And whole Mart is Messy messy, not maintained correctly, and If we go for last near cosmatics side, whole space was occupied by home delivery trolleys, even we will not have space to move our trolly somes Times no space for customers also.

The only reliance smart store in old city so as expected this place is fully crowded and rushed and all weekdays and weekends there is a waiting in line to billing your kart I wait for 15 minutes to get billing my small bill OK for me because on weekends every mall is crowded and another thing is month just started so monthly shoppers footfalls by the way not to much wait as comparing to dmart. Prices are unbeatable in some items not all but you can save enough bugs on monthly bills definitely.

Reliance Smart is excellent but staff is not sufficient to handle the rush. Harly 2 counters are handling all the customers which is consuming most of the time of customers. My suggestion is increase the staff at the payment counters.

Prices are lesser than market specially groceries you will get good deals. Billing counters are narrow and conjusted. Peaks will be tough to manage. Plan weekdays and early mornings when you have no rush
