Hands down, one the best momos I've had in my life! I usually don't enjoy red meat but their pork momos were excellent! I had a chance to have a small rendezvous with the owner of this place - an ex-Google employee who quit his job after a decade to start this business. He went after his calling and set-up this cute tiny and homely place that serves the best Tibetan, Nepali and Himalayan cuisines! I am definitely visiting them again. Special shoutout to their Nan Thod Potatoes and Thupkas... Delicious 😋!!!

Hidden Gem 💎. Asian restaurant located next to KS bakers on first floor on the Botanical Garden road. Different experience of seating on mattresses on the ground. Small and cozy restaurant. Food is authentic and extremely delicious 😋. We ordered Khow Suey and Veg Jhol Momos. Know suey was perfect in both the taste and presentation. Quantity was sufficient. Veg jhol momos come with gravy and quite good too. Price is decent and service is good. Their restaurant walls and stairs need renovation. No AC is installed inside but fans are good. It is difficult to see the restaurant from the road and it seems to be hidden. Overall good experience 🥰😍🤩

A lovely place and a lovely experience. Hyderabad has not been able to wow me in terms of chinese yet but this place definitely carries a whole lot of flavourful potential. The restaurant is on first floor, has table seating and floor seating options as well. It's much fun to sit squatting on the floor and eat from the low tables. The momos are beautiful, especially the steamed ones. We also liked the Pork Breast dish as well. Looking forward to this place fine tuning it's offerings. Recommended. Will visit again.

You will have to keep your shoes outside and sit for an amazing experience of delicious food. The food was delicious and the staff was good. The prices are reasonable. Only thing that I felt was the serve time is a little late than usual, but I am sure that is not everyday. The quantity is good as per the price. Food to look for : Chicken Salt and Pepper, Bami Goreng, Nand Potato, Chilly Paneer, Jhol Momos. This place is better if you are looking for some Chineese and Indonesian, not heavy yet complete meal. Usually preferred for dinners. The food can be categorised with medium and extreme spicy too depending upon the customer's taste.

Their Pork Momos are th best momos I've ever tasted. Super delicious and juicy. Chicken momos are very good too. If you're looking for good momo places in Hyderabad, this is it.

The food was delicious and worth every penny but they should really work on the ambience. I guess they are more focused on the cloud kitchen. I would rather suggest you order food from here than going to this place.

The food was amazing. We've tried pork momos, spicy chicken coriander momos, dry chilli pork and chicken thukpa. Pork momos and chilli pork were really good. The place is small but the tastes of the foods are amazing. If you are a momo person you should definitely come to this place and try it's momos. BEST MOMOS I HAD IN HYDERABAD TILL DATE.

Small couped up place but just amazing food. This is a must try for all. The know suey as in the pic is to die for. Rest of the items specially the main course need to inform the spice level as they sometimes make it sweet. The momos are out of this world as well

Food is good at the place taste is also good worth eating . Ambience is just ok ok. And one thing I would suggest to restaurant that they should change there plastic bowls and utensils. Apart from that it was worth trying.

I was waiting for their order as I have already known about their awesome pork momos from my didivai.. We ordered this time chicken steamed momo and Chicken thukpa via Zomato.. Momo was 4.5/5 with the hot and cheesy taste.. Thukpa was 4.9/5 with all the Vegetables like spinach, carrot, coriander, and chicken..with healthy touch of perfect amount of salt and pepper.. We went to this place last Sunday and believe me it was the worst place I have visited in past 7 to 8 months.I went to this place with lots of expectations but unfortunately place and food both were unhygienic. We called the restaurant in advance just to tell them that we are coming to order our food so that they arrange everything but still they didn't care about that. Kitchen was so dirty and smelly. Main thing which I have noticed immediately after entering into the kitchen was that nobody was wearing mask....so they were not following any guideline in this crucial time and when I asked them why you doing such things they smiled and said we don't wear mask in the kitchen. I don't know that doesn't make sense or not. Also when I told them that I am gonna mention all this on Google than again he smiled on me and went inside. Second most important thing was that food was worst. Full of oil and spicy. They have not used fresh oil. So basically food was also not good. Third thing is that it is my mistake that went there. So I request everyone please don't order anything from this place. They are not following any guidelines of corona. I know I have made this mistake but guys can avoid this.

Momos were quite good and the chutney served was refreshing. Didn’t like the crispy honey chicken much. Ambience was pathetic since it was closed during covid and the place was smelly as a result.

THC (The Himalayan Cafe) is one of the most authentic places to be if you want to taste real momos and authentic Chinese. I would recommend try the Pork Momos, it's the Best🤩😋. 5/5 the perfect score. I would also recommend to try the chicken momos. It was soft succulent and the filling. 5/5 I tried the Chili Dry Pork. The sauce was awesome. I never thought that you can get such good pork in Hyderabad. Try the garlic chili pork noodles. Good one as well. Always ask for recommendations from the owner. He will guide you well. For all the dishes I had to pay 800 bucks. I missed on one part where the charges were not clear. As the Chicken Momo was of 120, Pork Momo was of 180. Chili Dry Pork -240 and finally the Pork chilli was not on the menu so don't know. Anways clear this part with the owner. Regarding Billing which is unclear. Otherwise the place is good.

A place can be small, and simple but not untidy. But this place is unclean and untidy, worn-out walls, with no maintenance. It shows their granted attitude towards the customers who wish to dine in. I wonder how their kitchen must be. They should work on their ambience if they wish to continue dine-in or better operate as a cloud kitchen(as the prices are like any other usual dine-in place). The food is good but all of the items tasted the same. We have ordered Pork Jhol momos, Tom Kha & Khow suey.

Absolutely fantastic food and service! I honestly enjoyed the food so much, I asked the owner to look into opening branches in other cities. The momos were definitely a hit, but we also ordered Thai Curry and fried rice as well which were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the soup which had a very yummy coconut milk consistency and taste to it! Also enjoyed the homey sitting down style of the restaurant. Looking forward to bringing other friends and family here. I highly recommend visiting the Himalayan Cafe to all those traveling to Hyderabad!

This small place has amazing food to offer. The chicken thukpa is delicious. Pork momos and fries and also lip smacking! Best Asian food restaurant in Hyderabad and very reasonable too.

They don’t even know to make pork curry… I asked for pork curry they gave me chilli chicken style pork recipe, when I ask for replacement asking them to make gravy they sent me chilli chicken gravy full of souce Don’t you know how to make simple pork curry Bakwas restaurant if u don’t know how to cook shutt down your restaurant

The restaurant has cosy seating. The momos are indeed something to try! Though it may not seem like it, there are good vegetarian options too.

Best place for chinese in Kondapur ... authentuc one, quantity and quality is best. Staff is helpful too. They have dine in too, just 4 5 tables but food tastes much better in there

Very warm welcoming people .......the atmosphere there felt like home....the dishes were tasting awesome and they were very well presented...The chefs special which i ordered was THE CHICKEN NASI GORENG was tasting rich and the starter CHILLY CHICKEN was also good

The very best Momos in Hyderabad. Try out their Jhol momos, unique and unlike any other momos you've ever had. The place serves good pan asian cuisine, but their strength is in their Nepali/Tibetan/Himalayan fare. Along with their selection of momos, order some pork thupka and you will not go wrong.

One of the best place serving the momos and thukpas in the town is near kondapur where we had some amazing food. Along with some good ambience where you can have food in the nepali style on the floor. So we had schezwan chicken momos, chicken and egg thukpa, chicken steam momos, chilly momos, honey chilli chicken and a chicken skewer platter.. Among all we loved the momos and the chicken skewer platter.

It was ok ok cafe. Price doesn't match to the taste. Had better chicken momos near DLF. I also had thoopa which they said authentic but it was not. Service is slow and you have to wait for long time to get seat. 😣 I liked ambiance it is good.

The search for authentic momos at Hyderabad ends at The Himalayan Cafe. I opted for a pick up and ordered one plate of chicken fried momos and a plate of non veg thukpa. Both of them are authentic and brings me closer to Darjeeling. The packing has been great too. The momo with the Spicy Devil sauce goes absolutely perfect. This is for the first time in the last 4 years of Hyderabad that I am having such a great thukpa. Awesome is the word! Will be ordering more from this place regularly and I just wish to see some more dishes added to the menu list. THC is a killer addition!

The himalayan cafe. Really amazing place to have pork and himalayan food in Hyderabad. The dishes are very authentic. One of the best momos you can get in Hyderabad at reasonable prices. The pork here is really good and fresh. The thukpa is also amazing. I travel really far just to eat the food here. I could not find any other place in hyd serving this food and the plus point is reasonable pricing as well as amazing quality and taste. 👍

A cozy place to end your day with a nice meal. The owner is very friendly and you can ask him for suggestions. I had a chance to visit the kitchen,very clean and professional. Must try : Pork Ribs with BBQ sauce and Pork Momos. All the dips are made in house and tasted fresh. There is no 4wheeler parking facility, 2 wheeler's can be parked. You can park your car a little further on the opposite side of the road and walk down to the place. Overall, I am happy I found this place. Must try !

Well we heard about this place from a friend and I must say we were really impressed. The place serves amongst the best Chinese we have ever tasted.The ambience in itself is very well thought of. The have low seating tables and cushions to sit on. The owner himself engages with the people visiting the place and there are several different dishes to try from. As with a place like this, the service is a little slow but it is more than compensated with the food when it arrives. If you are looking for a fast service, best is to visit on a weekday. Definitely going back here.

Well went there as the ratings for this joint on all platforms were pretty good. Liked the idea of floor searing and the quiteness the place had. Lent it a good vibe. Now comes the food part. Order pork ribs home style,Himalayan spcl momos, Thai basil chicken fried rice. Except pork ribs the other 2 items didn't have much flavor to it, they weren't like under or over cooked but couldn't taste the dish for its ingredients. Since it's a floor searing place u oughta remove ur shoes before u enter. But the place to remove ur shoe is right under the scorching sun with no benches to help u as well. Would have loved to have some shade n a bit of seating to help u with that

When ordering Jhol momos, the gravy the momos were cooked in had become bitter. The chef at first could not understand the issue, then denied responsibility for the bitter gravy saying that they hadn't received this kind of complaint before. The dish wasn't replaced when told to.

Nice little cozy place. The food was a delight to the tastebuds. Must try: Bami Goreng Noodles. I was a bit surprised by the sitting arrangement though. 🏔️⛰️🏔️

We tried a few dishes , here they are. The first to come was their Chicken spicy coriander steamed momos and Spicy veg fried momos. One bite and I knew it wasn’t any normal. The juices it released was something that adds immense flavour to the momos. You don’t want to waste the juices. The spice as well was balanced without hitting on the back of the throat which was a good sign. Next to come in was the chicken kothey and steamed pork momos. The chicken ones again had those juices coming through , also has a kick from the lemon juice. Perfect with the spicy chutney. Although I don’t eat pork , also I have no problem in trying it out the owner insisted me to try it. It was much better than the chicken one in terms of flavour and he proudly says its the best the kitchen does. We also tried the Thukpa both chicken and pork. Both of them had a different broth , again pork one being much more flavourful. It had noodles , meat , egg , shredded vegetables and meat. A bit spicier than the authentic one to suit the local palate. But can be customized according to one’s choice. Chicken Bami Goreng was their newest addition, this was much better than what a few pan Asian restaurants serve. It had a slight sweetness to it and that’s how it had to be. The chicken as well was really good with the noodles.
