I went to buy an ear ring for my daughter after seeing great reviews here. They don't know what customer service is. They are charging huge wastage charges upto 21% for simple items. When I asked them to revise the price they immediately reduced it to 17% which is still high for a simple back chain. Also they are so keen to push their gold scheme that they forgot showing me collection and started explaining the scheme. Also when I said I don't want to buy the manager was very rude and behaved as it he is doing me a favor. Horrible experience . PLEASE DON'T GO HERE BASED ON REVIEWS. THESE GUYS DON'T CARE

I have purchased a mangal sutra chain and peacock design pendent six months back. Very first day, the chain had a defect. Got it repaired at their work shop. Now, stones of the pendent are coming out. Very poor quality workmanship. During the first visit, they have suggested for monthly installment scheme. As it was attractive, I have subscribed to the same. They welcomed by offering a chair when visited for payment. When visited again for next month's payment, they offered a stool to sit and no formalities. Don't know if I visit next time, they may ask to stand. No one has time to answer at ground level. Very bad experience. Won't suggest others to purchase from this store.

Compared to the other known brands, Nathu's jwellery collection is really good. Both traditional and contemporary designs are pretty attractive and available for all age groups and social sections.

Worst making I’ve ever seen, I’ve purchased my baby’s moltadu and diamond ear rings here and have not used for couple of weeks and the diamonds came out and moltadu links came out and it was torn. And when I came to fix it, they denied to fix it though the earnings were not used for more than a week, also they refused to replace without extra charges. Don’t get fooled by the ratings they have, as they request the customers who visit here to give 5-stars, and they are not genuine ratings.

fraudulent. Even though for the people who pay scheme also they charge high wastages, GST and making charges. I am the scheme paying customer and have purchased 3 items over there prior. For semi precious gems they collect money more than gold price. The floor manager is the expert in doing these fraudulent things.

Models shown here are really pretty and are with good finishing. I especially love two lockets, the one with antique finish and other with radha krishna idol on it. The lockets here are pretty bigger than those found in other jewellery showrooms, so they are good for kids with a simple chain and for adults it can be worn with beaded chain.
