Traveling 1st time on recommendation of close family members from latur. Very worst experience as follows: For 3 passengers 1at Boarding at Birla Hospital and 2 at Padmavati parking 1. As per ticket boarding time at birla hospital was at 8:45 pm, however their person continued calling since 8:25 that bus arrived please come fast.... They should wait till 8:45 as we booked cab according to boarding time 2. Boarding time for padmavati parking was 10:10 pm, bus reached their at 10:30 and parked outside on the road without information about it and that too away ahead from parking entrance 3. Seats are not clean and lots of dust is there on it. 4. Seat no B water was dripping on it, don't know it was from AC or from rain 5. Seat no 1and2 AC air slot was broken and full of air was flowing whole night 6. Finally reached latur 35 min late than normal arrival time that even after paying Rs 750 per seat well in advance 4 days before travel date. 0 Star.....

Worst Travels.. Don't ever go by this travel..Today I travelled with family from Pune to Tuljapur.It was totally unfamiliar place for us. And driver didn't even tell us to get down at Tuljapur. When we ask him to drop us to Tuljapur again he dropped my family to small village at night time where no any vehicle was available.Very Rude driver with unprofessional behaviour. Very very worst experiance form Tejas traivles. Don't traivle form this bus. Driver Mr. Pawar is very bad service give us. Don't west your money in this buses . In this COVID situation, all staff are dosent wearing a mask.

Busses are clean and well maintained...Most importantly they have washroom inside their busses which are not in working presently... Despite this the overall experience is quite good..

Very bad experience with Tejas traveling to Tuljapur on 25 Mar 22. The first halt taken after Vashi at Patas @2.30 am that to a worst place where there is no urinating facility. Wholely dirty place .Operators do not bother about customers as its already paid to them. Do whatever you want is the reply. Arrogant drivers and operators. If you do not want your family females to get harrase for such a mesurable experience of urinating in open area Do not travel with Tejas.

Worst Experience !! Travelling from mumbai to Latur. The rain water is coming inside from Window. Pathetic food stop. (Photo attached) Worst toilet facilities at a stop.(photo attached) The bedsheets are stained and smelly.

I am senior citizen & diabetic I have to for urinals 2-3 times unfortunately washroom inside travel is found closed. Kindly make it available for us.it will carry excellent service value. Moreover staff is also little rude in behavior.kindly look into the matter

We have hired 21 seater bus for 4 days trip and the service provider by Tejas was best the market and tq so much madum for the vechi which made our journey comfortable

I am a continues traveler from Mumbai to Latur and return...experience is awesome so far travelled with Tejas twice. There is only 1 thing that I dont understand why there is a huge fluctuation in ticket price...Like i booked tejas for mumbai to Latur and it cost me 700 odd rs..on the very next day i booked same bus same seat but it cost me 800+
