The service was excellent! They had a lot of variety and were very welcoming. They offered many different drinks and were very helpful when I was trying on earrings, especially when trying to screw them in. Overall it was a good experience!

Overall average experience shopping at this store. Jewelry collection is good but not vast. Lookout for price changes at the end of purchase, management strikes of reduced price and gives the product for the old price.

I have been to many jewelry stores in the city. But this one is a standout in terms of designs, variety and especially light weight jewelry variants. Collection and service is really good.. the service women Uma Rani is really friendly and gives good suggestions.. It was my bad I gave the above review about this shop. Here is the actual review... After the proper review now they started playing with customer.. they were about to deliver the item to me with a stone missing. I identified the issue and reported them to fix it back and deliver home..after taking 3 days of time they didn't fix the stone and delivered again.. when I called them back they simply say it will take 5 days time..this is how Uma rani and managers are playing with customers and not even bothered to inform or fix the issues after all the amount is paid.. Never we can trust them again on quality and service..they just irritating the customer and testing the patience.

Management is very polite and they have lots of collections to select the ornaments in the shop. Mr. M Naveen attended us and shown different collections patiently and nicely.

I went to this store from Dilsuknagar, as the Bhavani Jewellers in Malakpet doesn't have enough designs for Vaddanam for my daughter. When i went first time they said they have it in the warehouse and it might take 2-3 hours for them to get it, so I left and second time when we called they said they have new models in store and we visited again but the same old one's were shown, they said next time if I call in advance then they will bring the new models from warehouse and show it to us. Next day we called before we started and they promised they will get them by the time we reach the store, but it didn't happen even third time, when asked why they keep on lying and wasting our time, they don't have a good answer. Manager is so rude and arrogant that he doesn't care about the customers. Please avoid this particular store if you can. I finally got the Vaddanam in sri Krishna jewellers.

I am looking for dashavataram sets in 6 to 7 tulas....you need to keep more options or catologue of photos to get an idea.
