My name is sumanth ganga .i have visited to oliva banjara hills branch on 28th october 2020. I have seen an ad in Instagram and given my details . Later I have received a call from oliva so i asked some info about my requirement. They said its something and asked me to book an appointment. I have booked an appointment and went to the clinic . Literally their were no one but they asked me to come after 2 hrs , so I said it’s ok I don’t want any appointment and I will go back . While I am going back they called me again and said doctor is calling . Here it starts Pls educated people don’t fall in this trap and these fake people who give importance to their favourites. I went to doctor and I have the photo of prescription Wer I don’t find a doctor name or reg no even. They wrote something and sent back to some other person who explains various plans of procedures . They even given their oliva skin lighting product . It is worst. After using that cream my skin even got worst. It contains only good smell with no matter in it. I used to use retiage but they said it’s waste. So then I went to Chennai for another dermatologist and now my skin becoming ok. So now writing this review becaz we all are educated and we should accept any prescription with out doctor name or reg no or doctor signature . These people using Instagram influencers and promoting their business . Go to a place Wer their will be no advt. Use only international brands than this kind of own made products for making money. They have took my details and they said they will call me back for 1st appointment on 4th dec but they didn’t even called me till now how is my skin after using their products . They say something in phone and they make us to visit the clinic and take consultation . And they change the matter. Think twice wen u go to this kind of clinics .

The doctors and good here. They will give you a good suggestion and try to counsel you in nice manner. This clinic is well maintained and staffs and helpful. The parking area is in the basement. Overall a satisfying experience

I chose this Clinic for my sister back in 2013 when my she had a lot of pimples on face and back. She got up to 90% removal. Fast forward 5 years....when my wife had concerns of dark circles, dull skin & hair fall, Oliva name flashed again in my brain. At the clinic I found the doctor friendly, supportive, and helpful. She investigated quite a few things like medical history, food habits, sleeping pattern etc. She even asked for the list of cosmetics that my wife uses. Finally, she suggested a few blood tests. Then she explained how these tests would guide to explore the underlying cause of disease and treatment course. We were totally convinced with her approach. As suspected by doctor my wife was diagnosed with Thyroid disorder. We had to change the focus and she started taking thyroid medication for 3 months. After getting satisfactory recovery we visited Oliva again. This time doctor suggested some peels and laser treatment. Since hair fall reduced a lot, we did not stress on that concern. We got satisfactory results in removing the dark circles. Even she got decent glow back on face and her facial blemishes reduced. Overall it took us more than 6 months with different doctors, back and forth treatments but I guess it was worthful. Thanks a lot for your care and support at clinic. Edit :- This time I visited the clinic for my hair fall problem. I met with Dr. Madhavi and she prescribed hair strengthening solution. In few months I will come back with the results. Thanks a lot.

Recently visited to Olivia clinic Banjara hills branch for skin treatment and had a fantastic experience. Dr Madhavi is an excellent doctor and is an expert in skin related treatments. She performed the procedure on the same day and it was quite painless and hassle free. The staffs at the Banjara hills branch are also way better than the staffs at the Gachibowli branch.. pls visit this branch and Im sure you will have a pleasant experience as mine..

The top notch laser technology that Oliva uses for laser hair removal treatment gives then an edge over the others. Fir me it has worked very well. It did not create any side effects and has reduced my hair growth as promised.

Worst experience ever! With such incompetent and uncoordinated staff receiving patients and making appointments with the doctors your clinic is doomed to a steady rapid fall. Save it while you still can! The managing staff should be given negative rating.. and the doctor refuses for a consult even when the appointment was confirmed two weeks prior and cancels one day before the scheduled appointment! ARROGANCE IS GROWING ON THEM!! Do visit the clinic if you wish to be treated the same.

I go to oliva for my body contouring and laser treatment. The staff is very cooperative and friendly, the place is hygienic, in my body contouring treatment I could feel difference from 2nd session itself, Nutritionist Kauser helps me with good diet tips and is good at managing her work, she keeps following up with me from every session to session.
