Service was up to the mark & with proper care and required information

during first week of may 2016, we have availed a package trip to mukthinath, manokamna and pasupathinath. My tour started from Gorakpur. My experience is very bad. They have outsourced all the events to others. Driver dos not know where to to drive, where our accommodation was provided. At Khatmandu, the hotel where we were informed to stay said that no room has been booked on our name. after a lot of argument, they have provided accommodation. The executive at hyderabad who dealt with me was very irresponsible. He never bothered to enquire about the comfort which he assured during the trip. I paid for AC Car, Driver did not operate A/c stating that he was not informed about the A/c comfort. The executive said they had a fleet of cars at Gorakpur, where as they hired another car from some other travels (Balaji Travels, Gorakpur)

Excellent and good service provided by Hyderabad Holiday really satisfied with the service 🙂👍 I will suggest my family and friends to try this service once.

I've been in Dubai with my 2 daughters and my wife. The emotion that you can feel in the desert is great. The way we had the booking in Hyderabad office was great. All Prior information’s were clearly given before booking .Thanks to the whole Hyderabad team specially Mr. Jagadish and Ms. Aparna for providing all need full information before travel. Our Driver Mr. Anil was perfect, he was accommodating our needs and he make my daughters enjoy a lot, during the trip we asked to stop to some quad ride and the kids were so happy! We also had a ride on a camel. The timing was perfect to see the sunset, we went out of time but nothing happened. I have to thank Mr. Riyaz ( Tour coordinator) also because he shoot some pictures and they are maybe the best I have of my family all together.

We had a wonderful experience discovering Hyderabad Last week. Our tour manager Mr. Jagdish provided us with a great tour with lots of valuable information about the history of the sites we visited. He also made us experience the true Hyderabad by visiting handicraft workshops, walking through the Charminar market, and tasting Hyderabad's specialties. He was also very helpful in bringing us to the perfects places for shopping. We only had Two days to discover the city and he was able to pack a fort, a palace, mausoleums, market, handicraft workshops and lots of shopping. Our driver was also excellent. He made sure we were able to get to each of the sites as quickly as possible given our little time to visit. His ability to maneuver through traffic was quite impressive. The car that we drove in was in perfect condition. Very clean and comfortable and with air conditioning. Water and soft drinks were available all day. We were also happy to meet Mr. Abhishek in the afternoon. He made a point of saying hello and formally introducing himself. Thanks Abhishek for coordinating such a wonderful tour! Overall, I strongly recommend Sankrit tours. Jagdish and Abhishek make a great team! Thanks for making this an unforgettable Trip!

Worst bad experience ever. Spent alot of money but not even a single penny is worth of it. For 5 days trip to hyderabad and ramoji film city & srisailam in month of may we spent almost 17500 for transportation for package but we couldnt cover places listed in package because driver mr subhash worst attitude and his arrogant behaviour and misguiding nature. Never ever choose hyderabad holiday.. Save Money...

The Hyderabad Package Tour organized was ecstatic and full of fun and frolic. The Hotel Accommodation arrangements were excellent. Food provided during the tour was really delicious and tasty.
