Very neat, clean, big showroom with lots of space and staff to attent you personally. Very good collection in all ranges. I bought in middle range white River pearl jewellery, found lot of options. Found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful in navigating thru your liking to finally decide what you want.

Located at a prime location with good parking. Realized you got to be very confident in knowing the pearls you want. There are many qualities of cultured pearls and sea water pearls are very expensive. Make sure to let them know what you want.

Very good Shop and collection with very lazy staff. Visited here first time when in Hyderabad. Bought couple of items and there were lot of defective pieces when staff was showing. Out of 3 pieces I bought, one was again defective. Luckily I noticed it in my home before gifting. And again I had to visit shop, when I told why you are not checking collection before showing to customer, staff told it's customer's responsibility :) Staff was not at all interested in selling, that was the feel I had. Otherwise staff of jwellery shops are very active and take interest in customer needs.

Horrible experience, sales personnel were more interested to cater to other customers assuming that we wouldn't buy anything by the looks of it. We did end up buying 4 pairs even after such a pathetic experience. We will never visit Mangatrai.

I had a great experience here. The showroom is bright, attractive and professional. We had no problems with parking. The manager helped me personally and made sure all my questions were answered. The breadth of options was amazing. I got great service when I asked to have one necklace adjusted for length, and on request they knotted the strands I was buying for no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Visited this place after reading so many reviews and was totally disappointed. Its overhyped place with limited collection, higher prices and poor quality. Not worth it at all!! 1. I bought a fresh water pearl chain and they charged me around 17k just for a single string chain and the same chain with double string is available on mangatrai website for 12k. Moreover, they won't provide you pearl purity certificate. 2. I bought 2 pearl bangles from them as I wanted to gift someone and the thread of one bangle broke on wearing the very 1st time (see the image attached) and now she has to get it fixed from some local jewellery shop. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Better to buy from somewhere else rather than visiting this looters place.

The staff is willing to give you time and are patient while you choose. You can buy stuff even if you have a small budget, although the ambience can be intimidating to people who don't usually go to places like these (for example: me). Insane interiors. There is plenty of seating if you are disinterested and someone else is doing the shopping. Location is good, right on the main road, can't miss it.

Really loved their collections. One of the best places in India to buy pearls. They're real but cultured pearls. They've been made to perfection. Peach, rose gold, white and purple colour are their natural colours. You get to see a wide range of 2 and 3 string pearls. They also do it with gold, Ruby and emarald. Very courteous staff. High level of patience and very kind. Visit this place if you want wonderful pearls in your closet.

The showroom ambiance is fantastic. The salespeople know their pearls, they’ll show you different styles, you just talk about the type you like and they’ll pull out more of those. Beautiful pearls, and their pricing includes corporate discounts. Overall very pleased with both the quality and experience shopping here. If you are visiting Hyderabad, I recommend coming here for pearls (Hyderabad is known for pearls).

Have been to this branch of Mangatrai many times, Raghubir hosted us, he is quite a good salesman, he understands the choice and offers a good collection according. In case you visit please consult him he even offers a good discount.

The variety in pendant and studs were pretty less. Also the designs very bit goddy and heavy. They don't have anything simple and elegant designs. You can seek corporate discount at every visit.

People were really nice. They treated very nicely. It is ok to visit the place. You can buy simple earrings for 500 to 800 minimum. The ambiance is very nice. If you love pearls. Must go and buy. I went to buy pearl necklace for my wife. Before y go there you should understand that there are 2 types of peral fresh water and sea water. Fresh water pearl has 0 zero exchange or return value and sea water has 60% of exchange value. I bought a 2 lineer pearl set with 10k and some change post 30% discount which broke on the first day because of poor thread quality. I had to go back and got that repaired again. The bad part was noone cared to show interest I. Helping you after the sale instead everybody is there to suggest you that it's a small thing don't worry. That small thing took my whole day first in our hase and then in exchange. But overall it's 4/5 cz you can trust them out of other pearl sellers cz they give a certificate
