Travelled frequently in bus from Bangalore to other parts of the country. Liked the service of Orange as it is always on time and provides smooth updates on Busses running and tracking is also convenient. The Sleeper class is great option while travelling at night. The busses are well maintained and hence you don't feel the jerk so much. They provide fresh Blanket and a Snack Box complimentary. The price is on the higher side though.

Seating place available for waiting. It is a bus depot. Staffs are helping in nature. Communication between conductor for right bus boarding is to be improved. Otherwise it will be problem for passengers with more luggage. I.e. they board in other pick up bus. Your inboard bus will be in other place. Difficult for passengers to handle luggage from one bus to another.

This travels is good but the staff is not that much good with the passengers once I have booked the ticket for the nagpur when I was traveling I got the last sleeper seat but it was raining the water was leaking drop by drop on me when I asked the person of orange bus staff he was told that if you book like that you will get like this only from that I preferred to go by TSRTC whenever I want to nagpur or other places.

Bad service with no proper indication while cancelling the buses and no power supply for the board power indicators. The management is not even giving proper info about bus timings as they are not aware of it

I had recently travelled with Orange From Hyderabad to Vizag Their service has gone down so much. The stops mentioned on the paytm app, they don't stop at the last stop and tells to get down 3-4 stops before and say that's the last stop, so ridiculous and not customer friendly. They also don't call you if the bus is arrived at the stop Atleast call us mfs instead of sending those company messages Bad experience 👎🏻😠

I am very sad to give negative rewiew about orange. I dont thinl so its their mistake. It may employees curruption. Didnt tell about cotton box not allowed when i have taken ticket. I have wasted 300/ for nothing. I have taken buiscuits and food items for my kids which costs aprox 1000/-. But i feel now it might have cancell,if i know the high carge.I paid 300/- extra for a cotton box and which is loss for me. Please think about customer satisfaction. Convey prior. So kidly convey prior to avoid inconvenience to passengers. Thank you. Please Dear public, dont be cheated. Ask them clearly about luggage. If the management donot know about this ,plz take action against the employees who does this and return money. Iam trabelling right now to Madurai.

Not Good. Only we have to see the Ambience. Very poor service. I have booked material from Bhiwandi to Miyapur on 28 th of April. Its took seven days to reach Hyderabad. And my self has gone to their Transhipment point which far away from Miyapur and collected material. No proper unloading of material. They just dumped material from Vehicle . If not it would have not come to Miyapur till Monday...

Great service and supportive staff. I have enjoy lot traveling with orange travel. They maintain very clean and follows all rules. They buses services and cargo services are really good. For long drive and comfortable journey orange services really good. Thank to make me feel good.

I have paid an amount of 3300rs for transferring my scooty to my village which they took 4 days to reach, and not worthy with these people. No intimation even after 4 days. I have never seen such a dumbs. TOOK MORE THAN 3 DAYS TO REACH MY DESTINATION AND YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP FOR THE MATERIAL THAT YOU SEND. POOR RESPONSE

One should take services of this travel only if this is last option. Costly yet no cleanliness,no proper washroom stops,arrogant staff, never ever punctual both while boarding or dropping point.

Today no message of bus and driver contact nos..waiting for bus pickup from miyapur since 2 hrs ..no information and call center is also not responding. This is not the way to put passengers in trouble.

Safe and great journey but they are not providing water bottles for passengers. If that would be it will be helpful.

Miyapur pick up location was pathetic. No sitting arrangements, you will be tortured with mosquitoes. Big no!!

Worst bus service ever. Deserves a negative rating. Never ever book this service. My mother a senior citizen took bus from bangalore to hyderabad. The bus was delayed by over one hour. We tried reaching all the customer care number but none got through. So she had to just wait with no clue when thd buz willckmd. The dropping point was madinaguda near orange travels. They abandoned my mother at Shamshadabad which is 45km away from drop off point. They did not intimidate anything. The driver just fled after dropping all passengers. We paid extra Rs.1500 to bring her home in a taxi. The taxi driver told usafter dropping mymother that this is a everyday issue. Seems like there is a tie up between the auto taxi wala and the bus travels people. We placed a complaint.And requssted for refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. So far no action taken. This case is worth being registered in a police station. This travel is a big scam. Beware of this orange travel

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They don't send the goods in specified time and do not respond properly.

Bad experience, bed sheet not washed, service was worst behaviour, dinner hotel too much cost, food is not gud,

No toilet facility and no options to sit for the passengers. The person at the reception knows only telugu and his mouth was full of pan and could not talk. He is not aware of the timings of the bus and failed to let us know when the bus was late.

They did not put Tv on... Why I ask? When they charge so high . otherwise maintenance and staff behaviour was good !!

I have made round trip booking...one way is pathetic...not comfort while sleeping...late arrival... whereas return journey was good and comfort ( but late arrival)

Bad experience travelling Hubli on 29th Aug. Bus delay dropped by 9 hours

Would have given negative rating if there was an option. Everytime changes the pickup location even after booking from other available pickup locations. Also does not give correct information from the information centre of the travels. Makes people wait for hours. Asked to travel 7kms away from pickup point for late night bus 10 mins after the reporting time to the original pickup location. The worst service and worst travels ever.

Recently used their cargo services & was totally disappointed. 1. Person charged Rs.450 instead Rs.200 as per the official message from company. 2. These people didn't even knew whether consignment was delivered or not. Total miscommunication over call & no one was ready to investigate the issue. 3. I had to personally visit the office 18 kms away & find out the consignment. 4. Their tracking system is a joke. Better to use dedicated & accountable cargo/courier services instead of this circus.

Nice service provided by Orange tours and travels during journey to Hyderabad. They will provide you facilities like special TV for everyone, anenities like good quality blanket, water bottle, charging point. Also good service with pick up van. Their Drivers have good manners to behave with Passengers even pick up van driver. Overall nice experience with them.

I have just been on the phone with the call centre as I have been told that my luggage is classed as cargo. This is even though the luggage is within the dimension limits as set out on your website. I have even purchased 2 tickets to ensure that I am within the limits as set out by your company. Unfortunately even when pressed, your call centre staff could not tell me how much to pay, only that I should 'pay what the conductor tells you'. This seems like there is no policy and that I am being targeted for extra money. I have received no official recept for the 1000 I have had to pay in the end, only pictures of a form I was asked to fill in. This lack of officialness only adds to the feeling that I am unfairly targeted. When in effect I have been following YOUR rules on YOUR website, even going out of the way to buy TWO tickets to ensure I stayed within them.

Customers who are waiting for their bus can sit and wait in their shop. It is a small shop can't accommodate larger crowd. I have used their services twice and are way better than other travel services. Their buses are more clean and comfortable than other travel services.

Non AC pick up van arrived 40 mins late. My 62 year old aunt suffered a lot by standing as we reached pick up point at 7.20pm. No prior intimation about late arrival...sick service.

Their buses are never on time They cancel buses at the last moment & change buses - provide which ever seat is available on the other bus or just cancel Staff are rude - need to be more customer centric Not such a great experience with orange travels

Simply bakwas. The seats i booked online were d1 and d2. No pushback, they are fixed. Im writing this review in the bus, I'm travelling. Hyderabad to pune is close to 12hrs. And on top I am travelling with my mother who is 72yrs. Its so painful journey already. I'm planning to put a case on them. Let's c how it goes. The design is so bad that looks like he has adjusted 2 seats to make some extra money. Pathetic!. Don't book orange travels, if u book also don't select D1 AND D2 SEATS.

I want to send my luggage (1 big suitcase, 2 big bags) to bangalore as it was a hassle carrying them. I booked the luggage and it was promised delivery the next day. I reached Bangalore by train, went to their office in ananda rao circle and collected my luggage. It was a smooth experience. None of my luggage was damaged. Very happy with the service 😌

Very bad service. I travelled from Hyderabad to hubli on 28th August 2022. Scheduled time of reaching Hubli was 7.30am. But it reached at 3.30pm.6 hrs delay. Seats are not comfortable. Used smelly blankets were provided.

maintenance not upto Mark, TV's not working..staff themselves saying TV's in orange travels is only for show put up.. Not able to sit in sleeper desk ..BUS used as pick up van for other buses and rommed all the places in hyd ... Suddenly they will change the bus...

Not upto expected because they don't give num to the passenger and before 10 min they call I think it's not the good way

Don't prefer any where orange travels met with lot of accidents every where don't choose this to travels to travel to any where 15 people was injured not even responding bloody travels who ever not caring about this in every office
