This is one of the amazing and most genuine place to buy genuine pure gold. One of the best thing I like it they accept all the credit card so no need to have cash or amount in the bank or debit card if you are having a credit card you can buy jewellery. Only i dislike is huge making charges. Tanishq generally deserve 5 star but I am reducing 1 star just because of the use making charges and offer on making charges was not satisfactory. They are running gold scheme also an ideally like it if you don't have amount it per month you can deposit some of the amount and at the end of year you will get bulk amount in you can purchase something for your loved one. They are having dedicated huge parking areas so even showroom is just at crossing but there is just know parking issue at all. Staff was near really very very nice and they asked for water tea coffee and it was overwhelming. Overall 5 star please reduce your making charges or provides some good discount would love to visit again and would highly recommend.

Tanishq provides the jewellery with the best finishing ever than any other competitors in the market right now. Also has very cool varieties. I've shared 2 models of rings which I liked the most but because of it buying 18carat, I dropped off, else this is the best model as of now.

Tanishq is a Tata group brand known for its purity, they were the first jewellery shop to introduce Karatometer ( machine to test gold purity) in India. It was a wonderful experience from the time we entered till the time we left. Here are the good things which I experienced during my visit: 1) They have valet parking available as parking might be a hassle in Kukatpally. 2) Staff are well trained and treat the customers nicely. 3) The showroom was spacious, well maintained and lots of seating space available for customers. 4) They have multiple floors and have lift available which is very useful when coming with senior citizens. 5) They have a Karatometer machine to check the purity of the gold. 6) The staff explained and guided us step by step as we exchanged a few pieces of old jewellery with a new one.

Varieties and collection is rich and they show catalogue for the items not available which you can order from them after paying an advance amount. It has been recently renovated and I must say the interior looks fab. They have extended the varieties available. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My personal experience was good. What I feel that is lacking is a special offer or discount to your regular customer. Everything else was good.

The staff is friendly and good , specifically once said Mr Umashankar garu understood our requirements. shop has good collection. One thing which I felt unhappy is I was not offered wallet or pouch for my jewellery . They said it was out of stock which I didn't like.
