A good restaurant to experience Kerala cuisine in Hyderabad. The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable.Food taste can be inconsistent sometimes, ie; somedays it's very tasty somedays it's average for the same meal. Staffs are very friendly and polite. The place is kept clean and well maintained. The ambience is okay. A good place to take your family and friends for having food.

Probably the worst Kerala meals (Pothicoru) I have had in a lifetime. No Taste, no flavour, very less portion of sides, not even fresh. Surely no love has gone into while making whatever they have packed in the name of Pothichor. This place is clearly an insult to the large hearted nature of mallus worldwide when it comes to their cuisine. Never Again.

In Hyderabad we Keralites have very limited options. This is one of those. After considering that we are not in Kerala, this is a decent choice. I tried their Beef biriyani, Porotta, Beef Roast. The meat we cannot expect the same that what we are having in Kerala. Beef roast was really good, but Porotta was not that fresh. Anyway the atmosphere was good, songs playing in the background also giving good vibe.

Pathemari is one of the Kerala restaurants located in Hyderabad. They offer many traditional Kerala dishes. I have tried their Appam, Chappathi, Porotta along with ബീഫ് റോസ്റ്റ് and ബോട്ടി ഫ്രൈ. ബീഫ് റോസ്റ്റ് was good and tasty. But, ബോട്ടി ഫ്രൈ didn't meet my expectation. Appam and Chappathi were good and Porotta was okay. I also tried their Fish curry meals and fish fry. The fish dishes were very good and tasty. But, the veg curries with the meals didn't impress me much. Neatness is maintained and they have a decent ambience to dine in. Very limited space available for parking. Will update more after trying their more dishes.

The place looks more like a mess than a restaurant. Even the prices justifies it so no worries... We ordered beef fry, beef roast, kizhi parotha with beef, normal parotha, kilimeen and karimeen fish. Beef starters are really good but you may find coconut chunks here and there making the experience little irritating sometimes. But you need this to get the Kerala vibes. Kizhi parotha was super good. Fish items are also fine. Would definitely recommend if you want to try the Kerala dishes. Also, the service was super quick. Would have been even better if they served Kerala desserts and drinks.

Last minute visit to this kerala cuisine on a rainy day.. 5star to the service and ambience.. Liked their spl parota with great filling and good portion. Pottu and idiyappan very good as we tried this for the first time Choora curry (tuna fish) portion is good but very mild in taste. Lassi and lemon soda great.. And 10star for the value for money :- CHEF HEMANA ( HEALTHY BOX)

Nice authentic kerala restaurant, nice ambience all kerala people having lunch with family ,kerala song playing in background ,and very good spot for beef lovers who want to try spicy beef items. There are other items like fish ,chicken egg also . People mostly have meals . Over all good experience

On Thiruvonam I visited this place had Kerala Sadhya prepared by the people from Kerala. It's very good food. The main thing is that I ate kerala Matta rice which is not available in Hyderabad hotels. And also I heard there is wide variety of food items which available in Kerala.

If you’re someone with strong taste towards the Kerala Cuisine? You’ll be disappointed just as I was. The ambience is pretty good, Good efforts with the lighting’s and interiors. HOWEVER, the Food? Which is most important. Was rather disappointing. - The Parota was heated up & not fresh - Biriyani had all sorts of Big tomatoes pieces & carrots in it? Weird. - Payasam was basically Payasam but mixed with water, Tasted pretty watery. - The Tea as well! Unfortunately, was too much of water. The Service was actually really good though, They were kind & very upfront to be serving. Sadly, that’s not all that matters when it comes to a Restaurant. Do checkout the pictures, Hopefully you can come check it out to and perhaps let me know if the taste has gotten better.

Enjoyed the food. Beef fry, iddiyappam & mathi fish curry. The fish curry was so authentic. Would love to visit again.

Hello Everyone..!! On 19 May 2022, I visited Pathemari restaurant along with my family. My genuine review pertaining to the food, service, hospitality and ambience is as appended below:- Firstly, Mr Sandeep at the counter had a healthy conversation since we are trying Kerala cuisine for the first time in Hyderabad and the same was conveyed with him and thus he allocated one of his finest service provider Mr Sameer to look after our desires. Since we were 5 (five) members, we have been given table for dining in a peaceful corner. I open -heartedly shared with Mr Sameer about our cravings / requirements. He thus suggested initially and arranged every meal in a conventional way. Fish (Tuna) and Appam with fish gravy (Slightly tangy & twisted) as a appetizer I believe. In main course puttu has been served with chole curry and kizzie parrotta (chicken) in main course followed by Kerala Parotta with mutton (beef) roast. Apart from mutton (beef) roast every meal that was on our table was beyond my anticipation. Mutton roast needs little more modifications, it may be the way it is cooked but not satisfied. A must try place for kerala cuisine in and around hyderabad. Unfortunately restaurant is abided by a fix Schedule that shuts down by 2200hrs (10pm) which seems little strange to Hyderabadis though it is a good practice. Genuine reviews Food - 4.5 /5 ambience - 4/5 Service - 5/5 (Mr Sameer) Would like to visit again to satisfy my cravings pertaining to sea food like prawns and other main courses in fish. Apropos, A nearby and a budget friendly restaurant. ;)

We ate the porotta and beef fry right there , the food is tasty and the price also be affordable , its a kerala restaurant in hyderabad and the staff behavior also good , we went yesterday night there at the time near to closing but the staff dealed us with most beautiful manner and he is a malayali from kerala district of malappuram, we all are satisfied with the food and the service😍

no flavor. biryani was bad. menu said boneless chicken, but i received wchicken with bone. egg curry - the gravy was like brown color watery liquid. pepper chicken was not good. Sorry but the food was bad. wasted 1100 Rs. here.

A place for authentic Kerala dishes, especially the non-veg ones, in Hyderabad. Parking space for two and three wheelers available. Staff were courteous and friendly. Tried Kudukka biriyani and Kappa biriyani and both were great.

Its really a nice place to have kerala food the price ranges are also very less compared to others ,i have travelled 500km to find porotta and beef and i was not disappointed.i will revisit this place soon

The place is little hard to find. The food is good. This is Kerala restaurant and they offer various food options like Kappa biriyani, kizhi porota, elapothi biriyani, kottu porota etc. But for few items we don't feel the authentic Kerala flavour. If you like to try Kerala style food you should definitely try it. Kappa biriyani is a must try.

I really like the food from here. But today was a disaster plain boiled huge beef chunks added to ghee rice with little masala(gravy) scattered on the rice. The beef wasn't even cooked properly, so hard and tasteless.

I ordered Kerala Parotta and beef roast from them. It was delicious and I must say I ordered single portion but it was good enough for 2 people. Will definitely visit them on my next visit to Hyderabad.

This is based after many trysts with this restaurant which started over a year ago. The first time was awesome - food and service. Second time was ok ok. Third time onwards, I started regretting my decision to come here. The last time was a week ago with some friends. Suffice it to say, the food was a major letdown and more than the food the service was the worst. The waiter behaves as if we were disturbing his lifestyle. Felt unwelcome. You will see three or four people loitering around the cash counter, with no eye on service or incoming guests. Sad that this restaurant could have been so much more but still going down this path of negligence and self destruction. Suffice it to say, this restaurant was once a go to for me and my office colleagues. Not anymore!!

The one who liked Kerala style biryanis must taste here. The place is small and convient. But the taste is ultimate. The restaurant is not visible from road.

It's a bit difficult to locate. It's not visible from main road. Locate Asian Inn and the hotel is located inside the lane. The hotel itself is not big but the ambience is nice. The food quality is good. Rate is reasonable. You won't find a variety of cuisines or special sea food. The washrooms are a bit small and not neat enough.

Decent restaurant inside a complex, affordable ambience, and price. Good range in menu and decent service. Meals and biryani were good. Had just enough parking space.

Hopeless food even in CENTRAL PRISON they dont provide such horrible quality i ordered their special meals wrapped in banana leaf i got suprisingly cold swollen rice when i called them they are defending by saying check on google about kerala food poorest quality dont waste time money and energy on such Restaurant ..

The food is genuinely one of the best kerela meals i have had in hyderabad! Also, damn cheap for the taste. And they gave me complimentary sweets to eat too :) so sweet! Ask for Fahrukh, good guy :)

There are only few places where we can get kerela cuisine authentic besides kerela ..it was hard to find for us in Hyderabad ..this places serves the best puttu and kadala curry in the town .. we've had veg meals and parotta and chicken roast everything was good and payasam was yummy ..do try their beef roast and biryanis ..cause people are going crazy about the food
