Very bad customer service. Especially the female staff. Absolutely no interest in showing the products. Full of attitude to the point being impolite and rude. Didn't show the products as per range asked. Blatantly said not available in the showroom but when we pointed out after walking around the showroom no response. Disappointed. Will not be visiting this branch again. Hope the other branches are not following the same example.

So firstly, as soon as we entered the store the employee looked at his watch, indicating a wrong welcome in every way. Next, the same guy goes on to say that he has no ring size available, in any design. He simply refused to help!!! And worst part was when he made a rude comment on how the lady's ring size and the male's ring size were not correct as per standards and went on to say that it was a joke. Definitely don't recommend this store.

I went to this shop many times earlier also but never brought any of their jewellery. What I didn't like here is high prices and extremely limited pieces of jewellery. The sales persons will advice you to go online if u want more choices. They will give all details of the product u ask but like other jewellery stores they will not guide u or give any additional information about their new collections or unique products to create interest in u as a customer..

Just keep somebody in your store (especially one who answers phone calls regarding product availability and enquiry) who actually wants to sell the products and is interested in the same. They are extremely rude to customers even via phone calls. Can't imagine what awaits while visiting the store in person.
