritis and asked to visit by 12:00 PM, when we reached hospital and to surprise informed that doctor will be available by 02:30 PM.. when probe why wrongly informed, received unsatisfactory answer. When I looked at the Dashboard there is non of any Rheumatologist was listed. Being a name and fame of Germanten Hospital could afford an experienced Rheumatologist consultant. Hope someone in Hospital management can feel the pain and convey to the concern.

I visited Germanten Hospital one week before for regular checkup very experienced doctors nd friendly Staff.

Been through a harsh time in Germanten hospital pillar no 150 attapur. I been here on 30-12-2020 for my father's checkup of knee pain. I asked the staff of the first floor out patient that my father is 73 years old and cany wait for long time, so please avoid the first meeting with the general consultant and let go and the main doctor dr Jawad zar khan, as I said this the nurses of first floor kept my father waiting for one and half hour and let the other patients go before me and when I can't them why are you doing so they were laughing and enjoying me and father waiting for one and half hour, I explained them we can't wait that long as we didn't were not carrying and thing to eat or drink and my father is habituated to and directed to take little food every couple of hour. At last they made us go through the general consultant and let us go to see the main doctor. We been punished only for asking them that we wouldn't like to go with general consultant. All girls enjoyed publishing us. No complains about the doctor dr Jawad zar khan and the hospital but the complain is with nursing staff of first floor OP of DR Jawad zar khan. Treatment and all are fine but they don't just care about time. Once u take appointment and report exactly at that time, it takes 2 hours to see the doctor because doctors check In-patient calls whenever they call and keeping the OP waiting. That too almost half the diagnosis is done by junior doctor. The waiting is just too much. Atleast they should plan the appointments properly if the doctor is very busy. Too much waiting and too much of frustration. Avoid if u r a busy person or u value time more than anything else. They act as if only the doctor's time is the only thing valuable and patients are all free.

These Hospital is a scam they told us something else and did the complete opposite during the surgery looting extra money from us. Visited hospital for ankle pain and consulted doctor Siva Narasimha reddy. He doesn't have 2 minutes of time to check the patient and in hurry. Didn't consult the patient to know the problem and just went away. Never ever visit this hospital..high charges with low doctor service.
