Visited here 🏥 for my relative's check up as he had pain and uneasiness in chest area. Registration process was simple and hassle free. Lil bit wait time because of the queue. For the consultation also there was quite some wait time as number of patients were more. The overall consultation process was smooth and the doctor also gone through all our details with patience and thoroughly. Advised required tests and based on the results also prescribed proper medicine 💊 Hospital is situated just beside Kukatpally Metro Station 🚉 Overall satisfied with the visit and consultation. Recommend this 👍🏻

We had been to this hospital a couple of days ago when my 84 year old grandmother fell and hurt her hand. We had taken an appointment to see Dr Kishore Reddy but when we reached the hospital they said that the doctor has been scheduled for surgery at the same time and the appointment was given by mistake. After making us wait for an hour a junior doctor saw the hand and recommended an x-ray. We took the x-ray and waited for another hour for Dr Kishore Reddy to see the x-ray. He saw the x-ray and said one of her wrist bone has a fracture and mentioned no surgery is required and a hand cast for 6 weeks should do. Soon after that he asked to get a CT scan done just for the documentation sake which did not make any sense but to make some money. He also recommended few injections for Osteoporosis. Another hour went by in getting a CT scan done and just when we thought it was over they said the CT scan didn't come well and it needs to be redone. When we insisted on getting the cast done with no further delay they asked Dr Kishore Reddy to see the scan on screen and he said the same thing again and recommended injections everyday for next 45 days and one injection every year. What was annoying is that they made a 84 year old lady who had been in pain and just needed a x-ray, pain killer and cast for the fractured wrist bone had been made to run around for x-ray, CT scan, surgery rooms for 3.5 hours. Especially in this Covid pandemic situation when hospitals are high infection prone areas making an old lady wait, who is easily susceptible to the virus, was just not justified. Omni chose to be shamless and squeeze money out of patients irrespective of the situation and the age of the patient.

Viral Fever Treatment: Not suggestible.. visited for viral fever treatment for my father.. Doctor(Dr. Vishwanatham) is not even listening to patient problems and very rude. They told us to get admitted in the hospital by faking the WBC count and added some more complications to the report and made us more worried, by saying that the patient is in critical situation and he has is undergoing the treatment already in ICU, so that we accept to what he says. He used to avoid us to talk about my father's case, When he got to know, that we have family doctors in our family(but, out of city). Also we came to know in few days that the beds were free that day, hence he got us admitted. The treatment was very expensive and they made us do all the unwanted tests to charge money. Do not visit this hospital. if do so, never consult Dr. Vishwanatham as he is truly commercial. It's definitely not a 4 star rated hospital, plz don't believe in that fake ratings.

We went for package checkup for my parents and the experience is seamless at giggles (new floor) they started . Staff (I think rachita and narmada) have been very patient and supportive . If you start a bit late to the checkups it will be easier .

One thing that doesn't make any sense is why do OMNI Hospital do not value a Patient's b life... what if the Lift is being Used more on a weekend (it is made for the same use)... My Aunt had to suffer more pain, which could have diagnosed quickly with an X-Ray at 11AM but she was made to wait 3PM just coz the Lift was Turned off for no reason than being a Weekend & Lab Technicians were seem not to be in any mood of working... MOST PATHETIC, MONEY MINDED & No-Value-For-Life Hospital I've ever seen. I WILL NEVER EVER Suggest or Recommend anyone to Visit this Hospital. BTW this kind of Treatment was given after making all the Payments, not that Payment was Delayed, Negotiated or any such sorts. Hopeless People, Hopeless Staff.

Omni hospital Kukatpally, has all the rural atmosphere and no corporate feel. At all levels from reception to consultation to operation theatre to conditions of hospital hygiene it is substandard. Duty doctors are complete burden on hospital's cost. They present a poor picture, they have to be vouched on oath to be called a doctor. They have no uniform nor do have the etiquettes of a doctor. However, the Ayamma who served us deserve all the praise, very sincere.

Admitted my 71 Y old dad to this hospital for acute weakness ,less haemoglobin and stomach inconvenience. Dr Nagavender Rao MD General medicine- took my dad’s case and treated for 5 days as In Patient- quoting we need to evaluate deeper and did various tests and infused IV fluids with antibiotics and antacid medicines.But based on test results no conclusion was made and discharged saying he is anemic and mild gastric issue and nothing much. -After 5 days - he had same weakness and he started developing edema in whole body and legs and sugar levels were fluctuating. -During 1st review he said we are unable to determine cause of this and suggested to take PET scan to rule out any cancer. - his symptoms continued and during 2nd review he asked to admit to hospital for controlling the situation and perform additional tests - During second admission - he was given IV fluids with antibiotics,and Sodium injections quoting he has less Sodium in his body And again performed multiple blood tests-,CT ans even cross referred nephrologist But they didn’t have any clue for this situation he was in.His weight was increasing.We were not comfortable with their suggestions and nothing was improving and asked for discharge to get PET done - After PET scan was done- during review of PET scan result he said there is no major problem -but as we are unable to find any solution for his situation - they asked to go for higher center like Apollo,Kims Problems faced during Admission at OMNI- Assigned Dr didn’t even examine physically various aspects like pulse,eyes,tongues,Stomach and was not bothered if weight was increasing /decreasing during reviews,and he didn’t even talk properly to patient what his problems are and answer politely He couldn’t identify the problem based on his symptoms and gave IV fluids and antibiotics though his body is already overloaded with fluids without any infection/bacteria detected We have lost 2-3 weeks with out any conclusion on either problem or root cause Problems faced after visiting KIMS -for some of the tests Omni charged bills but reports weren’t included in the discharge report, When we reached omni- they simply gave their vendor number who was supposed to give report and asked us to get from them we had to get them done again and wait for 2-3 days extra -KIMs doctors were able to diagnose the problem as CHF due to anemia and kidney dysfunction with in minutes we admitted him and started treating his symptoms one by one and said that it was bit late to bring him and would take more time to get him stable as he has developed more symptoms due to delay in right diagnosis and treatment

The most worst hospital never i have seen . Especially, the worst ICU care and very unclean atmosphere. Even ICU doors are always kept open in this pandemic and which is located in the way of covid patients rooms . All the ICU rooms are surrounded by covid patients and there is no such a partition . ICU operations done by only junior doctors with untrained staff only . Mr. Nagavendra has no common sense to expain the patient's real condition. Improper visiting of senior doctors in ICU patients. Finally , we lost our father with their untrained treatment and medication. Even they don't know how to treat the patient's problem in the serious condition and there is no senior doctors at the time of serious condition. Kindly dont believe the 4 star ratings pls vist for once to check the reality.... Ex: Even patient's empty food plates are kept in the ICU rooms in from of patients.

Also the staff stole my mother's gold earrings for which I really fought with them but no action taken till now. Their CCTV camera also doesn't work well. Unfit hospital for dealing with emergency cases. Nurses are under qualified and not sure about doctor's credibility as well. Better to opt for other best hospitals like Apollo,Yasoda. The worst hospital in hyderabad If you want to visit that hospital make arrangements for graveyard. It is better to die at home. Fake doctors. Nephrologist and cardiologist. We lost a previous person from our lives. He went by walk in to the hospital and cam back as dead body. We trusted them a lot. Those doctors will face a situation that money or great doctors couldn't help them

If it wasn't for Dr. Neehar & Dr. Pramod Rao sir's I would have not preferred this pathetic hospital. Though we have access to Kamineni L.B Nagar, Apollo DRDO, Owaisi Hospitals & Yashoda at Malakpet, we chose Omni because of the care the doctors have for their patients, but the staff here is weighing down the reputation of the hospital. Security notedly here is a joke, they shamefully admitted that they let unknown people in who stole a mobile phone of the duty nurse, and for the reason they stop every person who come visit the patients. Hospital management needs much attention toward the behavior of the staff, ICU allows 2 visitors during visiting hours(notice is pasted to the ICU wall), but for some its just one person, ultimate decisions are made by security staff, who show minimal regard towards the patient and people attending the patient (think about people whos are suffering inside & outside the ICU). If this continues I would not be surprised if the hospital shuts down due to the unethical behavior. To Management: Train management staff & floor supervisors in-charge to show some compassion towards other people rather than blindly following instructions, by far management has failed to care about patients & visitors. All in all, other than the Doctors & nursing staff everything else is not up to the mark to call the Hospital "Best Multi Specialty Hospital." No wonder why this hospital is loosing patients. Security guard at ICU, security guard on the 1st floor - Krishna Rao, Floor in charge Rasool are less human and more of machines, they sing the same song over and over again regardless of the patients well being "We have instructions/orders from management, we follow them, raise a compliant with management, if you have any issue" very delightful.

I donot know how they have overall fake 4+ ratings!! A small accident they made it big by not treating properly and said a package of 70k for complete treatment and i went to an experienced doctor and is treated for 8k. Got infection after my laparoscopic hernia surgery.

Don't even want to give this 1 star. Irresponsible staff!! Worst hospital. I had written a whole -ve review describing my experience with and it was deleted. A hospital which doesn't even accept -ve reviews is certainly not reliable.

The working staff and coordinators are friendly and ready to help as and when required to us. The doctors are more friendly and explained in detailed patient condition and taken good care. Need to improve the human resource for readily available to patients as required with out a delay. The price is also affordable as compare to multi speciality hospitals.

Unhappy with Billing process and Service, the Discharge process with Cashless Insurance taking 12-18 hours, in meanwhile Nursing staff not taking care about Patient medications. Apart from that, Dr's caring and Hospital Neatness awesome. Please take care the patients even file went for Billing, atleast medications part.

Admitted for minor changes in ECG, immediately shifted to Emergency dept. Taken good care by cardiolgist Pramodh.T and done necessary tests. Overall Excellent service by Nursing and coordination Team and OMINI Management taken care of my father.

The worst hospital for urology.I had taken my father for prostate enlargement treatment.The Dr.said to install urinarary tube to come out urine.The team is very worst to do the work.At last blood came from urinary tube.And said for prostate operation.Even a RMP Dr.can do the work but not omni hospital didn't do.They wasted the money for changing the items.At last I went another hospital and got the success treatment.so don't prefer for urology department in the omni.

Highly charging hospital. Sugar test in all ĺabs and hospitals are Rs 25 to Rs 30 for fasting sugar and Rs 25 to Rs 30 for post lunch sugar test. ONLY in this OMNI hospital it is rs 220 + Rs 220 = rs 440 total. I have no clue why they are charging Rs 380 extra. HbA1C test is Rs 150 in most of the labs. In OMNI hospital it is Rs 990. This is very clear evident that OMNI hospital charges are extremely exorbitant. My advise is please avoid this hospital. Else , your hard earned money will go in drain.

Worst hospital!! don't ever visit here, if you want to save your life. Recently we joined my sister here due to low platelets count. They made treatment for the two days keeping in ICU but no recovery as the doctors are not effective to their work they don't even understood the reason behind the fever and down count. We forwarded to another hospital and came to know the treatment which omni hospitals gave is completely different for the disease she was suffering with. Coming to Billing it's a huge problem again they cost heavily.

I took my parents to this hospital for health check ups a couple of months ago. The staff is very polite but the consultant doctor general physician (Dr. Hari) literally scared us too much and referred my father to 3 doctors( cardiologist + another general physician..etc) and for my mother profile referred to 2 doctors and also said that I have to admit my mother immediately. We took a second opinion with a famous cardiologist there is nothing as the Omni doctor mentioned. We waited for the doctor for about 1 to 1.5 hrs, the time he took to review the reports in less than 30 seconds and referred to a doctor each time when we were saying a problem. Did not expect this much commerciality from Omni. I don't understand what service will be provided as part of the doctor's consultation in a health check up package. I could have given a 0 rating if available.

Medical shop in hospital didn't maintain the stocks. What ever doctors write in the prescription will never get out side the hospital. They never maintain stock in hospital medical shop. Taking affort plan and roming on the roads for written medicines. Worst service

Good facilities lam comfortable in hospital

I had to take my wife here for an emergency as she was feeling heartburn in the middle of night. The service was decent, adequate and the charges were appropriate. Not sure about other services but we found it adequate in our limited experience.

Came here for an emergency case at night.. The response and caring is good. But asked to take all tests once again. They didnt considered the recent reports also..they took care in the ICU, but once the patient shifted to room the way they treated is not impressive.. There is no correct visiting time of doctors.. Only jr doctors will visit you and wont give correct info.

Doctors are good. They are really good. The administrative people are bad.. really bad. They persuade the doctors to recommend costlier procedures. Small example, my son had a half centimeter cut on the lip, while the doctor said that the sutures can be done in the emergency ward itself, the admin guy took the doctor aside and had some discussion in private. They both came back saying that the sutures had to be done in the Operation theater and for two sutures you may imagine a bill coming out of an operation theater (not giving the actual numbers here).. and as it is a day care it's not covered under insurance. The discharge process is so lethargic... it took more than three hours.. and after a lot of ruckus it was all done and we were out of the hospital.. admin staff are really bad. All of this for two small sutures.. Disclaimer: This is a personal experience only and may be I was so unlucky to have this experience because of a few administrative staff. Clearly there is no intention to tarnish the image of OMNI hospitals. Doctors are really good.. want to say this again.

Poor service. Did not receive my RT-PCR test on time even after 24hrs. Where as other places we’re able to provide test report overnight. 👎🏼 Kindly look for other places to get your tests done.

I met with an accident and my left leg knee was ruptured and left hand wrist also fractured. I really liked this hospital for take care of me and especially Dr Shaik Syed Jani (Physiotherapist) was amazing, welcoming and energetic. I was quite anxious starting physio but he made me feel comfortable and his treatment helped me significantly. He's very attentive to patient's needs and figured out what my problems were very quickly. Would never consider going to another physiotherapist. Hi we had to admit my child for high grade fever in Omni giggles on the suggestion of Dr. Subba Reddy garu. He is a very good doctor treating kids with patience. He gives correct treatment as per patient condition. Nursing care is excellent in Omni. They really gave good service. Though hospital looks old even house keeping services are good. Ayamas made sure room is clean and sanitized always. Only thing that needs betterment is the food service. Please make sure no delays in food service and also make sure more choices are available for patient attendees.

Dr Radhika madam treatment was very good.Our case was little risky but doctor attended us on emergency and handled the case very well. We are very happy to have our first baby. My mother got admitted to Omni hospitals, Kukatpally for her intestinal obstruction issue. She was treated by Dr. Ankit Mishra who is very patient and skilled surgeon whom we can trust most. Services and facilities provided in hospital are pretty good except for the food which is not so hygienic. They need to improve improve that and we were told that it would be taken care of. My father got admitted on Saturday(31stDec2022)due to heart pain for that We came to Omni, Kukatpally under doctor Mr.Pramod Rao and initially he taken angiography test after that angioplasty treatment provided. Came through corporate package for Annual health checkup. Staff here are very co-operative. Guided me to each lab. Only negative is had to wait for ultrasound scanning till 11AM, since doctor arrives only post 11AM. But worth waiting for him.

Doctors don’t describe the exact issue when they take patient into ICU and they will delay to tell exact reasons. They wantedly create seriousness and holds the patient saying need 4 days observation. On the next day counselling will be done for patient attenders and they will say needs time to analyse the problem and it might take 15 days Per day charge in ICU and other medical charges are very expensive here Duty and visiting doctors are paid upto 2k if they just come and see the patient or attend the duty They will not allow the patient to go from their hospital again they provide some counselling and will extend it continues Conclusion No importance to the patients problem they wantedly delay everything by creating seriousness Corporate hospitals keeps the patient to the limit of insurance covered Kindly provide humanity to the patient and help them resolving the problem and they need to keep updating how the condition is on regular intervals in a day
