This 12,000 sqft space houses almost everything one could need. They have good discounts and sales often. The staff is cordial and ready to guide us. The quality of the products is pretty high-end and so are the prices!

Don't by ceramic/glass products from Homecentre online. I ordered a set of 6 pair of cups & saucers with metal stand. Packing was so ill-planned that 2 cups were broken inside the delivery package. Delivery by homecentre is not at all reliable. If you buy from store and carry it home yourself, it's okay. I tried to write this review in homecentre online but they don't have a review system there in their website.

We had a terrible experience with our purchase from Home centre, the customer support service you have is useless and no resolution for customers from it. You're least bothered of customer Satisfaction and doesn't care about them once the purchase is done. It's funny that you do not have the spare parts of the product that you're selling and asking customers to fix it from outside technician, if it's the case then for whom sake you have the warranty and customer support system. Seems it's better to get the furniture from local market then a highly decorated showroom like you at least we can have someone to be accountable for the damage caused. Do not ask me to write email or call to your customer service, it's pathetic and time waste. PS: do not respond here with your customized message template for all Google reviews, it is no use just like your products. I would suggest minimum 20 people not to purchase anything from your stores and try my best to restrict people from purchasing you.

Very pathetic service, when we asked for service home centre call center people said they give service only in Banglore in other cities they don’t have service after warranty period When we bought 18 months back store people said paid service will be available after warranty but call center people said even they don’t have paid service. I told them if you don’t have service don’t sell in those cities It is very bad experience with home center it’s better to buy from local shops instead of going to home center

The worst furniture store. They sell compressed wood at the price of teak wood furniture. I had purchased a shoe rack worth Rs 13,800 from the store and within a week there were tiny insects crawlies out. The number was in hundreds the insects are dust mites they are a nightmare because it spreads into your entire house. Have placed the furniture outside my appartment. The racks are also warping and the sunmica is loosing up and coming off. Very bad furniture at the price so high.

People just go there for luxury. Typically pricy. Why I go there? Because I don't have enough time to search for goods that I want to purchase from regular markets where I am supposed to roam long hours to check quality and desired goods.

Home centre is one of the best and reliable quality furniture and curious store i have purchased some furniture in pure rubber wood wardrobe and some twelve years back and curious decorative pieces my furniture is still as good as new and i still regularly visit this store in hunt of some decorative stuff I may find i have a good collection of antique's and curious in my collection. Bed linen and good kitchen ware are some of the good choices we can shop from here quality is always the best here😊👍👌!

I placed an order for a dining table and 4 chairs in December. Although I had requested for a delivery date on Jan 12 to the store manager, the product was still initiated for delivery on 3rd. We were not available. Since then, I have made the reschedule payment twice but the order has not been processed. I’ve been calling your customer service everyday - absolutely ridiculous service. No update on delivery yet and they just keep saying we’ll call back.

It has a very good collection of household items. However being Sunday, a lot of crowded. The quality of furniture is good. One stop solution for everything.

Worst service.. always a damaged product will be delivered... How many times they exchange also you find the damaged product delivered.. there will be no proper response from the customer care and the sales person says he is not responsible.... And the money will not be returned even if it is their mistake.

Poor customer service. Never purchase from their stores. They convince you to buy by promising fast deliveries. As soon as you make the purchase, the narrative changes. Once the committed delivery date is near, they delay the delivery further. Home centre's customer service is worse than local furniture stores. Not recommended at all.

It has lot of collections on all home decorating items with reasonable prices and discounts. It's good place for quick shopping.

Found this place to be relatively cheaper than other similar stores. Collection in terms of crockery is good but I would appreciate if they maintain a better range of show pieces and other home decor. The quality of the merchandise stands upto what one expects when they buy from such stores.

@HomeCentreIndia Very unimpressive customer experience.Had booked a nest of tables on 20th Feb 2020 from your outlet located at Hyderabad. Had asked for the delivery of it to be done on 29-02-2020. The delivery executive kept on delaying their ETA to the point it was almost 3hrs since their committed time.(It was committed that delivery will take place by 1:00pm) I had requested for a delivery to be done after 6:30pm since your team had kept me hanging for close to 3hrs, but it was flatly denied. On top of that your call center team states that now the delivery will be scheduled as per the next available slot, which that are also not sure of. It could be a week/month/year. This is hilarious to know that you have such incompetence in your process. I have already paid Rs.1000/ for delivery and your team states that since the delivery did not take place today I have to Shell out RS.1000/ again. (Is it a way for your company to extort money from customers?) Waiting for some senior management to tend to this case.

They say it's their procedure to come andcheck the wrong piece, then take it, then send ours, then send someone for installation. How long will this take? Their executive very rudely spoke to my husband and hung up. They are not giving their Manager's no Their system is not transparent We have come to know that our order has not even been registered in their system so don't know what's happening

We purchased a TV unit .After waiting for more than a month for delivery they sent us a wrong piece (It belongs to someone from Mumbai ) .It's still lying with us since the past three days and they have no answer when we ask them when we'll be getting ours .Have contacted helpline but no use .Thoroughly disappointed with Homecentre .We are stuck as we have paid the. Complete amount and there is absolutely no response fromctheir side .Pl think before buying big items here .All they are sayingvis "give us time " from the past 3 days .Very disappointed with the staff too .Didn't even want to give one star .

The show room is spacious. The location is in heart of the city. Plenty of parking space. The contents of the store gives the feeling of contemporary options. The sales person Mr Prashant was very gentle and had calmness. He took genuine interest and explained to us about the products. One cannot beat the first hand experience of offline shopping and deciding on purchasing.

Nicely stocked... But going in Sunday in pandemic season... Bad decision... We just walked in and Walked out....Too crowded... With people throwing caution to the wind, what with not wearing masks and coughing... Children too... Better to visit after the festival season when less crowded.

A very good place to do window shopping as the prices are too much. You can check things here and shop in nearby IKEA as they are affordable compared to here.

I doubt the quality of products here. The moment we entered and saw the things kept there, either the paints were chipped or they were damaged. They should pay more attention to these things since it forms a first impression. Candles are expensive. The colour scheme is nice, home decoration section is good with some good discounts during Christmas.

It's part of the lifestyle store at Begumpet. It has a good collection of linen like bedsheets,curtain , dining table covers ,table mats etc. The crockery they sell is also beautiful. One can also purchase kitchen ware ,utensils ,tableware and decorative items too.

Here is feedback after buying furniture of worth Rs. 60,000.00 Pathetic customer support....If you are looking for proper customer care/support, do not buy here (do not even look here)... If you call, they will ask you to mail... if you mail, they will call you... I have learnt this lesson at the cost of 60K... BTW, I am not the person who write a reviews on maps etc... I guess this is my first review, Just sharing because do not want see others in the same state I am in.

Delivered the damaged product for the worth of 60k 2 seater sofa ..they gave 1 year warranty too ..while we are asking for the service or replacement of the same they said they wil provide credit note...we purchase the product on trust of the home centre brand...waste of time and money..i suggest you all don't accept the delivery if it is damaged because these people will not respond once they delivered.
