Sales personnel was very much helpful, He explained better and pretty much showed all the available pieces. Also they have nice schemes on EMI basis with a lot of benefits. But the making charges were too high compared to other jewelers. For one men ear stud making charges was 2.3k which was too high,so backed out.

We have visited the store for the first time. Divya is very helpful and friendly. She is very patience, showed all the collection we asked for. It's always a pleasant experience here at the BlueStone Jewelers. Came in to claim the scheme and also exchange a couple of old jewellery for new ones. The sales team are all very supportive with a lot of product knowledge. Divya has helped us go through the buying experience in a smooth way... Will be back again.

Worst experience. After spending 2 hours 30 minutes, they simply asked us to leave. Worst attitude ever and they tried to bluff us. Don't try to play with customers time and don't make them fools by your foolish offers.

Very expensive diamond rates per carat and IJ SI is a poor quality also the store was completely untidy just try to sell some scheme not showing jewellery visited during evening time for purchase of engagement ring but they are not showing ring but saying scheme is good one fat fellow manager it seems in colour dress his overaction is beyond the expectations . Waste of time and staff are also not trainned on product looks like local jeweller spending premium is waste here.
