Purchased gold bracelet and Ring in the month of may, 2021 withing couple of use the it broke. Now sitting at their repairing center. I would assume that they are planning to close down their business once for all. At least that was the impression I got while I was there. None of their sales persons seemed to care why we were there. They were sitting quietly and chitchatting. The racks looked empty and worn out. They collection was not as expected. All in all they are no match when compared to Joy Alukkas, Khazana etc.

Unlike other reviews saying no one attended them for hours it was a reverse experience for us, since we entered the building everyone welcomed us politely and immediately assisted us in every process, there were a lot of staff, maybe they hired many more. The complete process of selling old gold and buying new is very well organised and smooth. The only downside I felt was there are really not many options to choose from. It's not a good place for people who see 100s of option before choosing 1.

We went to lalitha jewellery many a times earlier and did lot of shopping too. When we visited last week, the people at the entrance guided us to the respective section. We stood near the particular section for 5 minutes. Nobody is bothered to ask what we need. Finally i had to ask one salesman in a circastic manner, Are they really interested to show something? Then he said someone to show the item. After couple of minutes someone engaged us. We selected the item and went to someother section to see something else. Again the same story, nobody is bothered to ask, what are we looking for. This time i had to meet the store manager. I complained him, then someone immediately came to show us the items. Again the same thing happenned in first floor. Felt salesman are not showing intrtest to impress and convince the customer. We bought the items as it was urgent for us to do the shopping. There were around 6 people near the entrance. Depending on the rush, they could be utilised to engage the customers. If this is the case, soon they will be loosing the business. I might not visit the store based on my recent experience. Request kind attention of the management in this regard. Thanks

Worst experience. No sales person cares even after 20 minutes of waiting. Customer service is very bad 👎 This showroom has less models and designs Car parking is limited for max of 10 to 15 cars. Instead of concentrating on marketing and ads, train your employees first to receive customers properly and take care of them.

Very well planned space utilization in the ground floor... The highlight are the 3D elephant murals..just mind blowing...great idea to pull the crowd. Ambiance is awesome. Ample space for car parking. Till this point it exceeds the expectations. What's a disaster is the unavailability of good models in both gold and silver sections. Due to the heavy crowd inflow the staff is not able to maintain the discipline and decorum of the place.

Extremely delayed services. I once went shopping with my husband to buy a ring for him. For the initial 25mins, nobody attended us and then in the next 10mins, 3 different people attended us and 3 of them specified 3 different ring sizes after measuring the ring size with the exact same device. We happily walked out of the store and decided never to visit again! GRT is infinite times better than the services here. Also, there are not many varieties of rings available here. Earlier when I asked them to show some simple designs in rings for women, I was shocked by the pathetic designs I was shown. Again, I simply had to walk out of the store. Pro Tip: If walking out is what you gotta do, why even visit this store. There are a lot of well known jewellery stores in and around that area.

absolutely chaotic,uncivilized, loud like a fish market, extremely hot with no ACs , AC is only available if your buying diamonds. The staff at the gold return section are absolutely rude and misbehaving, speak arrogantly and their is absolutely no kind of customer opinion or satisfaction. Went late evening at 7 pm to the punjagutta showroom in hyd and the staff were tired and for every question the answer is headoffice in Chennai closes by 6 pm . For information on orders delivery time is 30 to 45 days. My daughter enrolled in the monthly scheme so we are stuck there. Avoid this. I guess the bosses also should know customers also don't come for free they also need service.
