I’ve recently purchased a diamond ring for surprising my mom on her birthday and she instantly fell in love with the ring. It’s a great place to buy platinum, gold and also white gold. The staff is very Do operative they where all very polite. I also brought a scheme to deposit money. It was a great experience. There are only few collection in platinum 💍 rings, but the service in this store is good, I purchased this ring within 2-mins the billing is also too fast.

No proper decency service at all, Lazy types, Removing the selected jewellery immediately from the tray without asking anything. So irresponsible , Please avoid to visit this store , Better to visit other stores (mainly inorbit and panjagutta), they have far better behaviour and service .

Since all their designs are on website, Visit to store could be avoided unless you choose to see the item in person. Limited pieces in display. Staff was friendly and helpful. Poor rating for hugely delaying promised delivery date. Engraving font will be changed without any notification, so be prepared for surprises when you receive your final order piece.

The store did not have any items that I was looking for though to hey we're on the online store.very limited designs and stock.

We had gone there yesterday afternoon to get the evaluation of a diamond necklace that we had purchased in 2016. The staff heard us out patiently, accommodated us, discussed internally and informed us that since it's 6 years old, they'll have to check with their team in Mumbai. They also assured us that they'll get back to us in 2 days. But, to our pleasant surprise, they got back to us in a couple of hours and shared their evaluation. We had a good in-store experience and would highly recommend anyone to check out the same for the wide range they have and the courteous staff!

Shiva from the store helped in validating the certificate number of the solitaire using microscope. Online help refuses to give TAH and says vedio call or visit store Store has no clue that even had the product and found it somehow after a hunt Weight varies than the tagged weight and the billing says pay as per tag but such small differences do come and showed us with other jewelry that all have differences We walked out..after travelling for 14 kms for the design we loved online BTW other branches are well maintained than jubilee hills store...this was a little shabby comparitively

I would like to give less than 1 star. Horrible service and wrong promises. I ordered a product online after confirming the correct time of home delivery in Hyderabad since I had an International Flight to catch. Yet, the product was not delivered on time, it was delayed for more than 3 hours, no one cares to respond even after multiple calls. Don't ever choose this store at Jubilee Hills.

The staff was super friendly and professional and had amazing pieces! However my only comment would be that they didn’t have the style of earring for the conch piercing I specifically wanted but I was able to find other pieces I liked!
