Very less varieties and offer 999/- for gold membership only for 2 frames one specs at 999 and for other you have to pay and specs starts at 1499/-and the staff here is lost in their own fantasy world as they leave you to choose the design and at last their duty comes for billing and don't get fooled with 2frames at 999/- offer, there's conditions to follow.

Such an horrible experience, I wouldn't suggest anyone to go. not a single person, staff is rude enough to loose the sales. Never ever I thought this will happen, No proper ethics at all. Wouldn't even deserve a star How can I reach out to you?

well, this review is for Lenskart as a company itself and not this store in particular. Though I have rated 5 stars, I would rate them 1 or 2 for the service experience at their stores. Staff - reluctant to take order, most of their physical stores are like that in Hyderabad. First they ask you if you are member, then do you have prescription, then they say - oh the technician is not available today, pls come tomorrow? amazing! Time - 7 days to deliver? even at physical store? The ceo needs to wake up, 21st century it is. Your competitors are delivering faster, go check out. Collection - same old boring stuff, nothing new. The design team needs to go and look whats happening in fashion industry. App - is good for 2010, now its 2022. come on, we expect a lot great from this Unicorn from our homeland.

Not only were the lenses perfect, the people here who were giving us the service were incredibly warm and nice. We felt good. Sanitization wise, efforts were great too. It was a great job and effort. :)

Extremely bad service. Their spectacle broke within a month and there was no warranty coverage. Ordered another set of specs from Lenskart's home service. And boy o boy, was amazed with their service and how they assisted in giving a quality spec at such a low price. Two years gone, the specs are still good. This store just robs you for pathetic frames. Better get a free consultation at your home itself.

Pathetic customer service. I went to the store along with my mother (who is diabetic) last week to exchange her specs because the pickup service was getting delayed due to floods. A guy made us wait for 1hr and then took all readings, we selected new frame etc all this took another 1hr. Today I went to place the order with a prescription. The guy is no where to be seen, his book, the readings, the frame we selected none are available. On asking the girls present there about what the hell is happening, they rudely reply even to my old mother who despite having comorbidities had to visit the store multiple time. All their replies were extremely rude. On saying that I'll complain to the management, they were like we don't care any way this store/company sucks we want to quit ourselves. Where the hell did you pick these idiots from. They lack basic etiquettes!!!

When you enter the store you feel a class experience , Clean and fully sanitized , warm welcome and great knowledge over the products by the staff (Sai Priya ) had variety of options to chose . i took two pair of glasses with best price offered .

Friendly approach, clean and detailed testing of eye sight. Also explained norms, conditions, offers accurately by Said Priya.

Poor customer service. They don't attend the customer and guide them. Nobody to screen the temperature and sanitize the customers entering the store.

We visited this store on 21 -10-20 gave the prescription selected the frame the testing was done at the time billing the sales executive was not able to customise the lens power as per prescription due to which we had to return with out completing the order The system should have flexibility to customise as per customer prescription ,due this gap in system we wasted more 2 hours So ask Lenskart to look into this on priority D.
