lazy
person
like
me
to
be
reviewing
a
gym
is
a
great
deal
...so
you
can
imagine
how
good
this
must
be.
The
ALL
LADIES
environment
first
of
all
is
an
amazing
BONUS.
Coming
to
most
important
aspect...
the
training
and
the
trainer.
The
trainer
-
Sheema
is
worth
all
the
hours
and
money
you'd
be
investing
here.
She
isn't
overly
friendly
to
let
you
off
the
hook
easy..neither
is
she
rude
that
you
wouldn't
want
to
go
the
second
day.
She
is
the
perfect
balance.
Even
without
taking
the
personal
training
package
you
get
personalized
excercise
routines
from
her
based
off
what
your
body
needs
and
is
capable
of.
She
doesn't
push
you
too
hard
in
the
beginning
to
let
you
get
accustomed
but
once
in
the
flow..this
one
knows
how
to
extract
that
extra
sweat
from
anyone.
She
will
convince
you
for
just
one
more
rep
above
your
daily
capacity
every
other
day.
XD
Absolutely
does
not
entertain
wasting
time
and
unnecessary
conversations.
Only
thing
that
happens
is
working
out.
They
have
special
classes
every
alternate
day
and
Saturdays,
these
are
usually
high
intensity
sessions
about
30-50
mins
long.
These
classes
are
my
absolute
favourite
to
attend.
It's
a
crazy
serotonin
boost
!
Takes
off
your
daily
frustrations
and
drains
every
bit
of
your
energy.
Each
class
is
followed
by
a
stretching
session
so
you
never
go
home
sore
and
wobbling.
I
have
personally
noticed
that
my
stamina
is
has
increased
two
fold
in
about
two
months.
I
am
able
to
push
my
body
to
extents
I
never
thought
before.
Better
balance,
better
stamina.
And
for
those
who
show
minimum
dedication
a
good
amount
of
weight
loss
as
well.
I've
seen
a
major
change
in
balance
and
fitness
in
many
of
my
gym-mates,
old
and
young
alike.
The
machines
are
all
in
prime
condition.
Hygiene
is
always
up
to
the
mark.
Proper
sanitization
and
distancing
is
in
place.
Would
I
recommend?
Definitely.
Without
a
doubt.
