Decent place, good collection. The second person I spoke to was very polite and courteous (was a male representative) at the time for product delivery. However initially was assisted by a saleswoman who seemed a bit irritated when asked to open and show any designs. I kind of felt awkward at one point to even ask. It shouldn’t have to feel that way. Its not like I asked to show 15 designs and bought only one. I did buy two of those (well no complaints though as she did help). But the service could be better if all staff is equally sweet, patient and courteous.

Place had plenty of designs and the sales person(sony) were knowledgeable about the quality of diamond and gold.

No one bothered about this Abs ended up without resolving and suggesting me to buy a new one by paying extra for making fake commitments bad quality products One of the worst store sells worst quality products and donot provide service and plays with coustmer and i have concern about the quality of product is worst and the caratlane team not doing service and suggesting to buy a new chain and charging for making which approx 14k and the chain value is 44k Forum mall store team is good but service team is not at all good Caratlane team is playing business tactiles and charging for making And a mail running from months approx 73 to and fros but still it is not resolved Requesting head office team to look into this and resolve And for god sake Donot play with coustmers Donot give fake commitments Donot sell low quality products Donot spoil the name of Tata products
