This place has got an aura....you are surrounded by gold in its best form which is obviously super expensive but it's so crowded all the time you wonder whether they're selling it at cheap prices or so people are too rich. Even here you feel biased. The customer who comes for the big necklaces can shop on the ground floor while middle class people like me who went for earrings have to go to the 2nd floor. Anyway....the staff is professional and attentive. The choice is vast and the designs are excellent. The transparency is robust. You can trust Malabar Gold

Extremely unhelpful staff and manager(as of March 2021). We had a pending payment due to their server issue and they responded very inefficiently and rudely. Wouldn't accept another payment, wouldn't give us back the original payment, made us wait for hours without giving us the things we purchased. We had to go home after making the payment but without taking the items. They said they'd call and confirm but never did. Kept putting us on hold when we called. Ultimately we had to go back cancel the entire thing and purchase again. All in all, pathetic experience.

Worst service there will no one to take care, nor will try to attend you. We have waited for 48 mins no one has attended us and a guy who came just moments ago was given a minister kind of treatment and attended them where I can see clearly a biased treatment, I came from Narsingi to Mehdipatnam which is 25 kms away and went back without shopping, leave about shopping went back without attended even that's the worst thing. Later went to Tanishq and did shopping with a very pleasant experience. I would have rated zero or minus zero if I could but Google didn't allow me

They have best designs in gold n diamond jewellery producing by hardwork of designers team unfortunately this showroom lacks a best team of skilled supervisors and sales team. I purchased and sold gold at the same place. At the time of purchase they accept cash unfortunately when you sale it back to them they will return payment by RTGS by saying in 3 working days time the amount will be in your account and it took 5 days for them. After 3 days when I called and inquired about the rtgs status I heard some strange shabds from the staff first one " what's the salesman name can you provide us it's mentioned on the bill" Second "oh it's bank holiday on Saturday so minus one day" third one " have you checked your account? Did you provided the correct details" (after providing details only I got otp on my phone for RTGS payment) fourth " give me your mobile number and name, I will call back with details " and so on. My advise for this particular branch MALABARGOLD must concentrate on the skill training of staff. Here the staff is enough if they attend all customers properly and respect customers the turnover will be doubled.

Bought a silver braclet here, it lost its shine and became brown within a month. I Won't suggest any one to buy silver ornaments here

Das, an employee who has always given us a satisfactory experience and has well taken care of our needs with complete consideration and in our best interest. Unlike most, he has always given his full attention. So make sure to ask for him in particular.

Malabar Gold is a really authentic store to look for some out of world gold necklace designs, i purchased majority of my wedding jewels from here. I was looking for dull gold jewellery and they had an amazing collection of traditional temple jewellery as well. Huge store with lots of options.Amazing place. Many people said that Malabar gold to exchange your gold and buy new one. They will cheat by saying 22ct gold as 19ct gold. Please don't fall in their words. Better buy gold from Bhima Jewelers or Joy Alukkas.

They have a useless service. They make you wait for minimum 30mins before someone can come and attend you. They treat their customers like we have come to buy some vegetables rather then Jewellry. The lady safe at the entrance is pathetic and just keeps nodding her head like it’s wobbly . Very bad service

Collection was good. But there were no enough staff to attend the customers. I waited for more than 15 min to get the sales person. Rest all good. And better if they treat customer well (Especially this branch)

Genuine experience, if you go to Malabar Mehdipatnam for a big jewellery you are welcomed on ground and 1 floor. If you are on 2floor to purchase then you will face understaff. Minimum waiting time here will be half an hour. If you have idle time visit or else you have other options too. Lot of comments here are for parking which you will find on other gold shops too.

Malabar gold shops, is full of varaties of designs, where as i dint found so many option on varaties and designs in tanshique, hundred percent on exchage of gold gold, and 80 percent on Dimond to dimond or dimond to gold, and 97% of the value on gold to cash exchange, threw any shops, to any state, so found this to be quite easy process of gold liquidity. Must go place.

Malabar is no doubt good place for jewellery, but the customer service has become pathetic, they are not attending the customers with respect which is the most important part for any business to grow, I really felt disheartened by the treatment of representatives at Mehdipatnam showroom. Now need to look up for another options other than Malabar, it's not the best thing to get always , along with best thing a customer needs respect ,which is missing from the team at Mehdipatnam. I am really upset with the service , you people need some coaching regarding that.

Very rude behaviour and attitude of the manager.

Didn't like the service, waited for so long but no one to show jewelry, they took 2k for a scheme but 2 years later they closed it, they called to take refund and asked all the bank details and now it's again more than 6 months they didn't give my money back, when I went to ask they said their candidate was busy, I don't think they really had any scheme they just wanted good investment for their store development and this scheme was a good option for them to get money with zero interest.

The strange thing about their billing system is that the details of their billing software require the salesperson to input customers' religion . I absolutely do not understand the purpose of inputting customers' religious information. I wish someone at Malabar could explain this to me.
