After almost a year with multiple purchases today I needed to write this and YES as many mentioned here the staff and services is worst. 1) wanted to gift my wife on her bday jasmine perfume which she loved but today I wanted to test the vanilla perfume but the staff was not friendly to give me a test bottle and they were least bother. 2) post billing I asked them for a gift wrap, initially they declined saying they do not have upon telling they did it in the past, the counter guy asked me to speak to security for gift wrap, security denied saying he has no knowledge wrapping and handed me a bubble wrap, tape and scissors asking me wrap it on my own. 3) after some argument with him he did it but again no grift wrap paper on it. It’s really bizarre that you call a bubble wrap as gift wrap.

Fab India is known for its Indian Heritage in crafts and textiles. The Brand recently has brought Fab Cafe, that brings menu organic food they don't use Processed grains, refined oil. Recently went to Gachibowli Outlet, the entire campus for Fab Cafe Outlet, they have WOW factor in this outlet is TUGBUG - a joyful experience for Children age 8-14 years ,which help them to nurture kids Imagination and Creativity. The aim of this place, to reconnect kids with the arts of our Indian Culture. Coming over to the ambience they have very minimalistic Decor and Stuffs ,this place is comfortable with your friends and Family. The most favorite is coming over to Food we had : "Mango and Mint Smoothie Bowl " it was the star Dish of this place "The Quinoa powerhouse Salad " the seasoning of Kasaundi was overpowering the flavor of Quinoa "Fab Style Pav Bhaji " The base of the Bhaji was authentic and the sprouts added in the bhaji made it more Healthy "Fab Cafe Galouti In Kuttu Disc" Kuttu is healthy in Taste, the taste were delicious and it made it Healthy. "No Guilt Golgappe " This was a complete new fusion for me, the golgappes was filled with Sprouts and theywere served with Pineapple, Mint and Pomegranate water. The highlight of their menu is the 'Chicken Momos' made of jackfruit flour but they were bland, no Salt was added. They offer gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free and keto options. Coming over to the main Course we had " Chicken Chettinad" was bland in taste and "Chicken Tikka Makhni " was okay as it was compliment with Keto Rice as per the price in Menu they could've been more flavorful. Every Restaurant /Cafe has a star Dish "Berry Ice-cream" and "Banana Caramel Cake " were the perfect Balance /taste of Sweetness. Coming over to the service ,as a brand they really need to work on their Service, the staffs were Under trained and the quantity of the food as per price in menu were not justifying . This outlet is located in prime Location, where families and Friends could spend their Quality Time, as the customer service plays a vital Role in Cafe /Restaurant which cannot be Compromised..

Good to have a fabindia experience center nearby. It's a mid size store however, not much stocks of furniture. I always love their small restaurant as they have loads of different and great food. However, the entire COVID situation is a spoiler to enjoy them.

Good products and relatively well priced. Also, there is a lot more to choose from their website. However, this store felt cluttered as is evident by the photos which shows the floor layouts are hidden behind a shelf with a random collection of stuff Given this was early on a Monday morning, there was only one employee on the sales floor with about 4-5 customers and we had to track them down for any assistance with our check out

Been here on more than a few occasions, and it's perhaps one of the more spacious Fabindia outlets as compared to others nearby. They have some good collections and the staff is always helpful and prompt. Their home collection has some amazing stuff. Well lit and a good ambience as you would usually find across all their outlets. I only wish their changing rooms were larger and better managed, especially in the men's section which felt like a warehouse.

    1. Very limited stuff compared to other stores,They had a flower pot on display which was apparently not for sale, when asked they don't even care, just say check other stuff. 2.The sales guy was just standing while customers were trying to figure out how the clothes were sorted, no one to help, street shopping is better 3. When the items are priced high, one expects decent replies. We pay for the experience, not only for the products which can be bought online. 4. Jewelry and accessories were all old stock. No sales person has any idea about their merchandise. Pathetic franchise

Lacking in options and the staff seems disinterested. Even the cafe is closed. Hoping the shop returns to its old glory and improves it's collextions

Nice, cozy place. The service is a bit slow but unless you're in a tearing hurry you don't it much. The food is good with some scope of improvement. The location and decor are the best things about the place. With the menu coming in a close 2nd place. Photo courtesy: Poorvi Pawar.

Service can be much better. Treat all customers equally. We come to you for quality and not variety. So you need to up it with service rather than complacency.

Fair collection of Ethnic wear in Silk. But not much is available for ethnic wear options in cotton or any other fabric. Waist coats are not available in good numbers. But still you can give it a try, you may consider it if Manyavar is high range.

This Fab India store has the entire range of products from the Fab India stable. Includes cutlery, home furnishings, furniture. And, of course the range of clothing we all have come to love from Fab India. Helpful staff add to your experience

This store don't deserve any rating. Went there today thinking i will buy some kurtas, as soon i entered store, it's completely cluttered, staff there was busy in discussing whether they want to offer discount or not and no one cared whether customers need any help or not. I myself figured out women section is in first floor and went there, same experience again as soon as you enter the floor, it's completely unorganised. You can't find single thing , even if you figure out some design which youw ant to try, no one is there to help you with size. Customers are just taking all the clothes and leaving wherever they want, no one is ther to arrange them back. This store is such a disappointment, even small shops have better management. I will never visit this shop again.

Visited a couple of times for different items- clothes, rugs etc. Fabindia has very little stock of XS and S size kurtis all the time. Went to buy a rug and it was dirty. The attendant said he would clean it and give. Did not purchase.

Not that good place for exclusive collection. If you get a good stuff you don't have the size, if size is there no good stuff.

This is one of a kind place for fabindia lovers. It is not a normal store, you can actually experience their products in hand and decide to buy. Fabindia Interior design studio, Apparels, Utensils, Everything is present here. The staff was also nice and helpful in communication.

Alteration done here for free and service was fast. Not much collection as per the store size.. 9/11/22 - we went there searching for Punjabi (long kurta) and waistcoat for my dad that we got but seems the still their stocks on variety is still limited on cloths as per the fame & size of the stores. They have many things for house essentials but looks over priced. Overall an ok experience. They accepts all types of payments cash, UPI and Cards ( Amex credit card as well) .

Great place for picking up last minute gifts for friends and family functions. Staff is very friendly and even help out with wrapping the gifts. Gift paper can be bought separately in store itself.

Am a very old customer from the late ‘80s in delhi and thereafter across the country wherever we’ve lived. Although Fabindia truly has lovely stuff across categories and well displayed , great overall window dressing but quality of few services like washroom cleanliness , broken washbasin taps, nil toilet paper , nil sanitiser in outlet ( had to hunt for it at outlet) , sales people , shop assistants , general employee apathy towards basics drowns overall experience. Don’t neglect customer safety n hygeine !!! Not after Covid !!!!

A good place for various handcrafted items - apparel, textiles, furniture, accessories, and various other items. The place is a bit expensive.

  • 2/5 Ravi M. 3 years ago on Google
Went there multiple times but always came disappointed. They never have the right size for casuals and are more focused on furniture. I guess the casual wear like coats are on clearance sale. The name of Fabindia feels sort of getting lost for which it was famous. Parking is great around this.

Worst experience... got a gift on my B'day as party wear kurta. My kurta size is 42... the one I got is 40 (comfort fit)... when I wore it looks like i wore of my elder brother... pathetic fitting. That too of 4,200/-.... seriously i will get 3 kurtas from khuranas in the same price with perfect fitting. When I visited the store for exchange... the staff was very unprofessional and simply denied for exchange... finally I ended up altering the 40 size... worst experience and very unprofessional management. I will definitely not recommend buying from Fab India at all.

If you like wholesome, tasty, adventurous food, this is a really good place to go to. I don't know if any other place makes Indian food so much fun.

Very large and interesting store. Has a FabCafe as well. Service though, was pathetic. There was absolutely no one to talk to customers. The FabCafe is expensive - and the waiter even cheated us (confirming first that we're paying cash, and then telling there's no bill because printer is not working - obviously all the cash goes directly to his pocket!).

Good selection. A little more care during the pandemic might be nice. The store is a little haphazardly arranged.

  • 4/5 C 1. 3 years ago on Google
Shop has an amazing collection of stuff, clothing, gift articles, wood, brass etc. Most of the clothing is khadi/cotton. Cost is bit steep, but quality and options are great. Staff's trained and helpful. The interesting fact is, though they have a very large board describing what covid precautions they have in place, in reality there was nothing. No temp check at door, no sanitizers at entrance, no medicated door mat, and basically no nothing of any sort. Disappointed from this specific point of view during my visit today on 10th Nov 2020. If you plan on visiting, take precautions and care yourself.

Very pleased with the store and the options that are available. Furniture is simply amazing. There are multiple times me and my wife thought we should replace all of our current furniture with the furniture available in this store. Bedding, curtains and other interior decor are simply superb. We enjoyed the whole experience. Great job guys!
