They are a scam company. They will throw random prices to you (or maybe the receptionist thought she could fool me since I come from the Northeast). I was initially going with whatever prices they were throwing at me but when I changed the package to a more cheaper one they shoot me a price more expensive then the previous package which does not make any sense. It’s better to look for more reliable clinic than Oliva.

I find the clinic quite genuine because my chemical peel treatment has paid off really well. They also do not claim miraculous transformations so you need to be patient to see complete results. Following the instructions of the doctor is also necessary to get actual results. It has been a month since the last session and I have experienced no side effects. The quality of treatment is worth the cost they are charging. I think one must try their treatments to experience flawless skin.

"Mixed Experience at Oliva Skin Clinic, Jubilee Hills" I've been a client at Oliva Skin Clinic in Jubilee Hills for some time, and I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the communication and coordination within the team. Despite raising concerns with the management multiple times, I continue to face challenges in these areas. The waiting time consistently exceeds an hour, which is inconvenient. On a positive note, Dr. Shagun, my dermatologist, has been helpful, advising me to report these issues to the management. However, despite doing so, the management response has been poor and unsatisfactory, with promises to address the problems but no visible improvement. I hope my feedback is taken seriously for the benefit of both current and future clients.

She told me that medicines are the only treatment. If I want the problem to be solved, then I'll have to take these. After the acne subsides, depending on the spots if any, she said that she'll then recommend me chemical peels. This was my first time wherein I got such a response from the Doctor.
