Worst and slow service. Patients waiting for more then 2 hours with out eating to get diagnose. At the same time technicians going for lunch , snack breaks. They treat like free service. One of the un professional management i ever seen in private medical center.

Himayat nagar branch is main beach of Vijaya diagnostic centre. Parking is available inside the building. Ultrasound department is separate which is four buildings away from the main building. Tokens will be provided by the security at the entrance of the building. Medium crowd . Staff is bit slow. Place is clean and neat. Reporting system has to be improved.

Too worste diagnostic centre , my reports were provided wrong information. Because vijaya diagnostic i have wasted my time and money again i have to reach other diagnostic center .please dont go this is my humble request . I will attached reports as well for your reference. Thank you

Patient is in urgent stage.... Reports are too late... atkest films of the x ray are not on time.... Don't give a specific time for public and fool them.....as demand is high.. Time is neglected.. Not a good option. . Unfair too

We have been utilising the services of this diagnostic centre for more than a decade. Till now I never had any difficulty or problem. We got transferred to AP in 2017 since then not able to visit regularly. I request you to open a branch in Vijayawada. Even though there are lot of hospitals in Vijayawada there is an acute shortage of diagnostic centres giving professional services. Please consider this request.

I had a really bad experience, it didn't seem like they were sensitive about our time nor about a fasting elderly patient . I needed to get a CT coronary angiogram, I called to check on the prerequisites and they mentioned only 4 hour fasting.. I reached there with the fasting patient just to be told that there was another test to be done as prerequisite. That would make the patient fast another 3 hours minimum. We gave the prerequisite sample and left, we were the first in line the next day only to be told that the patient had to take the BP tablet in the morning (isn't that also a prerequisite?!) they gave her one and made her sit another hour and half without any giving us any reason. After multiple follow ups, she was finally sent for her scan.. Being questioned why we were in a hurry The time was 11 am, we came in at 8.30 am. The patient was fasting overnight and still I was being questioned what's the hurry. The valet parking staff also made us wait for over 10 mins in the sun. By the time we finished the procedure and got home it was 12 noon and that's when an elderly patient got to eat the first meal of the day

Absolute joke. I have been trying to follow up for an appointment for over a week now. Since no one picks up the calls there, I walked in personally to inquire about a few tests for my grand mother. I spoke to a guy at the billing who suggested that I will get an appointment once I have shared the prescriptions, so I shared him the details. I waited for two days and followed up again, and I finally got an appointment. On the day of the appointment, once again no one has been coming forward to help. These people can only provide disappointment. I’ve switched to apollo.

Generally, good service. Quick and accurate results. Bad part is the queue management in the 2 sections, 1. Registration/Payment - have token system, 1 staff member is available to distribute token and check on people skipping the tokens - overall 70-80% efficient system as many people still jump the queue w/o taking token. 2. Blood Test Sample collection - no token system, no staff available to manage the queue, most people jumping the queue. so the sincere people who try to maintain a queue see people coming after them and going ahead before their turn. And feel like an idiot.

We are sorry to say that the reports are not being generated on time.. Yesterday we took ct scan around 4 pm. Even after intimated that the reports are urgent, we couldn't get reports till now where as we get CT SCAN reports within 20 minutes after test.. And also even CT scan is neither sanitized nor any tissue sheet is provided whereas it is provided in other diagnostics. My intention n request is pl. Correct urselves which will be helpful in the patient's treatment n safety, which should be your first priority.. I hope u understood very well. Thanking you

MRI scan waited from afternoon till evening for getting scanned, told to collect the report next day 2 pm. The next day it is 5 pm still no reports given. Kindly if you value your time, and you care for your loved ones don't come to this diagnostic centre, you can opt for other diagnostic centres.

I had a wonderful experience in Vijaya Diagnostic center, Himayatnagar. I was impressed by the caring and supportive environment. Right from the entry to the exit, the staff is cordial, smiling and ready to help. I was particularly impressed by the supportive talk by the MRI incharge to my kid. Got my MRI scans done very quickly. Doctors,technicians and support Staff especially Tilak was gave knowledge information about MRI SCAN and very helpful and friendly. The reports were accurate and fast. The ambience and the hygiene of the place was very good. Rates too are very reasonable. Visited for ultrasound scan. Was asked to go to another building. Decent staff behaviour and doctor was very polite to explain the condition. Overall a good experience but can definitely improve in customer experience and satisfaction. Even for the reports I was told to collect at main building but again after reaching there I was asked to go to another building.

Appointment was given at 8:30 am and we are waiting, it almost 2hrs now still doctor didn't come. When asked to management..they keep repeating doctor is on the way... Too much waiting.... Verybad. I request management to have the timely manner process. Needs improvement in time management and doctors need to be punctual. When doctor working hours starts at 10:00 am not sure why the appointment was given at 8:30 am. Appointment allocation process needs to be revised

Positives- Parking, hygiene, staff courtesy, clarity in processing To improve speed of billing. Mr Tilak helped to get appointment and clarified all queries related to PET CT scan process timing, per requisites etc. Overall I am happy about the facility

There is no cognizance for the concern provided by consumer for privacy. I have seen your board for the same in room number 3 but I hardly think your staff implemented that upon asking. It's just that the patient comes here for providing samples but not for prolonged stay. I do appreciate the cleanliness and hygiene provided.

Staff was courteous and polite. Waiting time was long but that was due to number of people waiting. Location was convenient and valet parking was very good. The gentleman in the CT scanning area was very polite and patient in explaining the process to us and overall we were happy with the end to end experience

Tests and services provided are top notch and up-to-date. Facility is well maintained and staff were busy but cooperative. To be expected of the main branch of one of the biggest diagnostic center in Hyderabad. Prices are quite competitive too. I went in early in the morning around 6:45am(6:30am is opening time). It was busy even then but everyone were attended based on the token number provided which made registration process hassle free.

Went for blood testing dated 31st October, 2023. Was very disappointed with this. Had visited before but never faced this issue. It was basic blood test. But it seems the nurse was not trained properly and for the very 1st time it was paining horribly. Didn't realize until I started to see the clot and was shocked to see this for the regular blood test. Kindly see into the matter and people do trust Vijaya for best service regarding testing.

If they say your test will be completed in an hour, it means it takes 4 hours. They say your report will be available by the end of the day; if you don't get and follow up , they say tomorrow morning; again if you follow up, they say afternoon; if you follow up then, they say evening. Pros : Quick service, professional staff, accuracy 100% Well equipped labs Ontime reports available via online. Very clean and neatly maintained lobby, lift area and consultation rooms, sample collection desk. Cons: Cramped parking area No tissues in washroom and even though janitor keeps cleaning the washroom still smelly. Suggestion install small fans inside washroom to keep it dry and please use some odour removers.

I have undergone MRI at Vijaya Diagnostics Himayath Nagar today. Nice experience. I was a bit panic at first but Attender Mr.Prashanth guided me properly. Great help.

Infrastructure & facilities are very very very at low standards. A few issues:Rest Rooms are in sufficient which are very essential for such a long duration taking tests place, Change Room is very congestive and even no chair facility while changing trouser as a patient, no sufficient lockers at 3T MRI & CT Scan area facility and moreover, no email or whatsApp facility for receiving 3T MRI reprrt is really so painful for us in present days ... This is just a feedback for development aspects pls.

I visited Vijaya Diagnostics for an MRI scan and I was very impressed by their service. The staff,especially Sai and Tilak were courteous and professional, the center was clean and extremely well-equipped, and the scan was done quickly and painlessly. The report was ready within an hour and the doctor explained the results clearly and patiently. I would highly recommend this center to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable diagnostic service.

Staff is so ill experienced & shameless, they don't know how to take blood sample properly, they move the needle inside left n right after inserting the prick, making the blood overflow like a fountain. It pains n becomes blue after such insertion. N they don't hav the shame to apologize, instead they giv excuses.

Set up is fine though 5hrs for PET CT scan is too much ..only when service is fast enough do the people feel totally satisfied..sitting for 5hrs in AC is such a torture only those who wait can tell..

I came there for thyroid scan ;the behavior of chandrakala is very very bad ; she just disrespect patients, don't care about any patients emotions, people are coming there as they are sick , please speak to the. Respectfullyand politely, my humble request to Administration plz teach her how to behave so people will continuous to come here and don't rum away due to this misbehave

Worst service.. I enquired regarding tests but the receptionist suggested to go other branch. Later send the prescription through whatsup.. I done so but no reply.. It happened today at 10.30am.. Even they couldn't give proper details why they are doing job.. There are so many outside without job...

Went for a CT angiogram the person who was sitting there was very rude I hope he is a Dr. There was no empathy at all. He gave some medicines to take when enquired what are these and why are you giving it he was being very rude. Government labs are better.

Center is clean n tidy, with good protective clothing, staff was kind n supportive but rates are high, being a high rated diagnostic center rates moderate, customer service care too slow. Rest all good, I rated four !!!!

Amazing services, very well co-ordinated staff and services. Dedicated multiple desk for routine check-up and blood sample collection. Customer/patient doens't need to rush for anything, staff call you and assists in everything. Overall one of the best diagnostic centers in Hyderabad.

For scanning they people will not allow to go so much partiality pregnant lady must sit for long hours 3-4 hours for scanning

Very hygienic and the helping staff at all points is very kind and humble. No hustle and safe to get the test done.

Avoid this location if you can, absolute nightmare of a service. CT scan specialist are ill informed, lack understanding of processes and procedures, indiscilplined and need to be trained well in case vijaya intends to keep users.

Excellent service from biling to sample collection and other tests. The staff are very courteous and prompt to attend customers. The placing of reports in website as and they are ready is a good initiative as one can have the results ofctge tests as soon as they are ready. Such a well organised centre. I can't stop appreciating the services and the staff enough. They are punctual, cordial, well trained and knowledgeable of the tests that are available at this centre. What I liked the most is everything here 😇. Valet parking staff are efficient, helpers are quick , billing agents are apt, offcourse testing technician are proficient at their work. And not to forget the sign boards specially the power saving, switch off when not in use. Kudoos to you guys.

Very poor scan reporting done by the doctor. A normal case was projected as an emergency case which would require an emergency surgery, but my wife was lucky to have a good doctor which suggested to wait and watch that too without any medicine. Please don't make unnecessary false reporting and please get good and experience staff

This time it was not worth 5 star rating. - Coordination between main block and other block for ultrasound. - Business Continuity plan for IT I understand there could be challenges with the IT Servers but there is no back execution plan. An ultra sound test report was delivered to me after about 20 hrs. Even after holding the physical report these reports are still not available on their url where we can view the reports online. Good thing though was Vijaya Diagnostics had informed about the delay at night 9:00 PM itself. I hope this is taken as feedback and next time I get to have more seamless experience.

The staff at reception were cool, polite and soft. They were patient enough to answer all our doubts or queries in a manner we liked. The technical staff at scan centre have adequate knowledge about the technicalities and explained every detail minutely to my satisfaction. Overall my experience at this centre is overwhelming.

My wife and I got tests done two days ago. We found that all the staff we interacted with were very nice and cooperative. My wife felt that, one associate could be softer in tone with people helping her, in ensuring that for XRay, all ornaments should be removed.

18/06/2023: Right now waiting here from 7:45 AM. Only one doctor, 1 techncian availabe (confirmed by staff) and there are close to 50+ patients for ultrasound. They are saying token 14 is running and its been running since 45 mins. Very one is waiting for this test who drank so much water. All elderly people who are diabetic are waiting for the test. There is no sign of progress. They are not concerned about people's time, there health conditions or schedules they should follow having different conditions. Everyone is running out of patience. There is no intimation around the possible delay that will happen. They keep accepting tokens as people walks in. A lot of mismanagement and no concern for people's time.

Can you please tell me anyone who will eat lunch from 12:30 to 3.00 clock. I was waiting for 3 and half hour only for the paying bill and after that they told me you can pay your bill near building. It's a professionalism? If you don't have the staff please increase the staff and giving them shifts for work. Why patient would wait for them even your pay is too high but the facility you providing is totally zero. Hope you consider this as serious. Thank you.

Dattatreya is very friendly and cooperative person, while taking the blood samples, makes us feel tension free. Overall staff is also very responsive and supportive. But the waiting time is very very high and they won't take prior appointments. Even the pregnant or senior patients should wait for 2-3 hrs.
