We bought 2 solitaire rings from Blue Stone for engagement. Really happy with what we got, they had made one custom ring and one of their styles. Both turned out really good. Also there was time constraint and they delivered it very quickly. Most other jewellers were giving in 50-60 days but they gave in just 20 days.

If you care about after sales service, then BlueStone is not for you. I gave a jewellery for repair and the assistant said you will get it back in 10 days (he said this in written, I have copy of it). After 10 working days when I called them to know the status, they updated saying it will take 15 working days. Fine, when I call them again after 15 working days, they told me that he will review the status and call me back in 30 mins. After 2 hours, I called them again, and same response, will call back on 30 mins. This happened 4 times. They lack compete accountability. Now I will have to visit the branch to know the status of my repair, whether they repaired it or lost it. Edit: Received a call back (18 working days) that item is ready for me to pick up. Serving is done well.

Various options available and knowledgeble and friendly behaviour of staff

I really loved the designs. They have beautiful designs mostly on the diamond jewellery. Moreover the staff behaviour is really good and they do give effort towards customer satisfaction.

Well I'll like to rate 10 out of 10 to the store manager Ali, he is a good manager and a dedicated employee who cares about his job and customer experience and does his best to provide customer satisfaction. A great problem solver. However my experience with Bluestone is pathetic- I brought products and sold all back. Especially their Store at Inorbit are filled with unprofessional and careless employees. I was struggling with one product since 2019, finally I approached this store and Mr. Ali solved it within a week, So thank you Mr.Ali and may god bless you.

It is really amazing store. Had been wishing to come here for a long time. Finally gifting my sister. Thank you for reply to my review. I just wish, you highlight which product is available in store and which is not, status should reflect on website or app. It'll help a lot with store logistics and will help customers too. It has been done by IKEA. Also, I hope you provide festive offers too, which you can market well and attract many new customers too, for your store.
