our
experience

We
came
from
Singapore
to
Hyderabad
with
the
intention
to
buy
gold
for
a
family
event
and
visited
few
shops
with
in
3days
but
not
satisfied
with

and
service,
finally
we
managed
to
find

great
place
which
is

of
customer

of

is
focus
on
quality
of
customer
service,
very
patiently
showing
many
models
with
smiles
on
their
faces
and
explaining
nitty
gritty
details
of
the
ornaments.
Models
and
Quality:
they
have
wide
variety
of
models
which
is
5
in
1
with
an
opportunity
for
the
customer
to
choose
and
modify
as
per
their
needs.
Customer
engagement;
Bhavani
garu
has
a
great
listening
capacity
and
understanding
of
customer
needs
and
customize
accordingly
with
in
short
period
of
time,
even
they
offered
me
to
exchange
after
event.
Trust;
In
my
experience
and
interaction
with
Bhuvani
garu
has
build
great
trust
with
customer
about
service
and
quality
of
work,
I
personally
think
that
Vasudhara
has
made
strong
foundation
about
trust,
quality
of
service
and
customer
engagement.
Bhavani
garu
and
Kaja
garu
has
been
following
up
closely
until
the
item
is
delivered
at
my
home.
I
would
strongly
recommend
this
place
and
should
be
able
to
contact
them
from
abroad
and
they
will
customize
for
us
and
may
be
they
can
arrange
special
service
from
airport
pick
up/drop
off
too
