I have been here on Akshaya Tritiya which a busy day and most gold shops are too busy even to answer or to hear ur questions n requests. However I am amazed by how Tanisha has organized it. They are very well prepared for the rush, introduced the coupon system, and chairs n water for waiting customers. This is not it, the sales team who are showing us jewells are so so patient even at 9.00 pm in the night. There is not even a sign of discomfort or rudeness when customers wanted to see multiple options for wat to buy. I was helped by sales person Chandana Sharma (hope the name is right) , who I couldn't tell of how much I admired by the level of importance she had given to us, the patience which just made us feel we are valued. She hasn't even ones showed a little discomfort/tiredness and handled us showing as many items as we want to see. Admiring Tata more and more everytime I experience such employees from Tata companies.

But it all changed when one of tanishq jewelry staff Mr. Surendera had approached us showed us vide range of gold chains available in their showroom and explained about how we can find different models of jewelry through online by using application. Mr. Surendra showed us in detail way. We had a great shopping there. Hope you'll find great jewelry there.

Visited Tanishq Madinaguda for article purchase. We had excellent service from “Anila”. She gave the detailed info about the product, showed the product based on our requirements, very polite and patient through out the process of selection and billing.

The outlet has good collection. The showroom is neat and well organised. Their sales team is well trained and polite. When we went to the store for the first time, we were approached by sales executive, Mr. abraham who was very helpful and calmly showed us available designs, till we found all the items to our liking. On our subsequent couple of visits to the outlet, we made sure that Ms. Kiran was free to help us through, such was her first impression. We suggest everyone to give the store one look. You won't need to go to any other shop. And when you do visit, ask if Mr. abraham is on duty. She will definitely be a big help.

Price of metal like Platinum are much higher then as compared to market. Secondly no offers make.the price slightly much higher. Customer are not even feeder or asked for coffe or tea which i have never seen in any Tanisq showroom. Hospitality is key for Tata stores but here it's not it seems. Showroom people are good anyways.

It was really an amazing experience overall. Especially Nalini from Madinaguda branch was apt at her duty to fulfil customer needs and very patiently explained everything. Just a suggestion from my side that we don’t have a chance to bargain even on making charges. It’s better to have some discounts for customers.

Don't know when it started. But today on day of dhanteras, I found their system were running too slow. For simple transactions it took more than 20 min by 2 different user. Total 40 min V wasted. Good thing I liked most was cookies /buisccuit were kept on billing counter... Was it for gesture or diverting people mind from delay factor. Some staff were cordial. But some ladies staff I didn't liked when I asked price of some ornaments.... She didn't answered me politely. But I understood her situation as she would be tired on dealing multiple people, jewellery billing calculation, any many more activities they have to perform......but small water bottle at centre was soothing for all of us. Work wise, I liked their survelliance room and daily activity metrics they measure to improve performance.

Chandana dealt with me for my purchase during my visit to Tanishq. I just had to tell her what am looking for, she presented me with all options possible and pulled out evey design. She demonstrated the highest levels of patience and empathy while i was trying on every design. End of the day am a happy customer with the best jewellery I wanted. Super slow service.. took 1 hr to bill earrings. For every small details staff runs to the back office.. there is someone in back office, give tge details but doesn't come out. For providing discount on anniversary they asked my marriage proof.. that's the worst part of the entire experience.. who keeps the marriage proof in pocket?? If u guys don't want to give discount make it clear before purchase.. why to offer some stupid schemes and waste time.. never going to visit again.. non branded jewelry stores are far better than u guys
