a worst hp store i never seen before.they don't even allow to touch one of their display laptop,as I'm willing to buy a laptop in hp so i went to this store even though its so far from my house,to check the laptop's features and built quality and so and so, but in that store they are not allowing to even touch the laptop which iam willing to buy.they are saying that you can't hold or touch it until you confirm to buy from their store.i felt very sad and disappointed bcs i went to that store which is very far from my house and it is only one store near by us ,and went that far and i even didn't hold the laptop to see how it was as i seen it before in online pics but I'm so desperate to check its performance in reality.but i didn't got that chance.HP is a good brand but iam disappointed at that store.

We can get the products online at very reasonable prices but the trust comes from direct store purchase and also the agents were really helpful in giving the proper guidance of every product. We can also try and experience the products lively and can decide the exact compatible product for our use. Service is also available at this store. As the store is dedicated HP store it contains only HP products.

In this shops they are fake sales men's, this is not an authorised store and while purchasing a laptop they don't show laptop which we are selected, just they change our attention to other laptop to purchase, because if we search in online it will be more cheaper than this stores (so better don't go here)....still if you go, just search in online for prices which he shows you and then get it....many people don't know but they are going with their parents and getting them, if you go with parents just don't even believe you, they listen to them itself because they say ( your need is this and this laptop suits u perfectly) just you do one thing there, ask them model number and type in online with same specifications you will get better one for that price ....

I have been with HP since 2017 and have seen flawless work and results…Abdul has been instrumental in not only selling laptops to us but his assured maintenance back up is trustworthy and praiseworthy ……..we now plan to pick up our third HP laptop next month….Great services…… feel very comfortable with HP and Abdul …….All the best

I purchased new laptop 5 years ago. It is working fine . warranty is claimed immediately .when ever there is a problem on priority basis I am planning to buy another new laptop from same in Diwali festival.😁😁

Not even a Name,Board or Poster around the building hard to find the place.. service and place is too old poor service no sufficient service men to look after the customers, to much queue and service for product or electric need minimum 2 to 4days that is too much long not atleast a day or morning to evening.. Don't wanna buy hp electronics any more due to this poor service.

Worst Store atleast they won't pick the calls I Purchased laptop battery it's in warranty period every day I used to call to this store atleast no response from the team, my battery got complete dead who will solve this issue.. I couldn't use the battery for an hour since all these months many times I raised the complaint by visiting the store as they told no stock in month of February so I went back as due to lockdown total got strucked..Again I was following up since a month but no response.. Totally Fedup with the Store
