I just checked my bills for the purchased made at this store. One they charged me more value when compared to Tanishq and Malabar and did not explain the cost clearly. Yesterday they told me gold rate per gram is 5900 and sold me jewellery for gold rate at 6800 adding 12% wastage and never mentioned adding wastage charges. When I came home and calculated the rates I released they charge me aaprox 1300 extra per gram compared to market rate. Very disappointed with the service , when you buy any items please go through the calculation correctly and also check the market prices for comparision. Also in case store is saying that Malabar and Tanishq will add making charges they clearly mention that and they charge 16 to 22 % on 5400 which is their gold rate even with that value the gold is offered at best price in these store. Charging high value on gold when compared to market and adding wastage is absolute cheating with customers.

I flew in from Delhi to get something for a loved one and had to fly out two days latter. was not sure what if I could find what I was looking for. Went to this location and the staff helped me not only find what I wanted but made sure to get the ring I wanted special ordered and delivered the next day. I was very happy that In the two days time that I had I was able to get what I needed. Visit this place and you won’t be disappointed. I asked for the GOLD rate on this shop from the provided number. THEY SAID IT IS Rs: 4650/-.. I asked if this is including Making charges and GST.. He said NO.. They will be added based on each ITEM.. I asked him again.. If GOLD RATE IN MARKET (India’s Market ) is 4215 (as of 11th of March, 2021).. how can you sell at Rs: 4650/-.. He replied “they will add STAMP duty “ Please be AWARE OF THIS SHOP AND BRAND.. DONT VISIT THIS SHOP.. I also asked TATA Tanishq and Malabar.. They gave exact GOLD rate as MARKET rate. i.e 4215.. Imagine 400+ rupees more on each gram is looting common man. What we all have to do is not to buy from this shop.
