BAD RECEPTION. Poor facilities like no drinking water in the rooms. Bed was dent and bent making sound when you sleep. No mirror in the bathroom at washbasin. My another room provided had the ventilator broken making it unsafe to stay. On demand provided another room small in size but charged the same amount. No complimentary breakfast provided.I do not wish to visit it again.

It's a hostel for male students. Rooms are of 3 types. 6 sharing, 4 sharing and 2 sharing. The hostel is nearer to ICAI and CA coaching centres. The quality of the food and rooms are quite comfortable. The hostel comprises mostly CA Students.

Good Accommodation with Air Cooler Facility. It is like a hotel with Seperate Room providing Good Security. Coming to Food it is Good. Better to choose Road facing Rooms which are so cool..

Absolutely the worst hotel ever.. Please don't stay here.. They show some good photos in the oyo of some other hotel but this is completely different.. I booked it on jan 2nd night at 10 and immediately called them for assistance, they recieved the call and disconnected immediately after knowing that it was about my payment issue.. I somehow went there and checked in, and then next day at 8:30 am in the morning before going out to Ramoji film city i informed the reception that i want to extend the stay for 2 more nights so i informed them that i will check out at 11 on 5th Jan, but on 5th Jan the reception person came and knocked my door continuously at 8:30 am and was asking me to check-out immediately or else pay 400 extra if you want to stay till 11.. I had to pay 400 extra... And the service was absolutely worst.. No soap, no water, no cleaning, no towel.. I spent 3 nights there and not even once the room was cleaned.. "ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE "

This place is a hotel converted hostel where all they know is to suck out money from you. In a double room they are making accomodations for 5 people. The air coolers don't work. The food is not good.So better stay away from that place. Life becomes hell over there..

At the time of check in they were asking for ₹600 extra..i told them if i have to pay ₹600 i will get much better hotel..they denied to check in..! Behaviour was disgusting too..! Avoid this hotel if possible

Hotel is quite good. .neat nd tidy...staff very polite..rooms are good nd reasonable...location of the hotel is very good..heart of the city..nearby everything is in reaching distance..

Very pathetic condition of rooms The photo shown doesn't match the actual picture. The pillows were greaasy with oil and their were body fluids of oil stains on bedsheet.there was bug spotted along bed edges. Very bad service by Oyo for refunding amount for bad hotel being listed on their portal.

Kanha residency is good but provide daily Rice only in food.and so crowd in all room.

Stay was good... Good for non-ac rooms... Nearby restaurants are amazing... You'll get lots of things eat and the location is also good...

It is located in the centre of the Hyderabad city and its worth the price

They charge extra for OYO users, when customers complaint to OYO, the owner start telling the customer as liar.. Please be careful with these kind of hotels. Please go for a good hotel where customer is never called as liar for sake of money.owner is big fraud.

Good economy place to stay in Hyderabad n mainly near to my favorite nilofar chai.

Nice hostel with good and well infrastructure, the thing is to appreciate is cleanliness maintainance except large room sharing and food is good and have to adjust some times. Good thing is that it is located in principle place of Lakdikapul so easy to move on respective work

Very bad behaviour with third class facility. Even bedsheets are not washed properly. Charging extra money from the customer those who book via Oyo Room temperature was too hot

Photos displayed in website is of new hotel, but rooms provided is in old hotel. Rooms are not even dusted properly with lots of dust under the cot. There are broken tables and toilet doors. The staff at reception are very rude and do not have basic common sense. Very bad experience and won't recommend it to anyone.
