Good hospital and proper response from nurse and team. Reception billing people are bit slow. I would say that management need to instruct them for proper and fast response. We have visited three times so far for my father. Dr. Srikanth is a great guy. He treats very well and his advises and receiving nature is really great. These kind of doctors always brings great name to the hospital regarding treatment and response for patients. Front gate watchmen people are also so kind. They are helping and receiving people whose step in to the hospital.

Very Impatient Doctor with the patients. Had my first consultation with Dr Srinivas and the doctor hardly spent 4 mins in total with an impolite behaviour In the middle of the conversation he asked me to leave the room as he is reaching the end of his shift Sir please limit the number of patients intake daily or work extra time to treat all your patients. Quality of care matters not Quantity I strongly doubt how this hospital rated 4.8 in google

Dr.Srinivas is much experienced with lot of patience explaining & rectifying the condition of patient accordingly. Dr.Valli is quite a different & a definite physician to bestow the patient with his words of confidence & counseling in a right direction to treat at his best possible.

I highly recommend AINU. Dr. Vali is one of the most experienced and well behaved doctors I have ever come across. As someone who lost his father due to kidney failure, I was extremely worried about creatinine readings of my mother which was right at the border. I am glad that I was able to find Dr. Vali in time. My Father taking treatment from Dr Vali sir and Dr srinivas sir, both Doctors are excellent and given proper treatment , inside hospital service is also good. They need lot of improvement at pharmacy, in side pharmacy are very slow and it takes 20 to 25 min provide medicines, they keep talking phones and getting delayed and return policy also takes weeks time.

It's a speciality hospital which is patient centric in it's approach with very good expertise. Facilities and services are also good . In case of any challenges, they sincerely listen to us and are sorted out unlike many multi speciality hospitals where, even after we report to higher ups in the hierarchy and do multiple follow-ups.. nothing changes.
