The best physio I have ever had. I have been struggling with movement over the past few years with some injuries and muscles got stiff in my shoulder and ankle. After just a few sessions I can feel the change in the movement and I am able to give more output physically. Rajesh sir, Pavani madam and all the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. They will start by checking how our body is responding to the tratement in every session and proceeds accordingly.The clinic is very hygiene and has a good music. Apart from all these it is very cost effective.

I came here for ACL rehabilitation in wheel chair.....with in 25 sessions iam 80% back to normal life with advanced and enhanced physio therapy techniques and 10 more sessions are required for complete recovery and my surgeon (Orthopedist) was amazed for faster recovery. I had visited care physiotherapy for my longstanding excruciating pain caused due to bad professional sitting posture which aggrevated post pregnancy. Initially i had seen a couple of senior orthopedics who advised me to take complete bed rest stating i have severe spine issues which might require surgical correction in future. Being a new mom at 30 that was infact a very saddening diagnosis to hear. Tried bed rest for 3 months n attended horribly painful physio therapy sessions in chennai. During the consultation Dr Rajesh garu had listened patiently and thoroughly explained the reasons for the pain and the insights are nicely conveyed. I was suffering from Chronic Shoulder pain for about 7 years, visited three different Orthopedic doctors and 4 different Physiotherapists, no one, literally no one figured out what the problem was, each one of them suggested some exercises and physiotherapy sessions, at some point of time I was literally wearing those Kinesiology tape to my shoulder for shoulder mobility. Since about a month or so the pain started to worsen. Then came to know about Dr. Rajesh and visited him at his Guntur clinic, He was attentive and asked about when and how the pain started, I couldn't even lift my shoulder when he asked me to. He figured out the root cause of the shoulder pain within no time, he started his treatment, few minutes after that, I had this huge smile on my face, the pain was gone and the shoulder mobility increased. He advised few exercises for strengthening the shoulder. After conversing with Dr. Rajesh, I understood he is really good at his work and knows what he is doing. Certainly the best Physio in town!! I was misdiagnosed with Ac joint arthritis in the MRI and had been treating for the wrong condition. After 3 years of all the orthodox and clinical treatments going to vain, I had a consultation with Dr Rajesh. With proper assessment and evaluation he told that I had an imbalance and not ac joint arthritis. Few sessions of good ongoing therapy has helped me tons!! Care Physiotherapy clinic headed by Dr.Rajesh was referred by my cousin,Yugandhar who had treatment here for back pain. I had treatment for 6 weeks in total. First 4 weeks I was treated with PEMF machine and dry needling in addition to upper body and lower body strengthening exercises. In The last 2 weeks, PEMF was reduced and started core strengthening with planks, bridges and other exercises.
