I came for my Uncle for proper cancer treatment. However, initially I and my wife were asked to run throughout all the blocks just for consultation purpose. We kept calm and again went to new admission reception where there are 2 frustrated receptionist who have no clue how to guide or help the patient's or their attenders. Don't know why are they are working as receptionist. No one helped us in guiding for a basic consultation with dr Pratap Reddy. Security guards think as if they are owners of the hospial and their behaviour is pathetic and unacceptable. New people who come for first time will go crazy and frustrated due to the treatment received by the staff. There is no proper communication nor staff is supportive or friendly. In US if this kind of seen the hospital will be sued for sure. Please avoid going in such pathetic hospital where humanity doesn't exist. They dont provide any kind of reports hardcopy for the tests they do after discharge, they just mention their observations in summary report, so if you want to go to other hospital for second opinion then it would be difficult for the doctor to analyze the case clearly. Support staff and nurses doesnt show any kindness towards patients, they literally shout while speaking. They didnt even bother about the condition of the patient while discharge, they simply say our work is over you can take the patient home. I read many comments who has given mainly 1 star rating. If cafeteria is not good, you have the right to ask the cafeteria manager or Administration. Some people talked about parking. In Hyderabad I am staying since 2009. Government is giving permissions without parking space for malls and theatres. For instance Forum mall, AMB mall and few others. In this hospital there’s ample space for parking which is very good. First we should give respect the staff who are cleaning, security and supporting staff. If you have any problem with respect to treatment/doctors/high billing please escalate. I visited Basavatarakm Cancer Hospital for my uncle treatment. I was very happy the way they are managing during this pandemic situation. I was there for 4 days and was regular to hospital canteen. They are renovating and lot of construction activities are going on at the same time. I doubted the quality of the food and spoke to canteen manager Narendra. He was very informative and walked me through their canteen and briefed the hygiene measures they are taking. I was really amazed. Wishing them all the best and may they serve more and more poor people at affordable price.

Worst hospital we are waiting for op so many hours in this doctors are very attitude they are talking in a rude manner .they don't have patience . But treating cancer patients doctors have so much patience but no one in this having this .so any way it will helpful to poor people

First of all the hospital is. Good. . , And doctors behaviour is very Attitude ,. NOT TO Tell proper information about the patient. , + Dr . K . Venkateshwarrao ) . he is a Neuro surgeon and he not to tell anything of the patient condition and Next level treatment He not to Talk properly with condition of patients,, And also ( Dr. Tasneem Rushdi ). She is a Radiation Doctor. and she also not giving proper information to the patients... Finally. ( Cleaning Staff. ). They asked money. For the patients. Befor patients. discharged. .. I think hospital is not giving us salary evary time they asked money for the patients And mostly the ( L.A 3 Radiation treatment is very late and Lazy fellows Managers never asked for late of radiation they Time passed in L.A 3 Doctors The time is too late for taken one Patient ) My Review is ( True ) why because my Dad is patient in this hospital last 1 year ( 2019 ) patient and I know the ( my Doctors and staff and Reception members behaviour ) Thank you for Basavatarakam cancer hospital such a Great Treatment in poor patients Hats off ( Balakrishna sir . Had a very bad experience with Dr. Senthil Rajappa. Please make sure you don’t take the patient to him because he will ruin their confidence to get better. Worst oncologist and human we have seen.

Great service

I visited to this hospital for one of my family members health issue. We consulted dr. Krishna mohan for the investigation of issue, he treated very well. I felt really happy for the hospital cleanliness, initially worried to have food in the canteen as it was covid time but after seeing the canteen maintenance and hygienic I ate without having any hesitation food was really tasty and quality. I really recommend this hospital for the treatment and better maintenance.

It is one of the best cancer hospital. I was treated for breast cancer by Dr Senthil J Rajappa (I fondly remember him as Hunter Doherty-Patch Adams).. Dr Senthil is a great human being !!! .Had a great experience with Dr CK Naidu , who is a best surgeon and Dr Deleep Kumar Gudipudi is again a very good doctor... Worst management ever I have seen my mother taking treatment here and the staff in the general ward of chemotherapy are so irresponsible and no timesense even doctors too don't follow particular time , management making us to wait for hours

The doctors here deserve 5 star rating. But awarded 3star in view of irresponsible behaviour of clerical staff. Clerical staff and supporting staff deserve 0 rating. A good charity hospital is being getting bad name due to clerical staff

We approached for the treatment of cancer which has declared in previous hospital but in indo American has declared that any claim is applicable (Arogya Sri, Ayushman Bharath) by reviewing the privious report and finally told is the suspicious. They are not considering any health cards. So suggestive that this hospital is money based

Dr.SANATH K, is an excellent Doctor. He is friendly, polite and helpful. And also Dr. NISHA. Nursing staff are good. The problem is with front office. Some employees are arrogant. Especially INSURANCE DESK. For every CHEMO they are collecting some amount of money , even though sufficient insurance coverage is available, but not providing the details of the same when asked for. Their replies are vague. Approaching higher officials also proved no use. Hats off to the service rendered by the DOCTORS , because of whom the hospital prestige and goodwill is being maintained and AWARDS ARE RECEIVED.
