It's awesome. When you entered they will give you one sanitizer and water bottle. Jewelry is really good and superb varieties. Main thing the gold is new and good finishing. Very attractive and humble sales team. Today they are providing offer 20% discount on wastage. This offer is only for today. I would suggest to visit and do shopping. N number of varieties in black bids that to in daily use items. Without approval we can't take pics. So I have only one pic which they agree and I wanted. Baby bangles are less in varieties I feel not much designs for babies items. Bracelet and kada I think you will like and buy as well. Amazing varieties and price depends on item and work. I would suggest to buy and have some good smile 😊 make sure wastage and making charges are reasonable🤔 obviously it's depends on items to items as I said. Good to visit and have great experience.

Heavily crowded place because of schemes. Lot of varieties of jewellery are available only in the Panjagutta/Khairatabad store but not in other stores. The oven they provided under the scheme gift has many severe dents when we opened it at our home, better to open and check them at the store.

Great collection of all the ornaments. Love to shop here all the time, our go to shop for purchasing Gold, silver and diamonds.

Staff are very polite. Wide range of collections. Spent a lot of time there and people are very patient with us. It would have been great if there is place for kids or sofas where the infants can play or rest. It was difficult to make them sleep on the chairs. Only issue is if the billing is after 9 pm then everyone rush and somethings are missed.

Their business revolves around hospitality and customer experience and they do a tremendous job at it. Variety is enormous and carefully arranged accross the store. You will always find employees eager to help you out. They accept return of old gold and do a proper evaluation right in front of the customer. They offer melting of gold and evaluation of price services. They also offer repair services. Although they offer reasonable prices most of the time, make sure to ask for discounts as they seem to have the prices slightly hiked in anticipation of the discounts they will have to offer.

First it has got very good gold collection. If you’re someone who is looking for gold with fashion Jewellry look then this not the right place. Bangles, chains and bracelets this place has got good collection. Long haram models are minimal. They have good silver collection as well.

Rani - 10959 was very patient and showed the bangles collection until we were thoroughly satisfied and purchased it. Appreciate her patience and dedication. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate her 10. The staff is really courteous. Couple of suggestions to the GRT management is one to get the old scheme back so that we can join them and the second one is if you could increase kids collection that would be amazing. The new scheme was disappointing though. The collection is good. Will visit the store again

Nice models available but staff behavior will change based on items we purchase. They will give more discounts when we buy big and staff is so friendly and requesting but when we buy small products they are too hard and strict when we ask discount on VA. Worst worst worst, experience while closing the scheme so much of formalities before. There is no proper information on the process. My wife is pregnant and we waited almost 2hrs to close the scheme. One day before I also visited the showroom showed all 11 months payment in GRT app and I informed my pass book is not available with me in this location. they told us we can submit the book later in my hometown after purchase. The next day I visited and selected the ornament and before billing they started asking to submit the passbook in my hometown. My Father went immediately and submit the book in showroom. After submitting also they took so much time for their internal signatures and email communications. Silly reasons they are giving manger went snack break he will be back after 30 mins. Only 1 manger has sign the document. When we visited 1 day before if they gave proper information that will be better

We are from Mumbai. The Staff was very cooperative and very courteous. We are very happy with their customer service. We had a great conversation with Mr. Ravikumar, Mr. Balaji and Mr. Parashuram. The recurring staffs Pushpa, Anita, Shekhar, Sairam, Priyanka, Rani were very cooperative and kind. The staff Radhika who served us coffee was very kind. I must say coffee was amazing. Would like to come over here again.

The poor quality of the invoice(attached photo)envelop they provide when you purchase items reflects in the quality of service GRT staff show. Poor service. I prefer not wasting my time with such poor service by visiting this place in future and rather look for options else where.

Today i bought paltinum rose gold rings awesome collections. Good experience. Lots of collection is there. They have lots of patience to show all design's. Platinum collections are tooo gooood

Great place for any jewellery shopping. Lot of designs for any type of ornaments. Sales personnel are cool and respectful. They make sure of customer delight. If you are going for exchange avoid weekends else the queue at old ornaments valuation counters is big and takes long. One request to management is to arrange parking or vallet. Only few cars can be parked, hardly less than 10.

Good collection of silver jewelry. But the attendants can be a bit more brisk in comparison with their counterparts in Chennai showroom. They were slow, that too when there were practically nobody. A word of praise for their floor manager who gave a good discount.

they have biggest showroom. However the common sense lost with the salesman. For example if you ask any product they will ask you to go to other counter. If you go and ask other they will redirect to other counter. sales people doesn't have any knowledge clearly. That is misleading customer ending up going to several counters. This leads to some of the frustration. Also about the pricing part the wastage is much higher. I have compared between different branches of same GRT jewellers. I felt Bangalore prices are much less than Hyderabad. after buying my product I also went to Lalitha jewellers and compared my price.They offered me 5% less wastage then GRT jewellers. Lalitha jewellers instead of GRT jewellers. If you are a member of gold scheme of GRTbetter you switch to PayTM gold saving scheme which will let you get more than what GRT is offering. Thank you

Most helpful staff. They go out of their way to show you something that suits your taste and fits your budget. Mr. Balaji Ganesh is an excellent salesman. On two occasions, he understood my taste and showed me exactly what I wanted to buy. It's a very friendly store with equally patient staff. Even if there is crowd, they attend to a customer. And not to forget, they keep offering coffee, cold drinks and green tea.

Am over whemled with GRT new design launches in every section either gold,silver or diamonds.i was a coustomer of GRT since a long but in between they lost that charm of not having new designes with them as always dispointed and I stoped recommending people to purchase here.but today after long gap I went to purchase ear rings for my self and saw tremendous response from them.new team new faces new designes new enthusiasm in the staff. The girl Ribka kamakala (48058) who assisted me to buy ear rings for me,in whole time not even once she removed her mask,she was taking precautions and I explained her my budget and requirement and she understood like a next door and she was very polite and paitently showed me the desings,suggested me she was showing interest to show me the variety of designsmshe went ground floor to pick some desings..she personally took time for me to select the design.mine was very small amount of 25k. But I really appreciateed the way she was there with me of showing the whole shops best designs. From 3 to 7 we were selcting the ear rings and pendent of my ear rings. I really wanted to thank the little girl who helped me getting the best deal and her hospitality. Tremendous job she is doing there,she didn't even sat or lost interest of showing me the designs. Am really happy. God bless her and wish her good luck in her career. I found almost all employees are cooperative. Good management and their policies, I recommend this shop. So many saving plans available. Good gifts and quality all the way.

Gold is good. Good ambience instore.Basic designs, high wastage on basic models too, seems more like a profit focused Corporate name of jewellery. Definitely not a profitable bargain though considering all factors and offers.More like an item sales.

The collection is good. I gave one star less because I could not get my ring due to a size issue. As this is one of the best stores I think I should get some options for size alter on request. Except for the size issue I love this store and collection.

Experienced senior gold Smith is available all the days. Located in a prime area. Valet parking is available.

I gave 3 stars for their hospitality earlier. We only use to buy from them but slowly they are turning corporate and now looks like all the concentration got scattered. Their jewellery designs no more seem interesting for me.. and their hospitality totally getting crashed which was the main cause for their success. And their started saving on their delivery bags which is horrible. We usually don’t carry bags while going to jewellery purchases. But better you carry here as the open bags they are issuing looks so pathetic.. Jewellers usually give nice bags which gives a kind of feeling.. of course we don’t use them but the ones they are giving makes me get irritated. Making charges suddenly became huge and collection got very normal. Please try to keep up your mark.. otherwise it will take u turn. Corporate system will never work with jewellery shops… you will see, if you don’t realise
