Review
after
a
year!
Overall
rating
-
Not
satisfactory,
over
priced,
not
professional.
I
live
in
Andhra
Pradesh.
A
week
before
my
surgery
I
called
to
the
clinic
for
the
details.
I
was
asked
to
send
my
head
photos
in
different
angles
and
to
get
some
blood
tests
done.
After
referring
to
photos
doctor
told
that
I
would
need
3000
grafts.
Next
day
clinic
staff
called
and
offered
me
a
package
i.e,
an
unlimited
grafts
that
my
donor
area
supports
will
be
planted
for
150K
rupees
and
told
to
do
an
advance
payment
to
confirm
my
appointment
date.
After
negotiation
25K
discount
was
offered.
On
the
day
of
surgery
I
went
to
the
clinic
with
my
hair
trimmed.
Doctor
explained
the
procedure
and
started
morning
session
with
hair
extraction
from
back
of
my
head.
(FUE)Extraction
was
done
with
machine.
Given
a
lunch
break
for
everyone(staff,
myself)
after
completion
of
extraction.
Doctor
drawn
a
hairline
reference
on
my
forehead
I
raised
objections
about
the
hairline
but
doctor
was
little
rude
at
that
moment
and
tried
to
push
faster.
I
expected
doctor
would
be
near
me
for
the
whole
process.
Doctor
given
me
an
anesthesia
in
the
frontal
part
for
implantation
and
went
into
his
consultation
room.
Here
comes
actual
hassle,
staff
started
plantation.
I
have
a
thin
scalp
on
my
forehead
and
frontal
part.
I
had
a
sever
unbearable
pain
when
they
injecting
hair
with
needle.
Doctor
visited
and
given
anesthesia
couple
of
times
but
the
situation
was
not
improved.
I
also
had
a
panic
when
doctor
tries
to
give
more
anesthesia(in
2
different
incidents
patients
lost
their
lives
due
to
over
dosage
of
anesthesia).
I
refused
for
over
dosage
of
anesthesia
and
the
pain
was
the
same.
I
started
moaning
because
of
the
pain
that
I
couldn't
bear,
the
staff
surrounded
me
were
joking
on
me
in
their
language
that
I
wouldn't
understand
and
laughing.
This
was
disrespectful
and
unprofessional,
I
doubt
if
they
have
valid
nurse
license?
After
few
hours
I
got
a
narrow
line
of
hairs
planted
on
my
forehead
though
I
have
lot
of
thinning
over
the
frontal
part
and
crown
area.
When
I
pointed
that
to
the
doctor,
he
told
that
front
part
hairs
once
grown
will
cover
the
gaps
in
the
back.
That's
all
I
got!
The
count
would
be
hardly
500
to
700
grafts
were
planted.
On
the
next
day
I
went
to
the
clinic
for
bandage
removal.
The
medicines
cost
another
10k,
I
had
a
sever
hair
fall(original
hairs)
after
using
the
Minoxidil
solution
that
they
offered.
I
thrown
those
Minoxidil
solutions
into
garbage
and
went
back
to
Mintop.
Overall
it
was
not
a
pleasant
experience,
the
staff
was
not
professional,
overpriced,
doctor
should
listen
to
the
patient
what
they
are
looking
for.
Later
I
consulted
a
famous
dermatologist
and
explained
the
situation
and
he
raised
a
point
that
any
physician
must
examine
the
scalp
and
anesthesia
withholding
capacity
for
a
patient
before
going
to
a
surgery.
After
a
year
from
my
surgery
I
really
couldn't
notice
any
difference
before
and
after
surgery.
