Well organised Dubai Trip by Columbus team , we had travelled between 6th Jan 24 to 11th Jan 24... Great experience with Columbus vacations Pvt Ltd (Travel Agency). I got their contact from this SOS Global Indians group and I feel they are very reliable, I used them for the first time, based on reviews from others in this FB group. They not only helped in finding ticket and hotel accommodation in Maldives quarantine package , but also, helped us with any other issues above and beyond what they could do. Very responsive agents, I had a chance to work with Satish . After booking, we had several questions, issues, he constantly called and checked till we boarded last leg of flight, due to the nature of issues we had. I only had a chance to book after ban was put in place, so cannot comment on pricing, but they had flights which no one else that we knew had. Only issue/challenge I can think of is that payment was cash only, no credit card. SATISH took more responsibility until I reach my destination. 1) How Legit I think they are? - Well me and my family travelled fine, so yes, tickets issued via them are legit and accommodation arranged was legit 2) How did you transfer money? - Cash ONLY, no credit card. 3) Did they provide receipt? - No. but I got return email acknowledgment . 4) Do you know if any else who booked had any issues? - No issues, I did some researching before paying money and also others similar to me booked, they also did not have any issues. Note : This may not be any post but I had to share my genuine feedback, This my experience only.

I started my vacation planning for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and came across this unbelievable 5* rated agency on Google. Was suspicious initially but approached them anyways. The entire customer service from thereon blew my mind. Sathish added Vamsee into a WhatsApp group and he took care of every little detail of our trip. Visa processing, Itinerary and support throughout the trip was outstanding. Their local contacts in the each country were professional and we never had to wait for pickups etc. Vamsee even filled up all our arrival cards in Singapore and we didn't have to worry about immigration and other things during the course of our trip. Even though I never met Vamsee and Sathish personally, all the minute details of the trip were planned on phone and WhatsApp. This level of customer service and professionalism is a rarity and Columbus lived upto the ratings they have on Google. Few improvement areas I found in this planning were around their Malaysia itinerary - After a long journey, we immediately had to start sightseeing. It was not very obvious in the itinerary provided. Also, Thailand itinerary - Almost 1.5 days was free and we went on our own for few attractions nearby. It would also be good if they could provide a briefing of attraction in the places like Genting island and Coral Island and tentative cost additions it might provide. These improvement areas are something easy to achieve and will make their already 5* service even better. Looking forward to many more vacations with team Columbus!
