The designs of the Jewelry and the patient way they take care of customers. This location is a multi level store with one level for pendants, another for chains and one for diamonds. Since this belongs to the Tata group, there's an element of trust. We were helped by Jyoti on the diamond floor. Very pleasant, patient and took good care of us.

The Tanishq staff in the Begumpet branch are very courteous. They are very warm and patiently shown all the collections they have. 1. Tanishq has quality product no doubt, but the billing is too slow! I visited the new Tanishq showroom in Somajiguda and at the time of billing the staff told me that the server had crashed. They made me wait for a long time and didn't have a back up option to process my purchase. I had to leave the showroom. 2. The staff needs to be better aware of their own products. I asked them for alphabet pendants, they said "No we dont have". I walked towards the pendant section and found them myself :) This is after I had spent my entire time and effort choosing some other pendant. Request the management to kindly look into this. Compared to the rest of the jewellery showrooms in Hyderabad, no doubt Tanishq is one of the best in terms of ambience. The staff is polite too.

The staff is very friendly and we had a very good experience at the shop. There were almost all of the varieties in the shop. The staff has instructed and gave some guidance to us. The shop was very decorative and huge. There was valet parking at the place. So Tanishq is the best place to buy jewellery as there is the Tata Trust where there will be a little confidence while buying jewellery. The staff also showed the weight to us of the item.

Certainly one of the best jewelry stores in Hyderabad. We visited on a Sunday - parking wasn't an issue since it has a valet. But the store was quite busy ... The sale staff was over streched and we were looking for jumkhas and were in a hurry. We contemplated going back since the store was so busy BUT the sales assistant (Sarah Joy) was absolutely amazing. She was very calm, patient and ensured she assured us of quick billing. It it wasn't for her, we may not have made the purchase on that day. She didn't rush us nor did she press us with her opinion ... A pleasant shopping experience.

The management is quite responsive..they have good designs. The best part you can invest in a monthly gold scheme of 10 months, even if you do not avail it, the amount is apparently reverted to your account or even if there is nothing that you like, you may buy a pure gold coin or invest this amount in anything be it platinum, diamond or gold.. From the limited knowledge of the market that I possess they also offer a fair enough price if you exchange your existing gold and purchase something new..

Very well maintained during pandemic. Having a wide range of collections. The only negative thing which does not attract customers is it's minimum wastage charges starts at 8% on 22 carat. Where as few others jewellery stores like Lalitha Jewellery minimum charges starts 4%. This should be taken care.

Had an excellent experience with Pooja and Ujjwala. They have been very patient showing all the jewelry I asked for and are very respectful. They served me complimentary lunch, coffee as well as I was in the store during that time. Very convenient.

As a new customer, my experience was mixed. They certainly have a really good collection and service was prompt. Even for a weekend evening it wasn't too crowded. Server issues led to slow billing process! Gold rates vary between Tanishq stores and cities (surprisingly) Their exchange policy and process was harrowing! They first check the purity of the gold you wish to exchange and let you know a price, but that only holds true after they've melted your piece; and they check the purity again. That's not a process that invokes trust for a new customer.. it goes both ways!
