They have good collection and variety of designs. They provide certification of authentication for the pearls. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. This was the first time we had been here, we were worried about too many fake pearl sellers, after extensive research we came to Mangatrai for authentic pearls. Overall good experience.

Shopping at Mangatrai was great. The two salespersons - Narsing and Jaffar were very patient and extremely helpful. They were also quite knowledgeable. All in all, an experience worth every penny.

Worst experience at Mangatrai..We had to get an old pearl set repaired which we had purchased from Mangatrai in 2002. For every simple question they had a NO in answer. Customer relationship management was pathetic. Customer executives , salesmen and even the owner was extremely rude and non cooperative..They have commercialised their brand so much and earned so much now that they do not care if an old customer stays or goes away..They are busy minting money and making a fool out of new customers..Even the designs are average and have lost the old Mangatrai charm..Personally I am never going back to Mangatrai ever again!

If you are calling them about something, please tell them the area of mangatrai. Because the same thing happened to me when I called them for pearls, they said yes they are available, but when I visited the store they said no pearls are not available. I was looking for some pearl jewellery and one of the top most pearl store is Mangatrai Pearls.They have many branches all over Hyderabad.We went to the Baseerbagh branch.The price starts from Rs 3000/- and they stock them as per the area the store is located. The cost depends on the weight of pearls.All are freshwater pearls and more rounded the more cost.We bought the authentic white pearls but you will get peach,pink,black and blue pearl also.They have huge collection and I am so happy with my purchase. Photography was not allowed so couldn't click a picture. Next time you buy pearls avoid adornments as they needs polishing due to fade of colour.

I have been a very old customer of Mangatrai and have never been even minutely disappointed. I have purchased multiple times and gifted others' too. I have lot of trust in the brand and the impeccable quality. Gold is good. But pearls are uniquely different. Some desirable stuff can be pretty expensive though. :)

The diamond assurance card (gemmology certificate showing size, quality and count of contained diamonds)of my pendent was lost by the store keepers and they printed a picture I clicked on my phone was printed and returned to me as assurance,how can it replace standard certifications of diamonds like IID and IGI??? Does the shop think they can replace such standard certifications with their photo printed papers??? As my purchase went late after closing time, they assured me of sending my bill the following day, but they just waited for 1week for only us to return to the store to take my bill receipt.

During this corona pandemic, the person showing us the necklaces was coughing profusely with a mask below his chin...walked out the next minute.

This is one of the best pearl jwellery showroom in Hyderabad. Pearls are authentic and clean compared other renowned sellers.
