Ultimate Experience ✨ We went at their closing time, still they showed jewellery till we got satisfied ♥️ Outside of showroom, We felt it'll be costly.But the charges are as per regular showroom ✅ When you enter, you won't feel like a regular Jewellery Shop. They placed items like they are priceless things. Really loved the Experience ♥️ After visiting almost all showrooms in Hyderabad, we finally purchased jewellery here. A big Disappointment A day before my birthday, I went shopping and discovered a large item that was needed but was priced too high. We decided to choose a plan/scheme, and the salesperson explained that if the plan was chosen on a special day (such as a birthday or anniversary), there would be a 50% discount on the monthly plan for that particular month. She was very confident in her explanation. We asked her again out of curiosity. The next day, on my birthday, I went to pay the scheme, but they reversed their word, claiming that it was a mistake made by sales woman. As a result, they stated they would give me one gram coin as a compensation which is too less compared to commitment what they gave i.e half amount of the monthly amount. We didn't engage in much conversation with them and simply departed the place. I'm a little upset since the term they gave me was modified in a matter of hours. I arrived there in the closing moments of Independence Day and returned the next midday; they had revised their message so quickly that I was really upset on my birthday.

Bad experience.. I purchased a diamond ring and the sales person swiped card and then he told me that the billing person went for lunch and so the bill will be sent as pdf, but that didn't happened 😔 and there's no proper response too now..

This was my first visit to PMJ store. Sangamesh was our salesperson. He was very patient with us and always smiling. We really liked the hospitality. I was searching for a particular kind of design for so long now and I'm happy that I found it here finally, only because sangamesh did put his best effort in helping me find the design I was particularly looking for. All the staff I came across are very welcoming , caring towards children/ toddlers, friendly. Amazing customer experience. One thing I liked about very much is no matter if you are looking at low value ornament or high value ornament you are treated equally and not judged by your appearance or influence you may or may not have.
